В статье разработано место информационных технологий в системе образования, ряд постановлений и программ правительства Кыргызской Республики по вопросам преобразования, развития и гармонизации образования с мировым уровнем. К 2040 году были представлены три основные задачисистемы образования, второй из которых было повышение качестваобразования. Одним из путей реализации этого является использование информационных технологий для повышения качества образования студентов. Кроме того, в данной статье мы сосредоточили внимание на исследовательской работе ученых СНГ и Кыргызстана в этом направлении. Обсуждались место и уровень использования ИКТ сегодня, преимущества их использования, выявление некоторых проблем в их использовании и пути их устранения. В результате анкетирования студентов показано, что информация учебногопроцесса полезна в их деятельности.
