The article talks about the need to increase the legal culture of entrepreneurs in the conditions of today's civil society, the essence of concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial activity, entrepreneurial personality, processes of improving their legal regulation mechanisms within the framework of scientific, theoretical and practical research of the problem.

This study investigates the linguistic and cultural aspects of communication behavior among individuals from various professional backgrounds. By employing a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and discourse analysis, we explore how profession influences language use, communication styles, and cultural norms in workplace interactions. The findings reveal distinct patterns of communication behavior across professions, shaped by factors such as industry-specific jargon, power dynamics, and cultural expectations.

Following the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 21, 2022, PD-55 "On additional measures for the accelerated development of the pharmaceutical industry of the Republic in 2022-2026", it has been established that industry experts should improve the provision of high-quality, effective, and safe pharmaceutical products to the population. This article examines the procedure for joining the European Union and the legal aspects of accession provided for by the Maastricht Agreement, as well as the Copenhagen and Madrid criteria. Using the example of some countries, an analysis of the nuances of the process of accession to the European Union is carried out. Also, recommendations are made to improve and change the Capenhagen criteria, which may have lost their relevance today. Further, the article details the step-by-step procedure for accession and provides a comparative analysis between the process of accession to the United Nations and the process of accession to the European Union.

Bleeding is a major complication of liver transplantation and a common cause of significant perioperative morbidity. To improve the results of related transplantation of the right lobe of the liver by improving the technique of stopping bleeding from the resection surface of the liver and veno-prosthetic anastomoses. 33 liver lobe recipients were selected for this study. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed method, two groups were formed: the main group - 18 recipients, the comparison group - 15 recipients. The proposed method for improving local hemostasis from the resection surface area and the suture line of veno-prosthetic anastomoses due to the combined action of two hemostatic agents reduced the duration of the general hemostatic stage of the operation from 87.0±29.9 to 40.3±9.8 minutes. An improved method for increasing the effectiveness of hemostasis in related transplantation is characterized by the combined use of a hemostatic sponge and a powdered composition "Hemoben" impregnated with plasma, which ensures activation and enhancement of the action of both local agents on the resected surface of the liver.

The article presents an analysis of the historical foundations of the development of writing teaching skills, considers an integrated approach as a leading approach to teaching foreign languages, and provides an overview of active and interactive teaching methods. Written speech is considered as a creative communicative skill, understood as the ability to express one's thoughts in writing. Secondary school acts as the second stage, where the foundations of communicative competence are laid and continue to develop, allowing for the implementation of foreign language communication and interaction of children, including with native speakers, at an elementary level.
