Learning is an active communication between students and the teacher, so it does not have a one-way property. Basically, the success of the process of teaching a foreign language directly depends on the teacher. Each teacher, based on his professional experience, chooses methods and techniques of work. Language teaching approaches and methods have cast light on the language teaching theory and practice.
There are still many controversies about their usefulness and appropriateness. This article tries to analyze the
effectiveness of one of the most influential teaching methods: Grammar-translation Method, in order to have
a better understanding and application in the future teaching practice. Using theoretical materials made in
this sphere, it is obvious that, there is no inherent contradiction between grammar instruction and
communicative approach, and a sort of explicit grammar instruction can complement communicative
language teaching to raise learners’ conscious awareness of the form and structure of the target language
Simblefaron is a scar fusion of the posterior conjunctival surface of the eyelid with the eyeball. It often develops as a complication of thermal burns of the eyes. Eye burns are severe damage to the organ of vision and occupy a significant share (6.9-30.5%) in the structure of eye injuries. The results of the study showed that the stage-by-stage surgical plastic surgery of the anterior segment of the eye performed by us, which consists in a combination of plastics of the fornix with flaps from the automucosal cavity of the mouth (lips) and transplantation of the amniotic membrane onto the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva with the capture of the limbal zone, allows you to eliminate the defect of the cornea and maintain its transparency and also contributes to the restoration of the conjunctival arches, which can significantly reduce the likelihood of developing complications of burn injury and shorten the rehabilitation period, improve the functional results of treatment.
In this article plant lectins and their spesifications as biologically active substances of nonimmune origin, possessing a common property of specifically binding to the surface of bacterial cells and viral protein are examined. The main attention is paid to the possibility of using plant lectins in medicine and biomedical practice.
There were investigated the incidence of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) in the territory of Tashkent city. The analysis of the material on the primary registered cases for 2015-2019 years was carried out according to the Tashkent City Cancer Register - a 1257 cases of morbidity in 1215 patients. According to the results of the study, there were given comprehensive epidemiological characteristics of the BCC: age, sex, ethnicity, and stage systematization of the spread of the primary process. During the 5 years period under consideration there where prevalence of detection of the II stage of BCC. The article describes the characteristics of the histological picture, namely the results of the histological typing. The predominant histological type was determined - a solid variant of BCC, while the author indicates a high percentage of non-typed BCC.
The eyes — one of the most important and most vulnerable human organs-are constantly in need of protection. When working on a computer, the eyestrain occurs, which, if a number of important rules are not followed, leads to the development of various diseases. The article is devoted to the study of the features of the use of gadgets by children, as well as the awareness of parents aboutthe use of gadgets by their children. The pros and cons of using gadgets are given. In the course of the literature review, it was found out that it is necessary to prevent gadgets from becoming a source of problems in the child's life. Competent and moderate use of gadgets will really contribute to the development of the child and help him to keep up with the times.
