Objective: to carry out comparative analysis of matrix metalloproteinase’s-2,9 (MMP-2, 9), tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase’s (TIMP) expression indexes and their interconnection with magnesium ions (Mg2+), glucosamine-glycans and glucuronidases activity in the blood of patients with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. Material and research methods. 208 persons of them aged 15-25 (19.9±1.42) years have been studied. Depending on clinical signs and progressive complications, patients were divided into 2 groups, 1-group 97 patients with signs of external phenotypes (fens) of BTDD, 2-group 111 patients with signs of external and internal fens, with some complications. Results of researches have shown that the blood of patients with BTDD showed an increase in MMP-2 and MMP-9 and a decrease in TIMP-1. As the progression of the disease increases, the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 increases and the TIMP-1 decreases, compared to the data in the control group. At the same time, in patients there is a decrease in Mg 2ions in blood. Thus, dynamics of changes of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and also TIMP-1 expression in patients with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia may serve as a method of estimation of progressive pathological process and prognosis of the disease.
To micropropagate agave plants, physical tissue is acquired from chosen establishes that are adapted for 2 to a half year to work on their physiological condition and wellbeing before in vitro development. The goal of this review was to assess the physiological state of Agave angustifolia plants as far as its impact on organogenic reaction in physical tissue taken from these plants when they are set up in comparable culture media. In a nursery, development of four gatherings of plants was assessed when they were exposed to various sorts of water system for quite some time: 1) water; 2) NS-half (fertigation with supplement arrangement at half strength); 3) NS-75%; and 4) NS100%. Toward the finish of the period, it was discovered that providing supplements is significant for plants to accomplish better physiological condition. The unfertilized plants and those that got NS-75% had increments of 3.8 and 7.8 leaves, 6.5 and 12.5 cm long of the biggest leaf, and 1610.3 and 4401.4 cm2 in leaf region. Stem tissue was acquired from these stock plants and refined for 90 days in vitro culture, and development of unusual shoots was surveyed. The outcomes showed that the size of organogenesis in stem tissue for arrangement of unusual shoots was emphatically identified with the physiological state of the stock plant. Explants taken from unfertilized stock plants framed 14.6 all out shoots and 3.8 shoots on each explant, while those fertigated at 100% centralization of supplements shaped 32.7 complete shoots and 8 shoots on each explant.
Connective tissue dysplasia is a unique ontogenetic anomaly in the development of the body, which is one of the complex, far from studied questions of modern medicine, and is the morphological basis of functional changes in cardiac activity. We studied 115 children of preschool and school age with connective tissue dysplasia and small heart development abnormalities. A high frequency of occurrence of external phenotypic markers was revealed for the syndrome of dysplasia of the connective tissue of the heart and stigma of embryogenesis. An increase in the average level of hydroxyproline in blood serum in children with small abnormalities of the development of the heart in combination with cardiovascular pathology and patterns characterizing the relationship of the clinical manifestations of the disease and mineral imbalance has been established. Some pathogenetic lines of development of the pathological process in children with diselementosis have been determined. It has been proven that the state of the elemental status is an important informative criterion for assessing the severity of the underlying disease.
As it is clear that wounds of the maxillofacial area are much more different from other parts of the body. Due to the importance of its function and cosmetic value combined soft tissue lesions occupy a special position in human bones and tissues. In this article certain valuable information is shown about ozone’s physical, chemical compositions and its positive effect on the recovery of the combined soft tissue wounds located in the facial region. To evaluate the effectiveness of ozone for the treatment of soft tissue wounds of maxillofacial injuries overall 60 patients investigated [1,2]. As a result of this, ozone tends to be much more effective than traditional ways of treatments.
The combined injuries of maxillofacial region make up special place among the bones and tissues of the human body as a result of its functional and cosmetic importance. Soft tissue wounds of the maxillofacial injuries have number of distinguishing features that differs from traumas of the other parts of the organism. In this article the number of information given about physical, chemical features of the ozone and its influence for the healing of the combined soft tissue wounds of the maxillofacial injuries.
Despite the rapid development of tissue engineering and the expansion of the commercial range of osteoplastic materials, there is currently no single universally recognized “gold standard” for the treatment of bone tissue defects in the world. Scaffold selection is one of the main elements on which the ultimate success of tissue reconstruction depends. This review is devoted to the types of scaffolds, requirements for them, manufacturing technologies and application possibilities.
The aim of the study was to investigate the features of clinical course and diagnostics of pathologies of upper sections of gastro-intestinal tract in patients with connective tissue dysplasia to develop the system of management of patients at the level of primary health care. In the study it was revealed that patients with gastrointestinal tract pathology associated with CTD had early onset of disease and higher frequency of exacerbations, prevalence of dyspeptic and asthenic complaints, as well as impaired motor and evacuatory function of the gastroduodenal zone. Manifestation terms, frequency of exacerbations of gastroduodenal diseases are interrelated with the severity of connective tissue disorders.
Connective tissue dysplasias (CTDs) are genetically determined conditions characterised by defects in fibrous structures and connective tissue basic substance, leading to organ and system malformations, having a progressive course, defining features of associated pathology, as well as pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs.

To study the state of systemic immunity and local immunity before and during chemotherapy in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma.
From 2017 to 2018 at the Tashkent city branch of the Republican specialized scientific and practical medical center of oncology and radiology 20 primary metastatic patients with gastric adenocarcinoma received chemotherapy. The sampling of biological material (peripheral blood, tumor tissue) was carried out twice (before treatment and during the first control examination, after 3 courses). The percentage of the degree of infiltration of tumor tissue by lymphocytes (CD45+CD14-TILs) was estimated by flow cytometry; T cells (CD3+CD19-TILs); B cells (CD3-CD19+TILs); NK cells (CD3-CD16+CD56+TILs); CD16 and CD8 effector cells and their cytotoxic potential (CTP) (CD16+Perforin+TILs; CD16CTPTILs), (CD8+Perforin+TILs; CD8CTPTILs); regulatory T cells - NKT cells (CD3+CD16+CD56+TILs), CD4 (CD4+CD25+CD127-TILs) and CD8 (CD8+CD11b-CD28-TILs) regulatory cells and these parameters of systemic results. The factor of a favorable prognosis for PFS in patients with metastatic gastric cancer in the peripheral blood was an increase in the number of CD8 + T-regulatory cells (5.1% - 12.1%, p = 0.019), and in tumor tissue - an increase in the perforin potential of effector CD16 cells (0.5% - 4.9%, p = 0.030) and their cytotoxic potential (13.2% - 55.7%, p = 0.011). When assessing the changes in the indices of local immunity during chemotherapy, it was noted a negative effect of an increase of T cells (22.0% - -9.7%, p = 0.012), NKT - cells (207.9% - -13.8%, p = 0.002) and CD4 + T-regulatory cells (190.7% - -25.2%, p = 0.002). In contrast, an increase in the level of effector CD16 cells during chemotherapy increases the likelihood of surviving PFS - 9 months (-69.5% - 9.1%, p = 0.013).
Indicators of local and systemic immunity serve as additional prognostic factors for gastric cancer.
In this article, opinions were expressed on the improvement of early-stage diagnostic factors and the optimal pathways of therapeutic treatment, having determined the characteristics of heterogeneous neurohumorals of metabolic syndrome, the clinical manifesto of the disease. The analysis of the study shows that the issues of pathogenesis, clinical features of improving the effectiveness of medicamentous therapy, and treatment-rehabilitation aspects have not been studied perfectly so far. In patients with metabolic syndrome, hypotensive, anti-adipose agents, as well as treatment of statins and improvement of the prophylactic order of prevention of diseases, the issues of which were not studied at the end were discussed.
