The aim of the study was to study the immunological cytokine status in women with combined forms of fibroids and adenomyosis to determine their role in the course of the disease. Methods. A total of 165 women with uterine myoma and / or adenomyosis were examined and the patients were divided into 3 groups. The research methods were dynamic study of blood flow of nodes by ultrasound with Doppler and immunological blood tests. Results: determination of the level of proinflammatory cytokines in patients before treatment showed the following results: the level of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α was higher in all three groups than in the control group. IL-6 and TNF-α, as well as VEGF, which proved the effectiveness of therapy. Discussion: an increase in the level of cytokines in the blood is most pronounced in combined forms of fibroids and adenomyosis compared with isolated forms of fibroids and adenomyosis. This indicates the participation of the immune system in the development and progression of such hyperplastic processes of the uterus as myoma and adenomyosis.
It is known that in chronic liver diseases, secondary immunodeficiency is formed, which is of great importance for the dental system and the entire body as a whole. Therefore, it becomes clear the importance of studying the state of the protective system of oral tissues in chronic viral liver pathology, which requires timely and constant correction. The aim of this study was to evaluate the activity of proinflammatory cytokines and cytolytic enzymes in patients with chronic viral hepatitis before tooth extraction. The level of cytokine IL-1 in patients with CVI before tooth extraction was on average 43.97±3.56 pg / ml, whereas in healthy people the studied indicator was on average 5.41 ± 0.42 pg / ml. The patients showed an increase in the level of IFN in the blood serum by an average of 6.2 times, the level of interleukin-18, belonging to the IL-1 family, was statistically significantly increased by 2.4 times in patients with CVI, compared with the control group. The features of CVH are dissociations between the levels of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1, IL-6, IL-18 and interferon. This indicates the disintegration of the inflammatory process occurring in the periodontal tissues and with the transition to a chronic course of the disease. Changes in the level of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18 and interferon in the blood serum of patients with CVI from normal parameters before tooth extraction is an indicator of the severity of the inflammatory process in the liver, as evidenced by changes in the dynamics of cytolytic enzymes.

Subjects of the inquiry: 103 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, 20 healthy individuals.
Aim of the inquiry: To study therapeutic effect of low frequency physical factors on the cytokines and the processes of lipid peroxidation and to confirm scientifically the efficacy of their use based on the their effect on the clinical laboratory findings.
Methods of investigation: Clinical and laboratory investigations, immunological analyses of the blood scrum cytokine levels and synovial fluid, biochemical examinations of the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system indicators, phospholipase-A2 activity, nonspecific phosphatases and free oxyprolinc in the blood serum of patients.
The results achieved and their novelty: There was studied clinical efficacy of ultraphonophoresis with benzketozon during treatment and rehabilitation of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis. It was proved that disbalance between inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines as well as lipid peroxidation activation activity in the erythrocyte membranes and blood scrum destabilized cellular membrane structures, increase in phospholipase-A2 activity and, consequently, stimulating prostaglandines, inflammation mediators, synthesis. There was shown that complex therapy with inclusion of low frequency physical factors, particularly ultraphonophoresis with benzketozon, gave marked positive effect normalizing interrelation ship between inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines reducing activity of phospholipase-A2, lipid peroxidation products and rising the levels of antioxidant system indicators.
Practical value: There has been shown rationality of inclusion of the physical-pharmacological method ultraphonophoresis with benzketozon into clinical practice. The differential indicators developed for application of low-frequency physical methods of therapy for rehabilitation of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis allow prolongation of the remission, improvement of the patients life quality.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The practical recommendation and guidelines have been applied in the clinical practice of the out-patient special course of arthrological treatment in the Republican Rhcumatological Center, Clinical Hospital N 1, Central Hospital of Zangiota district of Tashkent province. Clinico-laboratorial part of the work is based on a survey of 96 patients with chronic generalized periodontitis (CGP). 22 people of the patients have chronic generalized periodontitis mild (HGPM), patients with chronic generalized periodontitis average degree (HGPA) and chronic generalized severe periodontitis (HGSP) 42 and 32 people respectively, combined with hypothyroidism. For objectification of the clinical research of the periodontal tissues, we used indicators such as the periodontal index, papillary-marginalalveolar index and the index of Ketze. For aexact determination of the intensity of the inflammatory process
used Schiller-Pisarev trial. To measure the depth of periodontal pockets also held X-ray examinations. It was found that a significant activation of lipid peroxidation and reduced antioxidant defense observed in patients with severe CGP on the background of hypothyroidism. It is shown that thyroid dysfunction occurs pronounced activation of the immune system, manifested by increased levels of cytokines in the serum. The highest concentration of TNF, IL-1 and IL-4 were detected in patients with moderate CGP thyroid hypofunction.
This article is devoted to the study of the content of cytokines interleukin-1( IL-1), interleukin- 4 (IL-4), interferon status: interferon-alpha, aferon-alphantiinter, interferon-gamma in the blood serum of 25 sick young children. Compared with the control group, a significant increase in the content of pro inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines was revealed. According to the authors of the article, the content of cytokines IL1 and IL4 in the blood serum of sick children with community-acquired pneumonia depends on the period of the disease and the severity of the pathological process
Objects of inquiry: 107 women with rheumatoid arthritis in climacteric period.
Aim of inquiry: studying clinical-immunologic and roentgenologic indices in females with rheumatoid arthritis in connection with climacteric periods and perfecting therapeutic approaches.
Methods of inquiry: clinical studies, assessment of pain syndrom under visual analogous scale (VAS), determination of pro-inflammatory cytokins in blood scrum, roentgendensitometry, determination of body mass index, gravity of climacteric syndrom under modified menopausal index, determination of osteosyndrom by Ritchie and Lee test.
Results achieved and their novelty: for the first time in RA women in climacteric an interrelation between clinical laboratory RA manifestations and an expression of reproductivity disorders has been revealed. An interplay between acute phase indices, rheumatoid arthritis and Lee test and grade of severity of climatcric period has been established. An intcraggravating effect of RA and climacteric syndrom was approved. Predictive valuable factors in RA women in climacteric were determined. Osteoporosis in females with RA was began earlier before climacteric, it lasted more pronounced with lowering mineral density of bones. An advancing lowering of mineral density of bones in RA began in climacteric was shown. Dependance between a level of pro-inflammatory cytokins and duration of disease has been revealed, and less expressed regression of IL-ip indices in women with preserved menstrual function. Recommendations for strategy of RA treatment in women in climacteric taking into consideration features of a course of disease were worked out.
Practical value: rocngcnometry in females with RA, determination of TNF-a, IL-ip cytokins, modified menopausal index by Kuppermann contributed to diagnosis and prediction, management of an adequate therapy. Using of plasmapheresis and climadinon in complex therapy of rheumatoid arthritis reduced manifestations of disease and climacteric syndrom.

Studies on the dental morbidity of people suffering from chronic kidney disease (IBD) have shown that they are more likely to have pathology of teeth, periodontal and oral mucosa than healthy individuals of the same age group. A particularly unfavorable state of dental health was noted in people suffering from chronic renal failure, regardless of their presence on hemodialysis therapy.
Проблема увеличения детей с бронхиальной астмой во всем мире остается актуальной на протяжении последних нескольких десятилетий. При этом самыми частыми триггерами бронхиальной астмы у детей являются различные респираторные вирусы.
В последние десятилетия в качестве биомаркеров сепсиса было предложено более 200 соединений, в том числе маркеры острой воспалительной реакции – СРБ и провоспалительные цитокины, маркеры врожденного иммунного ответа, а также предшественники гормонов –прокальцитонин. При сравнении диагностической значимости ПКТ и СРБ пришли к заключению, что большая надежность в диагностике сепсиса все же принадлежит ПКТ-тесту. Обсуждается диагностическая значимость пресепсина, субстанции Р, лактата, тканевого фактора (TF) как ранних предикторов сепсиса. Однако, ввиду сложности патогенеза сепсиса и его гетерогенности, маловероятно, что единственный подходящий биомаркер будет когда-то найден [25]. Из-за схожести формирования ответа на рецепторы ассоциированных клеток ни один маркер не сможет со 100% специфичностью и чувствительностью отличить неспецифическое повреждение клеток от инфекционного процесса.
Оксидативный стресс, синтез вазоконстрикторов, факторов воспаления и цитокинов, подавляющие продукцию оксида азота основного вазодилататора, влияют на возникновение и развитие дисфункции эндотелия (ЭД). ЭД всегда предшествует повреждению или нарушению функционирования любого сосуда независимо от его органной локализации. Оценить функциональное состояние эндотелия можно косвенно. Для этого необходимо исследовать в крови содержание факторов воспаления, повреждающих эндотелий – С реактивного белка (CRP), провоспалительных цитокинов и др. Уровень содержания данных факторов связан со степенью выраженности ЭД. Провоспалительные цитокины способствуют синтезу эндотелина-1 (ЭТ-1), уменьшают вазодилатацию, индуцированную ацетилхолином, дестабилизируют мРНК эндотелиальной синтазы NO, вызывая ЭД.
