Globallashuv va etnik-madaniy xilma-xillik o‘rtasidagi immanent bog‘liqlik, muqobil rivojlanishning milliy-madaniy modellarining yaqinligi va milliy-madaniy modellari tadqiqotimiz ob’ekti hisoblanadi.Hozirgi davrda madaniyatning kommunikativ funksiyasi keskin kengaydi, unda mos ravishda transformatsiya jarayonlari sodir bo‘lmoqda. global o'zgarishlar bilan. Xususan, bilvosita aloqa shakllari (mobil telefon, Internet) bu funktsiyada tub o'zgarishlar kiritmoqda. Hozirda madaniyatlarning jadal yaqinlashuvi, tajriba almashish va o‘zaro boyitish kuzatilmoqda. Xalqaro muloqot va integratsiya umuminsoniy qadriyatlar va me’yorlarni qaror toptirishga qanchalik yordam bermasin, kengayish kayfiyatidagi madaniyatning hukmron kuchga aylanishiga xizmat qilmasligi kerak. Demokratik islohotlar davrida uni tiklash bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy izlanishlar boshlab yuborildi. o‘zbek etnik madaniyati, uning tarixiy, tarbiyaviy va badiiy-estetik imkoniyatlaridan foydalanish. Davlat xalq ijodiyoti va san'atining ko'plab turlarini rivojlantirishga rahbarlik qilmoqda. Biroq, o‘zbek etnik madaniyati, genezisi, sotsiologik va akseologik asoslari, qardosh xalqlar madaniyati bilan integratsiya aloqalarini har tomonlama tadqiq etish, bu munosabatlar tizimida boshqa etnik madaniyatlar bilan qiyoslash oldimizda turgan vazifalardan biridir. Hozirgi kunda olib borilayotgan falsafiy tadqiqotlar asosan empirik xarakterga ega, ularda falsafiy umumlashmalar kam uchraydi. Shuning uchun globallashuv ta’sirida etnik madaniyatlar o‘rtasidagi hamkorlik, aloqa va integratsiyani etnik madaniyatning allogenezi va ideogenezini unutmasdan, falsafiy nuqtai nazardan o‘rganishga ilmiy-nazariy ehtiyoj bor. U nafaqat falsafiy umumlashmalarni amalga oshirishga, balki badiiy-estetik imkoniyatlar, vositalar va artefaktlardan samarali foydalanish yo‘llarini izlashga ham qaratilishi kerak.
