The article analyzed the comparative-typological method of the case grammatical category on Noun of Hindi, belonging to the group Indo-Aryan and Uzbek, belonging to the group of Turkic. The subject is based on the theories of a number of English, Russian, Hindi and Uzbek linguists. In particular, the scientific and thereotical views of J.Layons, K.Guru, Z. Dimshits, G.A.Zograf, V.P.Liperovskiy, O.N.Shomatov, A.G’ulomov, G’. Abdurahmonov, M.Irisqulov, Q.Sapayev were studied in detail and analytical conclusions were made. According to the studied literature, there are some common features in the development of the case category in Hindi and Uzbek. In the modern language of Hindi, as noted above, there are indirect and indirect cases, although in the ancient Uzbek language the intermediate case existed as the seventh case, but this grammatical form did not express the meaning of the indirect case in Hindi. The indirect case form in the ancient Uzbek literary language became auxiliary as a result of linguistic development. However, in Hindi, the situation with mediation is completely different. The presence of an intermediate case in two compared language systems is a sign of isomorphism, allomorphism from the point of view of the nature of expression. It turned out that most of the conjugation forms in Hindi functionally correspond to the Uzbek auxiliary means. However, in both old and modern Uzbek, auxiliary persons can act as forms of agreement. But the meaning was relatively clearer if it was expressed by means of aids.

Formulas allow to choosing associative switching system parameters according specified requirements and initial data. It’s defined associative switching fabric application in switching systems have more higher performance in comparison with traditional switching systems.

In order to ensure the proper implementation of school education quality management, this article has developed a training module "School education quality management", provides analytical information on the organization and conduct of a special experiment with the participation of 74 school principals who undergo scheduled training.
The study of the lyrical heritage of Alisher Navoi has always been an important issue. However, the study of the texts has been widespread in the last century. In particular, the textological study of the “Hazoyinu-l-Ma'ani” divan was initiated by Hamid Suleiman in the 20th century. The scientist conducted a great deal of research on the “Hazayinu-l-Ma'ani”, the first complete scientific toolkit. In the introductory part of the study, it was pointed out that this publication should be clarified in determining the factors that led to great discrimination and objections in the literature. The aim of the research is to analyze the scientific findings of the first edition published by major scholars, and to clarify the role of the publication between publications. This publication was created by A. Hayitmetov and N. Mallayev, for the sake of great difficulties. H. Sulayman distinguished 20 manuscripts from the cuneiform manuscripts and, by comparison, identified the issues of composition, genre classification, clerical editions and their compositions. The manuscripts stored under the number 55 are the basis for this publication. Critical textbooks began in 1962 and they were based on four manuscripts of "Garayibu-s-sigar" and "Navodiru-sh-shabab". The other two critical texts were left untouched by the
death of the scientist. The first publication for the research is not a critical text. The aim of the research was to achieve the historical, analytical and synthesis methods by means of summarizing and concreting methods. In the final part of the release, the Navoi Liras are created on the basis of this publication and it has been stated that the creation of a critical text that has been started by Hamid Suleyman has been created today, and that this issue is one of the most urgent issues facing the solution.

This scientific article analyzes the importance of the conceptual ideas put forward in the address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Parliament of December 28, 2018. Special attention is paid to their importance in raising large-scale reforms in the country to a new level, carried out on the basis of an Action strategy. In particular, the issues of deepening globalization processes occurring in the world and difficult international situation under its influence, the need to take into account the international situation in the process of independent political development, the main tasks of further improving the effectiveness of the political system, democratizing society at the current stage of our country are illuminated in it. The President’s address paid special attention to improving the practice of strengthening parliamentary oversight over decisions, passing laws and applying democratic mechanisms in the activities of parliament. The article also deals with the optimization of the executive system, justified in the address of the President, about topical issues of increasing the efficiency of the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers. The author of the article talks about the most advanced models of modern democracy being implemented in our country. In particular, he sets forth his analytical thoughts on such concepts as “Democracy of monitoring”, “Deliberative democracy”, “E-democracy”, “Mobile democracy” and on other new models of democracy. The article analyzes the great goals and objectives related to the achievement of great results, based on modern mechanisms and principles of democracy in the context of the implementation of innovative state policy containing the actual needs of our country’s renewal and development based on the most advanced requirements of our time, which were set forth in the address of the President. At the same time, it is shown that the leading principles, the philosophy of the implementation of innovation policy express the expectations and aspirations of our people. Ethno-religious forces are very potent in the world, they engage the society as a double edge sword. This is perhaps why they can cause conflict or abate it depending on which of the edges being used. This study addresses the serious issues of ethno-religious crisis and their adverse effect on education and good governance in Nigeria. The paper contends that ethno-religious conflicts are twin evils that always bedevils Nigeria, which tends to stretch the bounds of unity to a potentially snapping point. The paper however posits that from about the beginning of the 21st century, the once centers of African civilizationslides into ethno-religious crisis. What principally accounts for this unsavory state of affairs is the strong prejudice of the parallel forces of ethnicity and religion. The kernel of the paper rests on the fact that for Nigeria to experience an appreciable and sustainable level of educational development with regard to the attainment of national unity, integration and sustainable democracy especially good governance, there must be a paradigm shift in emphasis through adequate encouragement of ethno-religious education to achieve good governance. To analyze theoretical information and reveal the level of study of the problem effectively, analytical, comparative-typological, diachronic methods were used in this article. The analyzed materials show that the classifications covered in the history of phraseology are of great importance in modern phraseology.
