Proverbs are an essential part of languages, offering insights into cultural beliefs and values. This study examines the similarities in proverbs between the Karakalpak language and English language, shedding light on shared cultural wisdom. Through an analysis of commonly used proverbs, this research aims to highlight the universal themes and concepts embodied in these linguistic expressions. The findings provide a cross cultural understanding of common wisdom shared between the Karakalpak and English-speaking communities.
Learning a new language has numerous obstacles, one of which is knowing the language's vocabulary. Encourage pupils to become autonomous learners during the potential of second language (L2) vocabulary development is an important strategy to deal with the problem. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the use of various vocabulary learning strategies among adult English as a foreign language learner, as well as to examine the various vocabulary learning strategies and determine the benefits and drawbacks of each strategy. It was able to determine which VLS was utilized the most regularly and least repeatedly by learners who had completed the language program and those who were still in the course. It also discovered effective ways for teaching vocabulary to students.

Данная статья содержит результаты внедрения в рамках экспериментального обучения методики, разработанной автором в процессе исследования вопроса лингводидактических особенностей последовательного двустороннего перевода. В статье описываются предпосылки проведения исследования, варианты толкования термина «перевод», а также некоторые психолингвистические особенности и характеристика механизмов последовательной переводческой деятельности. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что кардинальные изменения, происходящие в различных сферах нашего общества, привели к необходимости повышения качества профессиональной подготовки квалифицированных специалистов - а именно компетентных последовательных переводчиков. Цель статьи - показать эффективность разработанной методики при помощи описания результатов экспериментальной проверки студентов старших (3-4) курсов языковых вузов переводческих факультетов. Особое внимание уделено математическому анализу и подсчету результатов. Используются теоретические методы: изучение и анализ педагогической, психологической психолингвистической литературы, литературы по проблемам речевой, творческой и когнитивной деятельности, литературы по теории и практике перевода, анализ содержания обучения последовательному переводу на старших курсах языкового вуза; эмпирические - наблюдение за учебным процессом на факультете теории и практики перевода; тестирование студентов; анкетирование преподавателей и студентов; проведение обучающего эксперимента, систематизация и обобщение экспериментальных данных, их интерпретация. Результаты исследования заключаются в том, что в некоторой степени раскрыта специфика последовательного двустороннего перевода, описаны механизмы работы памяти в процессе перевода, представлены результаты использования разработанной автором методики обучения последовательному переводу в условиях, приближенных к реальным посредством использования ее в обучении студентов старших курсов (3-4) языковых вузов. Авторский взгляд на обучение последовательному переводу будет интересен специалистам как в области переводоведения, так и в области методики.

Remedial teaching in EFL classrooms involves providing additional support and guidance to students who are struggling with their English language skills. Different approaches can be used to address the individual needs of these students, including differentiated instruction, small group instruction, peer tutoring, scaffolded instruction, multisensory instruction, use of technology, and individualized learning plans. These approaches promote personalized instruction, targeted feedback, and a supportive learning environment, ultimately helping struggling students improve their English language proficiency.
English-spcakingstudcnt is a standard part of any institute and have an impact on education outcomes. However, English proficient students lag in their use of foreign medical education. This gap has been attributed to a lack of multilingual education. Our institute, Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, offers a three-lingual (Uzbek, Russian, English) education, but little data exists on who are English-speaking medical students. The goal of our study was to understand factors associated with the use of a threelingual medical education among Englishspcaking students. Therefore authors tried to make a contrastive view of the possibly existing problems of studying English speaking students in the medical institute to elicit possible factors and to suggests that quick inclusion of foreign students in medical study with more practical than theoretical approach.

Understanding what a teenager feels and needs will make his learning more effective. However, today there are no works that would conduct a comprehensive comparison of the age of a teenager and methods of teaching English speaking that are effective for this age.

This thesis explores the integration of technology into English Language Teaching (ELT) and its potential benefits, challenges, and future developments. The author highlights four key benefits of technology in ELT: enhanced learning experience, improved access to resources, personalized learning, and increased collaboration and communication. However, several challenges are also identified, including technical issues, the need for teacher training and support, and the digital divide. The author then discusses three potential future developments in technology and ELT: artificial intelligence and virtual reality, mobile learning, and data-driven instruction.
Using proverbs is one of the effective tools to make our speech much more precise and definite. Translating English proverbs into one’s mother tongue is not straightforward. This article highlights firstly the definition of proverb and then provides with some examples of English proverbs that are translated into the Uzbek language.
