The article highlights the problem of interference in the pronunciation of English among Uzbek students and suggests ways to improve it. The purpose of the study is to provide additional information about the factors influencing the process of learning a foreign language. According to scientists, students are able to overcome difficulties with pronunciation even in an artificial language environment with the help of special exercises and methods that are considered necessary.

The considered article puts forward the need to use advanced pedagogical technologies, interactive methods, and innovative teaching methods in the process of teaching a foreign language. In the context of teaching foreign languages in the Republic of Uzbekistan, new methods and requirements for assessing the knowledge and skills of teachers are being introduced, based on the recommendations of the Commonwealth of Independent States of Europe.

The article examines the importance of modality in linguistic research, exploring its development and manifestations in different languages. Categories of modality, research methodologies, and views on modality by scholars such as Aristotle, Charles L. Fillmore, and J. Lakoff are analyzed. The role of modality in the formation of communication and its complex nature is emphasized, which determines its importance in understanding human interaction.

This article highlights Fitrat’s merits in preserving, developing, and enriching the Uzbek language as the language of the nation based on internal capabilities.

The article explores the expression of family relationships based on German, Russian and Uzbek proverbs. In different nations, family relationships and couple relationships are interpreted differently in proverbs using examples. The purpose of analyzing such proverbs expressing family relationships in the German, Russian, and Uzbek languages, from the point of view of comparative linguistics and culture, is to determine the common (universal) and national characteristics of peoples belonging to different cultures and traditions.

As it is discovered currently, a significant and promising area within linguistics revolves around exploring the relationship between linguistic expressions and mental representations across various types of texts. This establishes an in-depth examination of language and speech phenomena, closely intertwined with human-centric factors, at the intersection of sociolinguistic, communicative-pragmatic, and cognitive dimensions to evaluate the impact of the study. Scholars are conducting and considering monolingual and multilingual investigations into the challenges of translating knowledge structures and the nuances of linguistic and cognitive mechanisms in diverse discourses. Concurrently, leveraging advancements in cognitive science, pragmatics, and corpus linguistics, researchers are refining and innovating methods, procedures, and techniques for analyzing textual elements, such as color references.

The article considers general tendencies in world and Uzbek education, and also both principles and methods of forming professional, communicative, intercultural competences and in the process of teaching foreign language for professional purposes in the conditions of management, engineering, economic and other non-linguistic specialties at technical university. The article views some essential issues of this competence including awareness of pedagogical values, the construction of the pedagogical process, pedagogical communication and behavior; pedagogical technology, its essence, structural components, understanding of innovative components of professional activity, requirements for the design and engineering of pedagogical technologies

The authors conclude by exploring future directions for GBL in foreign language education, emphasizing the need for further research and careful design considerations.

This article explores the dimensions of understanding the outlook, perspectives, aspirations, and challenges of secondary school learners, drawing insights from academic research and reputable sources. It discusses initiatives and organizations addressing these challenges, such as CAMFED, BRAC, Girl Child Network, Rwanda Education Board, Room to Read, and various initiatives in Uzbekistan focusing on strategies for developing learners’ worldviews. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of equitable and inclusive education in driving sustainable development and empowering future generations.

This article discusses DENS technology in the activities of a Speech Therapist in correcting the speech of preschool children, and also presents options for using DENS technology in the structure of classes with speech therapists. The authors propose the structure of a correction session based on DENS technology using exercises and games, as well as a lesson option on the formation of lexical and grammatical categories of language, taking into account the age category and speech characteristics of preschool children.

We examine the benefits of blog use in fostering student engagement, promoting various language skills, and enhancing cultural awareness. The discussion highlights how blogs can create a learner-centered environment and contribute to a blended learning approach. We conclude by suggesting practical applications for foreign language educators and outlining areas for further research.

Problems in the teaching process include lack of student engagement, outdated teaching methods, limited resources, classroom disruptions, student apathy, and teacher burnout. Prospects in the teaching process involve incorporating technology, interactive teaching strategies, personalized learning, providing professional development for teachers, adopting a student-centered approach, promoting collaborative learning, and implementing differentiated instruction to enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes.

In this article, the author discusses modern technologies designed for the development of reading competence in higher-grade pupils of schools specialized in teaching foreign languages, the importance of reading in learning a foreign language, types of reading, reading techniques, reading strategies, the views of local and foreign methodists on the importance of reading in teaching and learning a foreign language, suggestions on the organization of the study process.

We are talking about the unique features of the epistolary genre, which make it possible to illuminate the historical, social, everyday reality from an individual perspective, the fate of the hero taken in historical reality, and which allows us to reveal the human psyche.

The research paper discusses the main principles of deconstruction, recognized as a unique literary style of postmodernism through the literary-aesthetic analysis of the work “England, England” by a major representative of contemporary British postmodern literature – Julian Barnes. In contrast to hierarchical approaches, deconstruction as a modern literary device rejects the presentation of various issues in a literary work through the main philosophical, cultural, and socio-political concepts. Julian Barnes exposes the follies of present-day political and social situation in England by the literary technique of deconstruction masked as the jigsaw puzzle of “Britain” belonging to the main character, Martha Cochrane.

 In this article, the role of proverbs and expressions found in the translation of Gafur Gulam’s story “Shum bola” in human life, as well as the useful aspects of genres in human development are highlighted with the help of examples. Proverbs are directly important in making this story more artistically unique. Readers who read the works of writers who use such devices gain much more meaning from them and find it easier to understand the work through these devices.

In the development of modern linguistics, attention has been paid to studying the linguistic consciousness and thinking of the language owner in connection with factors such as social environment and national culture. At the end of the 20th century, the widespread spread of the anthropocentric approach led to the formation of such linguistic trends as cognitive linguistics, psycholinguistics, linguoculturalism, sociolinguistics, pragmalinguistics, ethnolinguistics, and today the integration of linguistics with other fields has become one of the main factors. In particular, the issue of interaction between the language owner, society, and culture has begun to be thoroughly studied.

This article analyzes the possibilities of increasing the effectiveness of a lesson using non-traditional educational technologies when teaching “Renewable Energy Sources”. In particular, the features of the design method, stages, and methods of its implementation are considered. This method has been shown to help students find new ideas, think creatively, choose the right strategy, and solve specific problems using the knowledge gained during the project and practical advice to serve in the learning process. In addition, this method deepens students’ knowledge, improves their skills, and improves their learning.
