This study investigated the management of positive classroom and school safety and effectiveness of teachers in Unity schools in South-Eastern states of Nigeria. The correlational research design was adopted for the study. Two research questions were answered while two hypotheses were tested. The population of the study comprised all the 901 teachers of the 14 Unity schools in the 5 South-Eastern states of Nigeria. Stratified and disproportionate sampling techniques were used to select 399 sample size that was determined from the population using Taro Yamane Formula. Two sets of instruments titled; “Management of Seamless Technology Integration Questionnaire” and “Teachers’ Effectiveness Questionnaire” were used for data collection. Face and content validity was ensured by experts. The reliability coefficients of the two instruments were calculated to be 0.78 and 0.81 using Cronbach Alpha method. Multiple and simple regressions were used to answer the research questions. Analysis of variance associated with multiple regression and t-test associated with simple regression were used to test the null hypotheses at 0.05 alpha level. It was found that management of: positive classroomand school safety positively correlate (0.89 respectively) to teachers’ effectiveness in Unity schools in South-Eastern states of Nigeria. Based on the findings, it was concluded that management of positive classroom and school safety is positively and highly significant to the effectiveness of teachers in Unity schools in South-Eastern states of Nigeria. It was therefore recommended among others that positive classroom management should be prioritized by the Unity school administrators through the application of Kaizen principles.

In countries south of South Asia and the Sahara, three out of four students fail to reach 5 th grade. The low level of quality and efficiency in schools, which are unable to meet the needs of many students who are not mastering in the primary school, is causing problems in the world of education. The article focuses on the systematic analysis and teaching methods of subjects taught in primary school in developed countries, and recommendations for the application of modern methodological approaches in the lower grades of secondary schools in the country.
This article is devoted to the problem of health saving in elementary school, which is topical today. Despite the fact that health is the most important aspect of human life, the problem of health saving in elementary school, to date, is not given due attention. The modern education system is a serious load for a junior schoolboy and becomes a bright contributing factor for the deterioration of children's health. The article notes that the identification of criteria of health-saving potential of the school lesson, as well as extracurricular and extracurricular activities and the construction of the educational process on the basis of the principles of ensuring and protecting health is a priority in the development of education in the junior school level. The purpose of this article is to focus attention on the problem of saving the health of students and educating them in the field of healthy lifestyle in modern schools and to solve this problem through the active application of health-saving technologies in the classroom. Pedagogical design of health-saving education of junior schoolchildren and application of health-saving technologies in the pedagogical process can help teachers to keep students' high efficiency, delay fatigue and exclude overwork at lessons.

Vietnam's education system lacks well-established school psychological counseling services, despite the crucial role they play. As the country grapples with increasing mental health issues and intense academic pressure among its youth, there is an urgent need to expand counseling programs. This article explores the advantages of comprehensive school counseling initiatives led by licensed mental health professionals. Extensive global evidence indicates that effective integration of counselors enhances mental well-being, academic performance, graduation rates, and overall development. Unfortunately, Vietnam currently only has one counselor available for every 35,000 students, leaving a significant portion of the youth without access to psychological support. Vietnam is advised to take certain actions to strengthen its counselor workforce, incorporate counseling services into schools' objectives, and establish a multitiered approach. These recommendations include the recruitment of more counselors, the implementation of licensing requirements, a focus on secondary schools initially, the delivery of targeted prevention and intervention services, close collaboration with educators, and the collection of program evaluation data. By making a concerted effort, Vietnam can fully harness the potential of school counselors to promote the well-being and success of the next generation. While expanding counseling services may require investment, the long-term benefits for youth development far outweigh the costs. The time has come for Vietnam to prioritize and expand this crucial aspect of education.
