The presence of problems associated with demographic processes in Uzbekistan creates certain problems in the employment of labor resources. At this stage, it should be noted that the demographic situation is a complex socioeconomic process that characterizes the dynamics of the country's population, population overproduction, changes in the family structure, population migration, national and social composition of the population and changes in it. Important conditions for the formation of rational employment of the population are carried out on the basis of the following criteria: free choice of work and place of residence, the abolition of various administrative restrictions on the mobility of the population, the provision of a guarantee of employment with strict observance of labor laws. Abstaining from forced labor means that every person has a free choice - to work in social production or not. In this case, it is assumed that the legal implementation of labor activity will undoubtedly allow employees to be hired through the labor market and compete among themselves for their best conditions. According to the criteria presented, it is not enough for employees to be officially free. In order for hired labor to be effective, economic conditions and social guarantees are necessary. These include the fact that the minimum wage required for an average per capita working day is established by law, and the abolition of income restrictions for workers is the main one. One of the main demographic sources for the formation of rational employment of the able-bodied population is the expansion of its economically active part. The employment of the economically active population reflects its movement in the unity of interrelated economic and socio-demographic processes

This article will discuss the problems of learning the Bengali language in Uzbekistan and challenges for the future, also problems and perspectives. The very ancient cultural ties of the Republics of Uzbekistan and Bangladesh were also affected in this feature. Until the beginning of the 20th century, comments were made on measures to study and introduce the Indian language in Central Asia for the first time. It was against this background that the history of teaching the Indian language in Tashkent, at the Department of South Asian Languages, was discovered with great difficulty, and reviews were made of the invaluable work of Russian linguistic scholars who began teaching the Indian language. The main essence of the problem is the history of the beginning of teaching Bengali at the Department of South Asian Languages of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS), in which teachers taught for the first time. The degree to which the teaching of the Bengali language at the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute has ended is an indication of the nature of the tasks associated with these problems. Up to now, achievements in teaching the Bengali language have also been mentioned. Complete information on the issues described above is given in this article.

At present, much attention is paid in Uzbekistan to the improvement of the educational sphere, in particular, the comprehensive support of representatives of science and education. Intellectual wealth is highly revered, which is directly related to the history, mentality, ageold values and traditions of our people. One of the main goals in our Republic is to create a powerful foundation for the Renaissance, in other words, the Third Renaissance. In this regard, the main tasks are the study and analysis of the scientific, educational and cultural heritage of great ancestors, one of which is Ahmad Al-Fergani. Scientists of the East in their research paid great attention to the compilation and development of astronomical tables, among which one can distinguish - solar, lunar, planetary, as well as the creation of star catalogs. With the help of these tables it was possible to establish the movement of planets, stars and the time of eclipses. Baghdad, the capital of the Abbasid Caliphate, was a major center of learning from the 9th century onward for several centuries. Here, the Baghdad caliph from the Abbasid dynasty Al-Mamun founded the «House of Wisdom» - the Academy of Sciences in the East, which was also called the «Mamun Academy». Ahmad Al-Fergani, known in Western Europe under the Latinized name “Alfraganus”, and in the East under the name “Hasib”, participated in an expedition to measure the length of the earth meridian in 832-833. His scientific works not only immortalized his name, but also brought worldwide fame. Among them, the following can be distinguished: «The Book of Celestial Movements and the Code of the Science of the Stars», «The Book of the Beginnings of the Science of Astronomy», «The Book of the Causality of the Celestial Spheres» and other works. An important merit of Al-Ferghani is the discovery of the existence of sunspots and the prediction of a solar eclipse, the proof of the existence of the shortest and longest days of the year (June 22 and December 23), as well as the creation of a device called “Nilometer” - to measure the water level in the river Nile. The rich cultural heritage of the peoples of Uzbekistan is necessary as a predetermined vector for the further development of the country, reviving the inextricable links between the past, present and future.
