  • Abstract: despite the attempts made to combat the new coronavirus intcction, its pandemic stops its development. In the cunent conditions, the introduction of digital technologies into the processes of organization by the health department is becoming particularly relevant. This is designed to maximize the effectiveness of management both in the primary link at an outpatient dental appointment and in the management of a patient in a hospital. The availability of currently implemented options opens up unique opportunities for the use of blockchain technologies, while ensuring the achievement of the most effective decisions.

  • The article discuss issues of creatine use safety in pregnant women. Literature search has shown that although the use of creatine during pregnancy in humans is not yet fully understood, long-term use of this agent in adults is considered absolutely safe. Authors discourse about creatine synthesis pathways by the fetus, the mechanisms of transfer through the placental barrier. Considerable attention is paid on evidence of benefit of creatine supplementation during pregnancy for prevention and reduction of oxidative stress, fetoplacental hypoxia arising from various types gestational complications, such as fetal growth restriction, premature birth, and cases of fetal hypoxic conditions.

  • In order to study the influence of the design features of the ear body on the formation of injuries in children -pedestrians, the results of the SME and case materials of 140 children aged 6-17 years who died as a result of collisions with moving cars were analyzed. The most frequent collisions (86) were carried out by modern passenger cars of the Daewoo-uz brand. In 18 cases, collisions were made with the participation of old cars (VAZ-2106, Izh-Moskvich). In 33 cases, pedestrian children were injured in collisions with passenger and cargo vehicles, and in the remaining 4 cases, the types and brands of vehicles were not identified. In children-pedestrians who were injured from collisions with passenger cars and trucks, the volume and nature of the associated injuries were significantly higher than those caused by passenger cars. It was also found that in children injured in a collision with old cars, the severity of structural damage was less than in cases of collisions with modem cars, which was due to the structural features of the body of modem cars - the relative smoothness and less elasticity of the outer protruding parts.

  • In recent years, the problem of strokes in young people, in particular, the study of biomarkers of the risk of ischemic stroke, has received great attention due to its insufficient knowledge and a steady increase in the number of cases among people of working age. We were aimed to determine the clinical significance of homocysteine as a biomarker of the risk of ischemic stroke in young people. We examined 123 patients with ischemic stroke in the acute period. The control group consisted of 50 young people without cerebrovascular pathology. The results of the study showed that the level of homocysteine has age characteristics and has a correlation with the severity of neurological deficit. The obtained data will make it possible to develop an algorithm for a differentiated approach to the prevention of cerebrovascular pathology and to reduce the risk of ischemic stroke in young people.

  • One of the important areas of socio-economic development on a global scale is the solution of food supply, food availability in accordance with rational norms of healthy nutrition, as well as achieving high quality and safety of food consumed by the population. A number of studies are being carried out in the world to assess the biomedical safety of genetically modified food products and the effect of genetically modified soybeans on mutagenic, embryotoxic, carcinogenic and gonadotoxic effects, as well as on hematological and biochemical parameters of the organism of experimental animals. The aim of the study was to study and evaluate the effect of a genetically modified product (commercial product from soybeans) on the translocation of intestinal microbes in an experiment on laboratory animals.

  • Premature labor (PL) continues to be at the epicenter of obstetricians and gynecologists attention around the world. The nature of the relationship between the synthesis of placenta-specific proteins and uterine hemodynamics in threatening preterm labor was studied. The study included 150 women with a clinic of threatened preterm birth with gestational terms from 22 to 36.6 weeks (main group), who were treated in the Perinatal Center and City Maternity Complex in Bukhara. The control group consisted of 50 pregnant women with the physiological course of gestation at the same time. The revealed character of correlations between the content of gravidar proteins and the parameter of uterine hemodynamics in threatening preterm labor indicates the presence of progressive disorders in the motherplacenta-fetus system. The results of the study dictate the need for further study of the pathogenetic mechanisms of miscarriage in order to improve the existing principles of treatment.

  • Laboratory studies were conducted on 26 white mongrel rats of 3 months of age. This study was conducted three days after receiving a traumatic brain injury. The animals were fixed on a device made by hand in the form of a vehicle on wheels, the fixed animals were accelerated on the vehicle and hit the wooden barrier with the frontal part of the head. The speed of the vehicle was 6.7 km per hour. As a result of this experiment, two rats died on the spot. In 3-month-old rats, during the experiment, it was revealed that there were no macroscopic changes outside the organ, but there were some changes in the tissue structures of the white and red pulp of the spleen.

  • When applying Kotofor's herbicide in agriculture against weeds in consumption rates of 1.0-3.0 kg/ha, there is no change in biological quality (total protein, starch, vitamins С, P) in plant products. With an increase in Kotofor's consumption rate to 4.0 kg/ha. a decrease in total protein, starch, and vitamin C in potato and watermelon tubers was revealed. Based on the foregoing, from a hygienic point of view, planting of collective farms was established with an acceptable dose of introducing kotofor into the soil for planting of crops no more than 3.0 kg/' ha.

Among 157 children and adolescents with rheumatism living in various regions of Bukhara, a study was made of the particular biophysical properties of oral fluid. An analysis of the results showed a decrease in the rate of saliva secretion (RSS) compared with a healthy group of children and the need to study the level of dental health taking into account the duration and form of rheumatism, basic therapy of background pathology, as well as the development of a set of dental treatment and prophylactic measures taking into account unified protocols for medical helping children with rheumatism.

  • The use of new forms of biosealants based on thrombus is perspective direction in medicine. Thrombus may be studied from the view point of natural policompositive biomaterial without any negative influence on the organism. Especially retractive thrombi faced these requirements. In connection with this fact methods of evaluation and investigation of thrombus retraction, the study of their physic-mechanical properties have been had large significance. Current research was performed with aim to compare exist indirect methods of throm- bus retraction evaluation with perspective direct methods that allow assess physic-mechanical properties of thrombi. The work was performed in cooperation with researchers of Physic-technical institute at Academy of Science RUz.
