The article covers some aspects of using video materials in teaching English as a foreign language. At every stage of practical training there is a significant set of tasks that ensure successful perception of foreign language by students, which increases their motivation to study a foreign language. Video material as a model for imitation, stimulates interest, expands the knowledge of students about linguistic and cultural characteristics of the target language, and also provides effective material for the subsequent discussions. The use of video in teaching a foreign language opens up wide opportunities for the teachers and students to master the foreign language culture. Video materials take precedence over audio and print resources.

The given article is dedicated to homonyms in Chinese language and in dictionary of Kuraishi, which was created by Japanese professor T. Kuraishi. In general linguistics, method of the study of homonyms with dictionaries is widely used. The study material of quantitative composition and character of homonyms was dictionary “Ivanami Tu: gokuo ziten” – phonetic Chinese-Japanese dictionary, released by publishing office “Ivanami” in Tokio in 1972, with overall quantity of 37 thousand words. In the article, characteristics of the dictionary is given in details and the fact that it can be used as a study material in researches about Chinese linguistics is taken into account.
Aim of the study.To assess the degree of endothelial dysfunction and renal function in experimental ischemic stroke (EIS) in rats on the dynamics of pharmacotherapy.Materials and Methods.The subject of experimental studies were 105 adult mongrel white male rats. The object of the study were the serum and urine of rats. The model of cerebral circulation reproduced by temporary clipping of the left common carotid artery. The controls were 20 intact animals. Results. The results indicate to the development of endothelial dysfunction with EIS with the activation of neoangiogenesis in experimental animals. Pharmacotherapy with suksinasol for 7 days caused reduction of the level of ET-1 with respect to the values of untreated animal group and was still significantly higher than control group of rats in 2.5 times. At the same time, the level of VEGf A (vascular endothelial growth factor A) significantly decreased respectively to untreated group of rats in 1.65 times (p<0.01), but was still higher than control values in 1.74 times (p<0.01). development of proteinuria, microalbuminuria and creatininuria in rats with EIS apparently was due to the development of hemodynamic changes in the kidney and glomerular basal membrane permeability, and due to the enhanced excretion of toxins and protein degradation products.Conclusion. The endothelial and renal dysfunctions with activation of neoangiogenesis develop on the model of EIS. Pharmacotherapy corrects the identified changes to some extent. Tivortin and choline alfosceratewere more effective, possibly, because of decrease of hemodynamic disturbances and neurotrophic effects.

The methods of dealing with cybercrime and factors for achieving a positive result are considered in the article, in order to analyse the current state of cybercrime. The author, pointing out the problems, faced by investigators in the investigation of cybercrimes, comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve this law enforcement activity. Particular attention is paid to a comprehensive study of problems relating to criminal-legal qualification, criminal-procedure procedures for conducting investigations, forensic techniques and tactics, intelligence-gathering and international cooperation. All this is aimed at optimizing the mechanism for conducting investigative, procedural and investigative actions to detect, record and verify digital evidence electronically. This work highlights and describes the salient features of the study of scientific, theoretical and practical problems relating to the law enforcement activities of officials of State investigative bodies, criminal investigation agencies, experts and specialists, those responsible for detecting and investigating cybercrime. The article clarifies the characteristics of the target of the attack, as expressed in the information stored on the technical media of information systems and transmitted through the communication channels of the global Internet. The author generalizes the material on the subject under study and introduces the term «investigation technology», which most fully reflects the complex mechanism, the intersectoral approach (criminal law, criminal procedure, forensics, investigative activities, forensic expertise, international criminal law, legal psychology, etc.) in the procedure of pre-trial criminal proceedings in criminal cases involving offences committed in cyberspace. The views of domestic and foreign scientists on the criminal, criminological, forensic, intelligence and international legal characteristics of cybercrime are presented. Considerable attention is paid to the subjective and objective factors contributing to the commission of the criminal acts in question, and examples are given of the most common types. The conclusion contains a list of the causes that contribute to the commission of these crimes and author’s proposals to improve the algorithm of law enforcement in the detection and investigation of cybercrime
