The article deals with the questions connected with the systems of military terminology and synchrony and diachrony in military terminology reflecting science development process and political situation in the world. Questions of terminology and dctcrminology as a result of interaction of military terms and in general use vocabulary as well as role of metaphor in functioning and changing military terminology is stated.

Optimal choice of treatment of patients with POAG according to peculiarities of condition of anterior chamber angle. Patients  with  initial  stage  of  glaucoma  may  be  prescribed  monotherapy  or  combination  of antiglaucomatous  drugs  and  make  preliminary  prognosis.In  patients  with  opened  angle  with  slight pigmentation or without pigmentation and subatrophy of iris root Travatan turned out to be the most efficient treatment choice.In patients with opened angle with evident endo- and exopigmentationDuotrav was most effective antiglaucomatous drug. In patients with rostral profile of angle Fotil Forte combined with Travatan was the most effective choice.In most evident pigmentation of angle laser trabeculoplasty is recommended as additional method of glaucoma treatment.

This article deals with analyzing lexico-semantic peculiarities/features of economic terms with somatic and zoonomy components in translation from English into Uzbek. As well as, denotative and connotative meanings of the terms have been revealed, their translation methods were touched upon through the linguistic analysis. From this point, compiling bilingual and explanatory dictionaries that reflect lexico-semantic peculiarities of economic terms was stressed as one of the topical issues of current time.
