Remedial teaching in EFL classrooms involves providing additional support and guidance to students who are struggling with their English language skills. Different approaches can be used to address the individual needs of these students, including differentiated instruction, small group instruction, peer tutoring, scaffolded instruction, multisensory instruction, use of technology, and individualized learning plans. These approaches promote personalized instruction, targeted feedback, and a supportive learning environment, ultimately helping struggling students improve their English language proficiency.
The article analyzes the factors of students’ psychological readiness affecting the success of tr aining at the initial stage of studying at university. Psychological readiness for training is an integral formation, an important prognostic factor for rapid adaptation to the conditions of study at university and the success of mastering a curriculum. The results of the research showed that psychological readi ness could be viewed as a longterm forecast of the effectiveness of educational and professional activi ties in a medical school. During the initial period of training, the factor of psychological readiness is the psychological state reflecting the peculiarities of adaptation in students with varying degrees of ac ademic achievement at university. Adaptation of the «least successful» students is accompanied by o verstrain and exhaustion of personal psychological resources. Changing the subjective assessment of the state of health, fixing on violations in the communicative and activity spheres allows for early det ection o a decrease in psychological readiness and timely correction aimed at increasing it.

Статья посвящена обсуждению роли современных образовательных технологий в формировании у студентов клинического мышления на основе компетентностно-ориентированного подхода. Проанализированы инновации, сопровождающие современную концепцию модульного обучения. Авторами представлены возможности использования контекстного и проблемного обучения в подготовке студентов старших курсов. Рассмотрены наиболее перспективные образовательные технологии, имитирующие будущую профессиональную деятельность врача, реализуемые на кафедре. Заболевания и травмы челюстно-лицевой области Ташкентского Государственного стоматологического института. Сделано заключение о целесообразности применения инновационных технологий в обучении для достижения основной цели – формирование у студентов профессиональной компетенции.
Пандемия COVID-19 способствовала распространению виртуального обучения после срочной приостановки традиционного обучения. Чтобы противостоять этому кризису обучения, были разработаны различные стратегии онлайн-обучения. Переход на дистанционное обучение осуществляли специалисты по цифро-
визации совместно с Министерством образования. Для сотрудников и студентов было проведено несколько онлайн-семинаров о ценности и процедурах такой смены. Удовлетворенность студентов была зафиксирована в отношении эффективности обучающих мероприятий в прямом эфире и онлайн-оценивания. В данной работе подробно рассматриваются процедуры и преимущества перехода на цифровое обучение, которые были оценены студентами и преподавателями. Рекомендовано при-
нятие будущих теоретических онлайн-курсов, а также развитие компьютерных технологий в образовательном процессе.
В статье рассматриваются методы обучения английскому для студентов 1 курса в медицинском вузе, обсуждаются интерактивные и компьютерные технологии. Делается акцент на профессиональную (медицинскую)тематику. Данная статья посвящена актуальным вопросам исследования методики преподавания английского языка в области негуманитарных дисциплин, в частности медицины в непрофильном вузе. В основе работы лежит разработанная автором и ее коллегами на кафедре «Иностранные языки, педагогика с психологией» методика применения инновационных технологий, в частности психологических и интерактивных. Предложенные автором инновационные технологии для таких негуманитарных дисциплин, как медицина, позволяют интенсифицировать учебный процесс за счет технических средств и повысить интерес к занятиям среди студентов с помощью интерактивного обучения.
At present more and more young people want to start learning a foreign language (mostly English) in the first courses of high schools. In the Republic of Uzbekistan many universities and institutes offer this possibility, some, particularly philological ones, offer programmes only in English. Most often high schools provide the English course for their students as the basic curriculum discipline once a week. How is this tuition in the medical institute? What do the students do during English lessons in medical institute such as Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute? How should the lesson be motivated?

This article discusses various methods that are used to teach philosophy to students, such as the use of case studies, discussions and interactive techniques. Particular attention is paid to the importance of philosophy in medical education and its influence on the development of professional skills and competencies of students. The article also discusses the challenges teachers face when teaching philosophy in medical education, in particular the lack of time and limited access to resources. The purpose of the study is to determine the significance of genetic factors in the development of chronic nephritic syndrome in children and to clarify the features of the clinical course
The оbject of research were 129 children aged 4-15 years who were treated for chronic nephritis in the nephrology department of the Samarkand Regional Multidisciplinary Paediatric Medical Centre.
The scientific novelty of the study is as follows:it has been established that the severity of chronic nephritic syndrome in children is associated with clinical manifestations (gradual development, dyspepsia, abdominal pain) and an increase in the amount of Cystatin C in the blood;for the first time, it was revealed that the development of sclerotic lesions due to increased proliferation in patients with the presence of the MMP-9 (A-8202G) rs 11697325 genotypes in chronic nephritic syndrome leads to a worsening of the clinical course of the disease; established early diagnostic marker MMP-9 (A-8202G) rs 11697325 and its tissue inhibitor TIMP-2 (C536T) rs 11551797 in chronic nephritic syndrome in children in the diagnosis of the disease; for the first time, the prognostic value of the alleles of the MMP-9 (A-8202G) rs 11697325 genes and the homozygous G/G genotype in determining the risk of developing the disease in children with chronic nephritic syndrome has been proven.
Implementation of the research results. Based on scientific results of evaluation of the role of polymorphic genes of matrix metalloproteinase and its tissue inhibitors in chronic nephritic syndrome in children: methodological recommendation “The role of polymorphic genes of matrix metalloproteinase and its genetic inhibitors in the development of chronic nephritic syndrome in children” was developed and approved (reference of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 8n-r / 554 of 30.02.2022).
This methodological recommendation made it possible to predict the development of chronic nephritic syndrome in children and improve preventive measures; approved and developed on the basis of scientific results of research on early diagnosis and prognosis of chronic nephritic syndrome “Dynamics of clinical and laboratory parameters in nephritic syndrome in children”, (reference of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 8n-r / 555 of 30.02.2022).
This methodological recommendation made it possible to optimize the diagnosis and treatment tactics for various forms of nephritic syndrome in children;
The results obtained were implemented in the practice of health care, in particular, in the Republican Children's National Medical Center, in the 1st clinic of the Samarkand State Medical University, in the Samarkand Regional Children's Multidisciplinary Medical Center (conclusion No. 8 n-r/324 of 21.06.2022 of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan).
The application of the obtained results to practice has made it possible to reduce the frequency of recurrence of the disease in children, prevent complications of the disease, improve the quality of life of patients, diagnose and prevent the disease.
The structure and scope of the dissertation. The dissertation consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, practical recommendations. The volume of the dissertation is 120 pages.

This article is devoted to the study of the essence and effectiveness of the credit-modular system of education in medical education. The article discusses the main principles and advantages of this system, as well as analyzes the results of its use in medical schools. The study shows that the credit-modular system of education can significantly improve the quality of medical education.
