As you know, English is an integral part of professional career in medicine. In addition, various international projects in the field of medicine are becoming more widespread, participation in which is also an important part of professional development for medical workers. In this article, the authors substantiates the importance of reviewing certain aspects of teaching English to medical students and offer their concept of English course for medical purposes.

Aesthetic culture is constantly changing as a result of the interaction of a person with beauty, as well as the interaction of certain qualities of a person.
With advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, education systems are transforming. This paper analyzes the challenges AI poses for schools and teachers and the opportunities it presents for personalized learning. It evaluates three central challenges: updating curriculums with AI disciplines, adopting adaptive teaching techniques, and developing evaluation metrics for new paradigms. Policymakers must incorporate data science and machine learning into core frameworks. Self-paced learning platforms require new classroom dynamics. Assessments must prioritize higher-order thinking. The article emphasizes three crucial opportunities within an AI-driven education framework - broadening access, strengthening educators, and tailoring education. Online learning currently extends admission beyond geographical and economic hurdles. Intelligent content provision enables personalization for learners with disabilities. AI liberates precious teaching hours from routine tasks to concentrate on student welfare. Moreover, evolving learning technologies persistently amend lesson designs based on immediate responses. However, to actualize this vision, we need to tackle ethical concerns like the privacy of student data and the inherent biases that could infiltrate algorithms. In conclusion, despite some inevitable hitches in current systems, AI brings forth hopeful remedies to persistent issues such as inclusivity, resource limitations, and personalized guidance on a large scale. The article highlights that policy, institutional readiness, and public consciousness are equally important in steering this transformation. Educators need to acknowledge the potential of AI, prompting culture modifications centered around new perceptions of educational quality, accomplishment, and preparedness for the workforce. Further national initiatives merging education and AI will set the course for the future.
Language learning strategies have often been taught to ESL students to help them become more effective learners. However, formal strategy instruction has most often been taught to either intermediate or advanced proficiency students, where English can be used easily for communication, or to students with the same language background, where the students' native language can be used. The purpose of this research was to find effective methods for modifying language learning strategy instruction, specifically in reading and vocabulary skills, in order to make it more accessible and usable for lowproficiency high school ESL students when the native language cannot be used for instruction. Fifteen high
school ESL students from varying language backgrounds, who were classified as high beginning English
proficiency, participated in this thirteen-week action research study. Lesson plans, anecdotal records, and
unit self-evaluation forms provided information about how instruction was conducted and how students
responded to it. Pre- and post questionnaires were also used to determine if the instruction was effective. The
results of the study suggest that a number of teaching strategies are helpful for making strategy instruction
accessible and usable for low-proficiency ESL students

This article discusses effectiveness of the use of innovative technologies in Russian language lessons. The study of each topic begins with a clear definition of the required learning outcomes - the knowledge and skills that the student must acquire. Open compulsory learning outcomes provide an opportunity for self-control of students and help from their parents. In addition, at the very first lesson on the topic, students are given texts of training tests. For this purpose, special collections can be used. In the absence of generalization, this makes it difficult to form in the minds of students a holistic, systematic idea of one or another spelling pattern.
