Since margarine is a substitute for butter, milk is added in most margarine recipes. However, the cost of margarine obtained for the cost of cow's milk exceeds. The article presents the results of experiments on obtaining milk from soy beans and its use in place of cow's milk in margarine. When soy beans were taken and analyzed using soy milk in an traditional way, it was found that its ingredients were close to those of cow's milk. In particular, the protein content is 3.48% in soy milk and 2.31-2.84% in cow's milk. The carbohydrate content is 2.10% and 8.48 8.91%, the fat content is 1.96% and 0.11-0.14%, and the ash content is 0.28% and 0.21-0.26%, respectively. Cow's milk made a serious difference from soy milk in the amount of carbohydrates. On the basis of the resulting soy milk, a margarine recipe was formed and margarine was prepared. All the margarines obtained complied with the requirements of O’zDSt 3317-2018 in terms of quality indicators. It was observed that the consistency (plasticity, solubility, surface area on the cut) of margarines obtained only on the basis of the recipe with the addition of soy milk is relatively good.

In this article, dialogue is based on the rapid circulation of the replication of the interlocutors, the replies is short, but mutually known to be treated. The term replication is “add again”, the completion of a speech of one of the dialogue, the place where the replica is semical and grammatical is linked to each other. Replicta-repetitions are considered a lexical phonetical media, which is characterized by formative circulation in dialogial speech, in which re-consortation speech is repeating words, replication and repeated. The realization of the surprise is interpreted. The Turkish writer said the balls and compound-shaped replica-repetitions, which were found in dialogue in Rashod Nuri Guntekins, and they were explained according to the content of the expression. Replicta-repeats used in this play Surprise (köpeklere), flatter (Feride), rationale (ne zannedecekler), dangling (mutlaka geri alacağım), rude (doktorun kızı), query (Candarma), excitement (sevdim) representation of modal content is analyzed through examples. In the conclusion, the replications of replication and repetition depends on the tone of punctuation also depends on the tone of punctuation closed.
In recent years, all over the world, special attention is paid to plants with sweet taste, but not having a negative effect on human health. In developed countries, 6-7% of stevia side is obtained from stevia leaves, which have a sweet honey taste. Which are widely used in confectionery farms. Stevia extracts are over 300 times sweeter than sugar. Also, in the composition in the leaves of stevia contains vitamin C, B1, B2, PP, which is very important for human health. In the experiment, comparatively high indicators for the content of vitamin "B2" 36.0 mg / 100g were noted when using mineral fertilizers in N50 P175 K50. In agriculture, improving and maintaining the quality of products is one of the main tasks. In this regard, all field trials require the study of product quality. In Stevia, the quality of the food depends to a certain extent on the chemical composition of the plants. That is, the content of mineral substances and vitamins in the plant.
The law in general and intellectual property law in particular, endeavored to foster the innovations under the protection of author’s property rights. However, with every innovation which facilitated copying and sharing, the law has never given a full monopoly to the authors based on a social utility, which benefitted the users and the industry, evidenced in radio and cable television. Concerning the internet, while following the same approach in Google Books, the law, however, rejected Peer-to-Peer networks, although the distinguished models of conveying the content. Allegedly, the balance can also be stroked in there with the technology offering a solution to securing the interests of authors, by the model of the YouTube Content ID system.
Adequate translation means perfectly reflected content of the original and full stylistic and semantic correspondence. Great importance is attached to the study of the phenomena of literary translation in a comparative-stylistic plan as an effective scientific method. Recreation of style is an inherent problem in literary translation. Equivalence is the defining measure of the quality of any translation. The study of translation transformations is one of the relevant aspects when considering the linguistic features of the texts of works of art. In the process, the created text is transformed into another language system, and the translation is analyzed as a cultural phenomenon. The depicted national flavor in literary translation is very complex in its content. One should strive to present the principles, requirements and means of adequate translation from the point of view of national identity, genre specifics, poetic expression of size, color of the era, as well as preserving the form and content of a work of art.

The effective management of agricultural residues is crucial for sustainable agriculture and waste reduction. Composting is a promising approach to convert agricultural residues into valuable potting soils. This study aims to explore the utilization of specific agricultural residues in the composting process for the production of high-quality potting soils. Selected agricultural residues, such as crop residues, straw, husks, or spent mushroom substrates, are incorporated into composting systems along with organic amendments and bulking agents. The composting process is monitored for key parameters including temperature, moisture content, pH, carbon-to-nitrogen ratio, and microbial activity. The resulting composts are evaluated for their physical, chemical, and biological properties, including nutrient content, organic matter content, water holding capacity, and microbial diversity. The utilization of agricultural residues in composting systems offers an opportunity to recycle organic waste, improve soil fertility, and reduce reliance on synthetic fertilizers. The production of high-quality potting soils from agricultural residues promotes sustainable agricultural practices and contributes to waste management strategies.
Evaluation of markers of endothelial dysfunction (endothelin-1 and nitric oxide) and elemental status (zinc, iron, magnesium) of chronic kidney disease (CKD). The study includes 104 patients with different stages of CKD: 63 patients with I stage of CKD, and 26 patients with CKD stage III and 15 patients with CKD V stage. Results: in patients with CKD, endothelin-1 increased with simultaneous decrease in production of nitric oxide in the progression of CKD from I to V stage. The increase of the content of endothelin-1 by 2.5 times determined in patients with stage V CKD, which was accompanied by a decline of the ratio of the concentrations of NO/ET-1 by 5.5 times. In patients with CKD, elemental status impairments were detected, manifested by a decrease in the content of zinc, iron, and magnesium in the serum of blood at the first stage, with the maximum implementation in stage III CKD. Hypertension was detected in 68.3% of patients with CKD. Direct correlations were found between the content of serum iron and magnesium with the level of arterial pressure in patients with stage I CKD. In III and V stage CKD, a direct correlation of serum magnesium with blood pressure level and nitric oxide concentration was established. Conclusion: children with CKD have endothelial dysfunction and elemental status disorders, beginning with the first stage of CKD development, which can be considered as factors determining the progression of the pathological process in the kidneys.
In this article, we can conclude that oleum with a high content of sulfur dioxide should be used for sulfation to increase the content of practically valuable m-isomers in mixtures. However, oleum containing 33-54% free SO3 is practically unsuitable for sulfonation due to its high crystallization temperature. In addition, high resin content has been reported in oleum containing over 50% free SO3 when mixed with H-alkylanilines.
The study aimed to investigate the protective mechanisms of substance Darmonal and phytin compounds in the experimental model of acute toxic drug-induced hepatitis caused by paracetamol in rats.
The material and methods The research was carried out on white outbred rats of both sexes weighing 140-200 g. Drug-in¬duced liver damage was reproduced by introduction of paracetamol into the stomach in dose 500 mg/kg for 2 days. The test compounds Darmonal, Fitin-C and reference drug Liv.52 were administered for 7 days after hepatitis reproduction in doses 100 mg/kg. The effectiveness and mechanism of action for selected supramolecular complexes in the model of toxic drug-induced hepatitis was made by paracetamol. It was researched that liver protein-synthesizing function was due to the content of total protein and albumin in the blood serum, the excretory and toxic function of the liver by the content of total and direct bilirubin as well as the endogenous intoxication were according to the content of urea in the blood serum, but cytolytic syndrome occurred because of the activity of indicator enzymes (alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in blood serum).
Research results. The study of specific activity of Darmonal in combination with Fitin-C and the reference drug Liv.52 on the model of paracetamol and carbon tetrachloride hepatitis showed that the drugs, being administered in dose 100 mg/kg, had a pronounced hepatoprotective effect.

Czech Red-pied × Ayrshire × Red Holstein crossbreds, got an eating routine with either creation blend with rapeseed, rapeseed cakes and rapeseed oil (Energol; E-bunch; last feed combination with 62 g of unrefined fat per kg of dry matter, DM) or control creation blend (C-bunch; rough fat substance in all out feed blend 37 g/kg DM). Milk tests were taken on the fourteenth, 30th, 60th and 90th day of lactation, and fundamental milk constituents and unsaturated fat substance in milk not really set in stone. E-and C-bunches didn't vary in either milk yield or yield of milk fat, milk protein and lactose (P > 0.05). Lactose, calcium, milk protein and casein content expanded straightly (P < 0.05) with the expanding day of lactation both in E-milk and in C-milk. Casein content in E-milk was lower (P < 0.05) than in C-milk however all out lipid content didn't vary (P > 0.05) from that in C-milk. Dietary rapeseed diminished (P < 0.05) palmitic corrosive substance in milk by 20 rate units and simultaneously expanded (P < 0.05) oleic corrosive substance by 10 rate units in correlation with control milk; the proportion of all out C16/complete C18 unsaturated fats was thusly twice lower (P < 0.01) in E-milk. To the extent polyunsaturated unsaturated fats (PUFA) are concerned, the substance of linoleic corrosive (LA), α-linolenic corrosive (LNA) and eicosapentaenoic + docosahexaenoic corrosive were higher (P < 0.05) in E-milk; nonetheless, the PUFAn-6/PUFAn-3 proportion was not diverse among E-and C-milk. It was presumed that 1 liter of E-milk could give 20% of both LA and LNA every day prerequisite.
The article analyzes the use and artistic interpretation of the terms «mani» («meaning») and «ahli maoniy» («people of enlightenment») in the work of Alisher Navoi. In the works of the great thinker, the interpretation of these concepts was studied on the basis of the following classification: 1) the expression of ideas that reveal the essence of the terms «meaning»; 2) a high level of educated people and their views, which could be a criterion for the life of society and the artistic and aesthetic thinking of the nation; 3) a description of predecessors and contemporaries belonging to people of enlightenment; 4) the question of the relationship between people of education and people of appearance. These concepts are valuable in terms of allowing a deeper understanding of the inner essence, mystical and aesthetic content of Alisher Navoi’s works. Examining the great thinker’s lyrical poems and «Khamsa» epics in the context of «mani» and «ahli maoni» terms is of particular importance in discovering new aspects of their meaning. In the article, Navoi’s works are analyzed based on the same concepts for the first time. This article is a scientific problem was investigated on the example of Alisher Navoi’s sofa «Badoy-ul-Bidoy», the kulliyat «Khazoyin-ul-Maoniy», dastans «Khamsa», the nameskir (ontology) «Majolis-un-nafois», the works of «Lison-ut-tayr”, “Muhokamat-ul-lughatain”, “Mahbub-ul-kulub”, “Hamsat-ul-mutahayyirin”, “Nasoyim-ul-muhabbat”, “Holoti Sayyid Hasan Ardasher”. If necessary, the views of Alisher Navoi are compared with those of his great predecessor Nizami Ganjavi. The works of Davlatshah Samarkandi “Tazkirat-ush-shuaro”, Dehhudo “Lugatnoma”, Giyosiddin Khandamir “Makorim-ul-ahlok” were used to substantiate scientific views in the analysis process. As a result of the study, it was found that the term «meaning» in the work of Alisher Navoi contradicts «appearance (appearance, appearance)» and expresses the inner essence, not the external content, and the concept of «enlightenment» means the science of knowledge, which is the basis of artistic expression. It is concluded that the combination «ahli maoniy» (people of enlightenment) represents a broader essence, which is interpreted under the meaning of people of truth and enlightenment, meaning «Haq», that is, Allah in a figurative sense and is a concept associated with the concept of the great poet’s work.
This article explores the deep philosophical content of the "Persian Letters" by Charles Louis Montesquieu, one of the first representatives of the French Enlightenment, in which the Persian view allows a two-sided approach, which means that the reflection of the realities of the French is uniquely repeated in the Persians.Montesquieu's Persian view of the political system in which a person lives, and vice versa, remote observation of society's attitude towards a person is analyzed through the genre of a parable, decentralized
observation, characteristic view, humorous critical views. The article deals with the problem of cultural barriers as a communicative activity of
representatives of two different cultural associations, emphasizing the importance of cultural factors in the translation process and the translation of cultures, not languages, according to the cultural and ethnographic concept of translation. In the text of the translation, the
specificity of the interaction of language and culture is reflected in the diversity of the “worldview”. One of the main criteria for literary translation is the preservation of the individual style of the author of the work. From the point of view of translation standards, it is natural that the translator has difficulty in understanding a fragment of a literary text. From this point of view, it is difficult to achieve an adequate translation without a reflective understanding of the content of the original in the translation of a philosophical work that differs in style and period of writing. The importance of observing the functional and
methodological norms of the content of the text in order to achieve the adequacy of the stylistic figures used in the work to the target language is investigated.
