At present, Uzbekistan is at a initial stage of development and reform, and universities are more concerned about university English education due to its talent development strategy and social needs. The university English curriculum has made periodical achievements in the past 10 years of reforms, but there are also some problems, such as curriculum content is monotony, curriculum classifications are similar, teaching objectives are not clear, and the form of courses evaluation is single, teaching method is outdated. To solve these problems, the researcher puts forward the following suggestions according to needs analysis theory, and make a research to non-English majors, the curriculum of university English must be based on the development of students' English proficiency, the teaching content should reflect the characteristics of majors, teachers need to update their teaching concepts, innovate teaching methods, combine classroom teaching with the second class learning. establish a scientific curriculum evaluation system and strengthen the promotion role of formative evaluation. Therefore, learners’ needs should be integrated to make a purposeful adjustments to the university English curriculum.

It has been delegated separate powers to assess quality of education, as well as a set of organizational structures and normative legal materials ensuring the quality of education. As a rule, assessing tasks with the level of knowledge set quality control helps. It is designed and intended to provide feedback and collect basic information that will allow teachers to judge on the effectiveness of the distance learning process, as well as a system control needs to be developed. Taking into account the basic requirements in this system is imperative. Individuality, consistency, variety of forms and methods, comprehensiveness is considered as key factors. In addition, summative assessment should cover all passed material, objectivity, reliability, trustworthiness and validity.

Knowledge of precedent phenomena is an indicator of the literacy of a language personality. In this article, we will answer the question of what is a precedent phenomenon, and what is its significance in the language culture of a particular country. Consider the precedent phenomena from Chinese fairy tales, it is the fairy tale that helps to update the knowledge about the five-thousand-year-old culture of China. Let's analyze Chinese fairy tales for the presence of precedent phenomena. We will also analyze the jokes used in oral speech by modern Chinese, which contain precedent phenomena from the fairy tales, legends, and legends. Understanding fairy-tale stories, characters and situations helps to understand the way of thinking, beliefs, and values of the people. The fairy tale reflects the national specifics peculiar to the people. The value of a fairy tale lies in the fact that it, a fairy tale, is a carrier of national memory. Knowledge of the precedent phenomena of Chinese culture will help to study the culture of the middle state more deeply; it will facilitate communication. It at the present level presents the fundamental topics of dental implantology including osseointegration, of the morphological basis of dental implantation. Indications, contraindications, planning and surgical stages of installing plate and screw implants, complications arising during and after dental implantation, as well as their prevention and treatment are described in detail. The tutorial contains test tasks and situational tasks for monitoring the development of knowledge with reference standards of answers, as well as illustrative materials. This article is devoted to the problem of typology of lexical difficulties in teaching Chinese language to students-philologists of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author covers the views of scientists on the comparative study of the vocabulary of native and foreign languages, considers the views of various researchers on the nature of interference, describes the set of conditions by which its nature is determined. In the comparative analysis of the two languages there are two tasks - linguistic and methodological. The task of linguistic analysis is to identify everything general and distinctive in these languages as fully and in depth as possible. The task of methodological analysis is to select from all material identified as a result of linguistic analysis one that can facilitate the consistent introduction of lexical material into the educational process, i.e., that contributes to the intensification of the educational process. The Uzbek and Chinese languages belong to different language families. The Chinese language in terms of morphological classification belongs to the isolating type, and it is generally accepted that the main feature of languages of this type is the immutability of words and the absence of formal, or morphological, elements in a word. It follows that the Chinese language is in a difficult relationship with concepts such as syllable and morpheme. The Uzbek language refers to agglutinative languages, in which the grammatical forms of words (case forms) are formed by affixation, that is, adding standard suffixes (endings) to the word base. The categories of difficulties encountered by philological students of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the lexical layer of the Chinese language - they are associated with the form of the word, meaning and use. The article discusses psychological and pedagogical factors in the process of preparing students of medical universities for future professional activities, various methods and approaches to the formation of motivation and self activation among students, and also discusses the factors that affect the success of the learning process. Much attention is paid to an individual approach to students, the creation of a stimulating learning environment, self assessment and support. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that psychological and pedagogical factors play an important role in preparing medical students for future professional activities and should be taken into account in the learning process.
