Despite the fact that there are many works on Arabic grammar, which are perfect and known for their content, the work of Zamakhshari “ لصفملا” is considered by his contemporaries "the best book on Arabic grammar"1 . Another scientist compares it with “fine-grained durga” 2. This work has great historical importance due to the laconic and clear interpretation. The issues raised in Zamakhshari's work testify to the development of Arabic linguistics at that time. In the play, we see the achievements of the 12th century through the coverage of grammatical issues. A “Mufassal” is an aggregated and refined review of research conducted prior to this work. When creating "Mufassal" Zamakhshari pursued not only a scientific goal, but also its convenience. This aspect allowed him to become one of the most famous works. Zamakhshari, as a linguist well versed in the theory of Arabic grammar, managed to compose the book in his own way.
The present article examines the provi sions of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, regulating the conclusion of the labor contract for remote work and the conclusion of the labor contract of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The current epidemiological situation in the country and in the world has significantly changed the process of fulfillment of labor duties. At present, there is a need to revise the provisions of the labor legislation concerning the labor contract on distant work. When considering the labor contract on distant work, it can be noted that the very perfor mance of labor duties has a specific nature and represents the work performed by the employee outside the employ er's location. The development of technology and the In ternet has contributed to the development of a nonstandard form of the employee's employment function, which takes place outside the employer's location, such as telecommuting. At the present time, distant work is poorly regulated at the legislative level, and availability of not elaborated works generates a lot of questions from the parties of labor relations. The current Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for only one article deal ing with distant work and the lack of detailed consideration of this work requires its improvement. There is also a need to supplement the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the provisions on the labor contract on distant work. Currently, distant workers and employers are very interested in a clearer regulation of the conclusion of the labor contract on distant work and therefore it seems necessary to pay special attention to the resolution of this issue.
The article discusses the problem of organizing independent work in literature lessons at school. It identifies two types of individual forms of organizing tasks: individual and individualized. The author offers methodological recommendations for students to carry out independent work while working with a textbook and studying literary works at school.
This article explores the work of Rashid al-Din Watwat “Gardens of Magic in the intricacies of poetry” as a classic poetic source. This topic is covered in scientific articles, dissertations in Russian and scientific literature in Persian. Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 24, 2017 No. PP-2995 “On measures to further improve the system of preservation, research and popularization of ancient written sources” opens up great opportunities for studying many manuscript sources that have not yet been studied. The article contains interesting facts about the work of Rashiduddin Vatvat “Gardens of Magic in the intricacies of poetry”, the importance of the work from the XII century to the present, as well as literary works and examples. This work served as a source for all scientists who were engaged in "bade' science". The work has not lost its scientific and literary value to this day, and in this article from a literary point of view only a small number of copies are considered. As the main issue, the role and significance of the work in the source studies, in particular, the contribution of this work to the theory of literary and their using in various translations and studies are analyzed.
This paper examines the impact of teleworking on employees’ labour productivity and the entity`s management in the condition of global pandemic Covid-19 in Uzbekistan. The epidemiological and dynamic nature of the Covid-19 crisis in which organizations have to adopt a work-from-home policy made this investigation very necessary. When the issue is explained more broadly, this empirical research investigates two significant aspects about teleworking process in organizations in the period of lockdown in Uzbekistan. First, teleworking positively affects employee’ labour productivity and the effectiveness of the entity, and the second teleworking complicates the management activities and affects negatively the socio-emotional environment in the work team. The objectives of the study are to identify whether the process of telework affects positively or negatively the organization’s current labour processes and propose multiple recommendations regarding to improve the telework mechanism for enabling prospective labour concerns in the human resources field of Uzbekistan. To achieve the objectives, a survey research design was adopted. The techniques employed in analyzing the data were quantitative methodology, descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results indicated that working from the home policy has a strong and positive relationship with employee’ labour productivity and the effectiveness of the entity if it is measured as a result-oriented rather than activity. It was also found that teleworking has a significant relationship with complicatedness of the management and it brings to the negative socio-emotional environment in the work team. Based on the findings, the researcher concluded that unexpected telecommuting in the period of Covid-19 has both negative and positive impact on employee performance and the entity`s management control.
