In this article it is explained the legal aspects of free economic zones, conducted comparative analyses of activity of free zones, reviewed the legal bases of business activity in the free economic zones and given the proposals on creation of new kinds of free economic zones
It is obvious that the main aspects of free economic zones are to ensure the country’s integration into the world economy and effective attraction of foreign capitals especially direct investments. In this article, the concept and peculiarities of free economic zones have been completely studied. Besides, author completely analyses the concept and definition of free economic zoens were developed by scientists. At the same time author studied various structural features of free economic zones. Moreover, the types of free economic zones as well as the aims of creation of ones have been considered.
Intensified international competition has led to the loss by domestic enterprises of world markets and a direct threat to national markets. The lack of investment and new innovative technologies promoted new economic zones in the country. In this paper work author explains main concepts of free economic zones and it formulation into new forms in regions. Main purpose of the article is clarifying role of special economic zones in world economy with theoretical approaches and find out most optimized models for implementation of them into least developed regions of Uzbekistan. As outcomes can be considered international legislation and fundamental frameworks of the research objectives. Conclusion presented as three optimal model structure set up and innovative modern class specialized zones for improvement urban places for providing economic growth. Result of this study was a conceptual review of special economic zones as a full-fledged international mechanism that promotes increase investment attractiveness and competitiveness of the entire state and its individual industry sectors.
In this article, the author analyses legal status of participants of free economic zones. At the same time, the procedure of registration of participants of free economic zones have been studied. Moreover, the rights and lawful interests of participants of free economic zones have been considered.
The article considers the current legislation in the field of creation and legal regulation of free economic zones in Uzbekistan. Practical proposals to improve the legal framework of free economic zones in our country have also been developed.

SUMMARY
The article discusses the prospects for investment in free economic zones (FEZ) on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The correlation analysis of the impact of investment volume on the main macroeconomic indicators is made. Theoretical and practical aspects of FEZ functioning are considered. Therefore, when talking about the impact of investment on the state of Navoi's GDP, it is logical to consider the entire amount of investment, and not just the volume of foreign direct investment.
Significant impact on GDP growth. When studying the relationship between the value of Navoi's GDP and the amount of investment in Navoi FEZ, a coefficient of 0.95609 was obtained, which also reflects a strong positive relationship between the indicators — the growth of foreign investment in Navoi FEZ increases Navoi's GDP.
In other words, the correlation matrix shows that Navoi's GDP growth is directly related to two factors in the table. The criterion of correlation: -1≤r≤1.
The author's conclusions and suggestions for improving the investment potential of the region and ensuring the stable functioning of the FEZ are made.
Free economic zones operating on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan have a great impact on the development of our national economy. Thus, the calculations made clearly prove the significant role of investment in FEZ for the economy of Uzbekistan. The most important problem in attracting and effectively using foreign investment resources in FEZs is not just increasing their volume, but purposeful management of their structure, the ratio of direct, portfolio and other investments. In long-term regional targeted programs to attract and use foreign investment in the country, it is necessary first of all to identify priority industries and justify their equipping with foreign technologies and equipment.
At the same time, attracting foreign investment in the economy of our country means not only the implementation of new promising projects in cooperation with foreign partners, but also the introduction of new modern equipment, equipment and technologies, know-how, competitive quality of products aimed at mining.
Roadside safety zones of highways of local, district, regional and Republican significance in the Ferghana region of the Republic of Uzbekistan were studied. The article analyzes the actual condition of the exclusion zones of highways with adjacent land use and development, intersections with such communication systems as Railways, water barriers, underground and aboveground power and communication lines, gas pipelines of different pressure, with different terrain. The normative and technical documentation regulating cadastral relations of the road sector with land users and developers is presented. Scientific and practical recommendations are given to improve these relationships and improve the efficiency and safety of land use in roadside areas.

This article is devoted to analyzes the issues of mineral and geochemical features of mineralized zones: eastern Jamansai section (Sultan-Vvais ridge). Productive mineralization of the eastern Jamansai site is associated with metamorphogenic transformations of rocks of the Sultanuvai, Jamansai, Beshmazar, Kazansai formations, metamorphosed under the conditions of the green-shale facies. Mineralized zones of the site are confined to narrow faults in tectonic zones of the northeastern and northwestern directions.
In this article it is analyzed the viewpoint of creating of free economical zones, the main role of attraction of foreign investment, as well as the legal regime of these zones. The author put forward his proposals and opinions on the development of legal regulation of free economical zone by emphasizing the specification of legal regime of these zones.

Moreover, on the basis of an analysis of the possibilities of clusters in the improvement of regional tourist zones, the directions of development of this area are determined, and proposals and recommendations are given for the development of high-quality services for tourists.
It is planned to establish a free economic zone in Urgut district of Samarkand region in 2017. Today, 3 economic regions operate in Uzbekistan. Privileges and special opportunities for doing business are provided here for investors. These are "Navoi" industrial-economic zone in Navoi region, "Angren" special industrial zone in Tashkent region and Jizzakh and "Jizzakh" special industrial zone in Sirdarè region.
Every year, the number of special economic zones increases. On the one hand, this is a great chance to bust the state’s economy and attract investors. On the other hand, there is a probability to create unfair market competition. This may place other WTO members in an unfavourable position, posing a mitigation risk. To avoid this, the government should implement only special economic zone schemes following WTO regulations. This article will study which incentives are allowed by the WTO law and prohibited. Apart from this, will be reviewed India’s case as an example of the transformation from special and differential treatment to the generally applicable WTO rules. This will include an analysis of the regulations, WTO case law, and suggestions for future regulatory reform.
