The use of new forms of biosealants based on thrombus is perspective direction in medicine. Thrombus
may be studied from the view point of natural policompositive biomaterial without any negative influence on the organism. Especially retractive thrombi faced these requirements. In connection with this fact methods of
evaluation and investigation of thrombus retraction, the study of their physic-mechanical properties have been
had large significance. Current research was performed with aim to compare exist indirect methods of throm-
bus retraction evaluation with perspective direct methods that allow assess physic-mechanical properties of
thrombi. The work was performed in cooperation with researchers of Physic-technical institute at Academy of
Science RUz.
