STRUCTURAL – SEMANTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF PROVERBS.

The article is devoted to the description of the structural and semantic characteristics of proverbs in the Russian language. Proverbs combine the properties of linguistic and speech phenomena, which determines their unique status and the need for further research.
