In this, a large place should be given to the introduction of completely new methods of modern pedagogical and information technologies into the educational process, which will make it possible to raise the level of medical education to world educational standards.
The article analyzes the factors of students’ psychological readiness affecting the success of tr aining at the initial stage of studying at university. Psychological readiness for training is an integral formation, an important prognostic factor for rapid adaptation to the conditions of study at university and the success of mastering a curriculum. The results of the research showed that psychological readi ness could be viewed as a longterm forecast of the effectiveness of educational and professional activi ties in a medical school. During the initial period of training, the factor of psychological readiness is the psychological state reflecting the peculiarities of adaptation in students with varying degrees of ac ademic achievement at university. Adaptation of the «least successful» students is accompanied by o verstrain and exhaustion of personal psychological resources. Changing the subjective assessment of the state of health, fixing on violations in the communicative and activity spheres allows for early det ection o a decrease in psychological readiness and timely correction aimed at increasing it.
Experiments have shown that toxic hepatitis in the mother will negatively affect the postnatal growth, development and formation and the morphological and functional state of the vascular-tissue structures in the organ of the offspring similar to the mother's organ, causing pathomorphological changes in their vascular-tissue structures, contributing to lag, delay in developmental becoming them.
All this necessitates the development of scientifically grounded therapeutic and prophylactic measures in order to prevent pathology in offspring born and fed by mothers with liver pathology.
For stable memorizing and remaining in mind a great volume of information that is necessary for further medical activity the mnemotechnique methods can be used on educational process in medical higher schools, that is combination of methods and means making the process of memorizing easier and increasing the memory volume by creating artificial associations. Application of associative method in classes contributes to development of creative activity and logical thinking of students, improves memorizing mechanisms, enriches vocabulary.
Surunkali obstruktiv bronxit butun jahonda aholi kasallanishi va o’limining asosiy sabablaridan biri hisoblanib, muhim tibbiy muammodir. Chunki o’tkir bronxitdan farqli ravishda surunkali obstruktiv bronxit ikki yildan kam bo’lmagan muddatda yilda uch oy davomida uzoq davom etadigan nam yo’tal, doimiy kuchayib boruvchi hansirash, jismo niy zoriqishga chidamlilikning pasayishi bilan kechib, yomon oqibatga olib kelishi mumkin. Aholining turli qatlamlari orasida nafas a’zolari kasalliklari orasida o’tkir bronxit 20-30% ni tashkil etsa, surunkali bronxit 70-80%ni, nafas tizimi kasalliklari bo’yicha nogironlikning 50% ni tashkil etadi. Shundan oddiy surunkali bronxit katta yoshli aholi orasida 7.3-21.8% ni, surunkali obstruktib bronxit 62.7-58.2% ni tashkil qilib, 50 59yoshli erkaklar va 40- 49yoshli ayollar orasida ko’proq uchraydi. Yuqoridagilardan kelib chiqib surunkali obstruktiv bronxitni vaqtida aniqlab, davolash va oldini olish maqsadida zamonaviy tekshirish usullaridan foydalanish muhimdir.
The study of vitamin D - dependent risk factors for the formation of essential arterial hypertension
(EAH) based on the assessment of serum levels of calcidiol (25 (OH) D), calcium and vasoconstrictor factor endothelin-1-21 in 132 students aged 13 to 16 years (average age 14.64 ± 0.19 years) with normal, high normal blood pressure and essential arterial hypertension (EAH) established the priority effect of vitamin D supply on the level of diastolic blood pressure in the group of children with labile arterial hypertension and in the group of children with stable on the parameters of systolic blood pressure. In the mechanism of EAH formation in children, an interdependence between vitamin D deficiency and the severity of endothelial dysfunction by the level of endothelin -1-21 was revealed. The following vitamin D were determined by diagnostic efficiency - dependent risk factors for the formation of EAH in children in decreasing importance: endothein-1-21> 0.41fmol / ml; vitamin D <20ng / ml; Ca <2.22 mmol / L.

Perinatal lesions of the central nervous system unites a large group of brain lesions that are different due to the cause and origin, arising during pregnancy, childbirth and in the first days of a child's life. Severe forms of perinatal lesions of the central nervous system are observed in 1.5–10% of term infants and in 60–70% of premature infants. Purpose of the study: conducting immunochemical screening in order to identify a predisposition to pathology of the central nervous system and internal organs in low birth weight infants.
The article presents the results of the investigation on the evaluation of the effectiveness of rehabilitation methods in children with systemic onset juvenile arthritis. The analysis of the obtained results showed that regular exercise in children with systemic onset juvenile arthritis activates movements in the joints, increases blood circulation in the joints and muscles, decreases muscle atrophy, improves the quality of life of patients, prevents complications and disability.
