The article analyzes the issues of great strategic importance, the problems of moral education along with education in society. The article also raises the question of the priority of moral education in the field of education and presents various methods and tools for its solution. The educational possibilities of teaching ethics in the education system and the formation of professional ethics among young people are studied on a scientific basis. In this regard, scientific and practical recommendations are given for improving the mechanisms of teaching ethics in the structure of philosophical disciplines in higher education, taking into account the trends of world scientific development.
This article analyzes the scientific and legal issues related to ethics and service discipline of civil servants, and as a result of the analysis it is clear that ensuring compliance with the rules of ethics is an effective mechanism for organizing effective public service and eliminating corruption and conflicts of interest.
Also, the problems of compliance with the rules of ethics by civil servants were identified and theoretically analyzed. The article is devoted to the study of the ethics of medical speech and its linguistic features. He defines words, phrases, linguistic and methodological features of speech in a doctor's speech and explains them with examples. The need for a scientific study of the volume, that is, pragmatics, of such words was discussed. The article is scientifically based on data relating to the communication of the doctor and the patient and his ethics. It emphasizes how strong the power of words is in our speech. In particular, the article reflects the importance of making an accurate and correct diagnosis based on the information provided by the patient to the doctor, or the correct use of medical euphemisms, paraphrases when the doctor provides information about the disease.

The article analyzes the current state of the issue of introducing artificial intelligence into criminal proceedings, its legal codification in the European Ethics Charter (CEPEJ) and the Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence. The author examines the issues of using algorithms in criminal proceedings in some foreign countries. The work substantiates the thesis that the inevitable digitalization of the criminal process should help assist the judge in organizational and legal activities, ensure openness, transparency of justice, guarantee the rights and interests of citizens, rights to defense, simplify paperwork and speed up trials. It is impossible to replace a judge with artificial intelligence, since sentencing is related to the moral values, professional and everyday experience of the judge, which cannot be provided by an automated system.
The paper aims to explore the comparative points between the two poets of India i.e. Amir Khusraw and Mirza Abdul Qadir Bedil, the former lived during Saltanat period and the latter in the Timurid. The two greatest Persian poets of India,Amir Khusraw and Bedil, who never visited Iran or had any genealogical connection with.Both born and brought up entirely in the Indian socio-cultural environment and were ethnically Turks and having no literary background. Besides, that four centuries separate Amir Khusraw and Bedil, but still we find striking similarities between the two. Bedil unlike Khusraw was never attached to any Amir or King, but he too, closely observed and was well aware of the changing socio-political situation of his period. Both were Sufis by heart and their poetry reveals sufistic mysteries. Besides, as poet too their creative perusal and their aspiration to comprehend the classical tradition of great masters of the past for further innovations appear identical. This is the reason, why both the poets had greatest impact on the literary traditions of the following periods. The paper also looks into the general characteristics of the Persian poetry i.e. spirituality, liberalism and tolerance, ethics and sorrow.
This article presents an analysis of the problem of corruption as articulated in the works of ancient thinkers and Movarounnahr scholars. Drawing upon the writings of philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, and Confucius, as well as the contributions of Movarounnahr scholars including Avicenna, Al-Farabi, and Al-Biruni, the analysis offers a multidisciplinary exploration of the ethical and sociopolitical dimensions of corruption within diverse cultural and historical contexts.
The analysis reveals recurring themes and nuanced variations in the conceptualization of corruption, shedding light on the enduring relevance of ancient insights to contemporary discussions of governance, ethics, and societal well-being.
