The article is devoted to the value and role of project assignment in the teaching of English language vocabulary to 6 th grade learners. Particular attention is paid to the fact that English is currently outside the curriculum, and in most cases is necessary for the further life of language learners. The main purpose of project assignment is to turn a foreign language from a passive object into an active action. The article points out that the project assignment in teaching vocabulary creates the conditions under which 6 th grade learner learn group interaction and acquire communication skills, which is important for the socialization of language learners, especially in adolescence.
The article examines modern technologies in teaching foreign languages. Today, modern information and technology are a requirement of the times. The article offers a number of recommendations which may further contribute to the improvement of teaching methods by advancing the widespread application of modern technology.

Teaching English in secondary schools is important to give primary knowledge of English to pupil. Teachers need to know what the language learner are needed in learning English so that teachers can apply appropriate techniques in teaching. This scientific research article aims to explore various approaches to teaching listening comprehension specifically tailored for English as a Foreign language (EFL) students. It examines listening comprehension skill, their function in the development of communicative competence, and approaches to teaching listening proposed by foreign researchers, top-down and bottom-up strategies. It helps to improve listening skill of EFL students of university and examines the effectiveness of the approaches in the teaching of listening by observing students’ listening in the classroom.

The paper presents issues associated with the introduction of effective educational technologies to distance learning a foreign language at the university. The review of the author’s use of Zoom technology in medical education is presented. The current problems of introduction of distance learning technologies in teaching English language to medical students are determined. The experience of
distance learning for teaching medical students a foreign language by the electronic educational resource Zoom is described.
