John Austin’s theory of speech acts revolutionized the study of language by shifting the focus from analyzing sentences in isolation to examining the communicative functions and intentions behind utterances. Central to Austin’s theory is the notion of illocutionary acts, which refers to the speaker’s intended illocutionary force in performing an utterance. This paper explores the concept of illocution in Austin’s theory of speech acts, its key components, and its implications for understanding language use and communication. By delving into Austin’s groundbreaking work, we gain insights into the complex nature of speech acts and their significance in everyday interactions.

The given investigation is directed to identifying the potential of the discipline “English in medicine” in the educational process of a medical university in terms of the formation of personal competencies of students. The article considers the pedagogical conditions of the organization of the educational process, which determine the success of the formation of students’ personal competencies during the study of English. Special attention is also paid to the professional training of medical students in the humanities cycle of disciplines. 

The specificities and the basic directions of English language organization in the lingual high schools are stated and covered in the thesis. The three module system of teaching in account with linguistic skills and professional competence of English language during studying process is presented in the thesis. The research in the thesis showed and proved that lingual specificities of studying English language in the department of English language in the Uzbek State World Languages University is effective version of development of theoretical and practical skills of English language in written and oral types of communication. Actuality and importance of the thesis is consisted that the lingual high schools have
differentiation on levels of English language and lingual abilities of students help them not only freely speak on English but also create unique communicative situation and increase motivation at students.

The article is dedicated to teaching English. The author mentions that the success of interactive lessons even with games depend on teachers’ methodologic, analyzing skills. Students attend actively during the lesson and their progress is evident

In this article we focus on the process of teaching communication skills in small groups through the use of role-play. The rationale for focusing on role-play is that the most rigorously conducted studies of communication skills that demonstrate behavior change used this method. The use of role-play in small groups is an important method to help learners cultivate the skills required to engage in nuanced, often difficult conversations with seriously ill patients. To be effective, educators utilizing role-play must help learners set realistic goals and know when and how toprovide feedback to the learners in a way that allows a deepening of skills and a promotion of self-awareness.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused mental and emotional health problems for various age groups, including students. This primarily affected the academic performance of students who faced emotional and mental problems. Due to the difficult situation in which the patients found themselves, not everyone could cope with the problem on their own. The factors of the development of this condition are analyzed. To solve this problem, various psychological methods are offered, as well as a professional approach that improves active and cognitive abilities.

There are many reasons for people working in the medical field to learn English. Firstly, because most of the modern scientific literature is published in English. During the translation process, some essential details of the article may be lost, so if a person is competent in English, he can avoid the difficulties associated with this. Moreover, a medical professional can publish an article in English himself, thereby presenting the results of his research to the international medical community. Moreover, knowledge of the English language makes it possible to internships in English-speaking countries and international communication. Finally, the study of languages promotes the development of memory, which is also necessary in the study of medical disciplines.

As you know, English is an integral part of professional career in medicine. In addition, various international projects in the field of medicine are becoming more widespread, participation in which is also an important part of professional development for medical workers. In this article, the authors substantiates the importance of reviewing certain aspects of teaching English to medical students and offer their concept of English course for medical purposes.

The paper presents issues associated with the introduction of effective educational technologies to distance learning a foreign language at the university. The review of the author’s use of Zoom technology in medical education is presented. The current problems of introduction of distance learning technologies in teaching English language to medical students are determined. The experience of
distance learning for teaching medical students a foreign language by the electronic educational resource Zoom is described.

The article deals with use software applications to develop and present course material via the internet has raised questions as to how far on-line learning should be integrated into the academic programmes of study provided by higher medical educational institutions. Responses to the opportunities presented by on-line learning in the Uzbekistan - have broadly fallen into two categories: individual departmental initiatives to use medical and pedagogical technologies for a particular unit or program of study; the founding of medical university consortia for the purposes of providing on-line courses.
This study attempts to analyze the new pedagogic and multimedia technologies which are applied in learning, systems throughout the world. In a knowledge-based society the information communication technologies provide the imperative tools for medical pedagogic programs and result in quality learning and teaching process. The viewpoint is that we must promote the new-technologies in medical universities to do our best for students to understand medical English perfectly.

Today, one of the main problems of modern education is that the interest in teaching students, the integrity of the lesson, effective methods and stimulation of achieving general educational results in electives are declining due to lower academic performance. One of the ways to solve these problems is a motivational approach. Also, the organization of the educational process is the formation of self-improvement, self-knowledge and self-reflection. 

The relevance of doctors’ knowledge of a foreign language is primarily due to the need for their professional self-improvement through the development of a huge amount of new, rapidly outdated information and the expansion of not only scientific, business, but also cultural ties with specialists from various countries. In this regard, university pedagogy faces the task of optimizing the educational process and improving the methodology of teaching a foreign language for future doctors.

Xorijiy tillarni puxta egallash bugungi kunda muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Chunki xalqaro aloqalarni faol rivojlantirish sharoitida universitet bitiruvchisining mehnat bozoridagi qiymati ko‘p jihatdan uning tilni o‘rganish darajasi bilan belgilanadi. Yuqori malakali kadrlar tayyorlashda xorijiy tillarni bilish ko‘nikmasi shu jihati bilan ham ustuvordir.

Masofaviy taʼlim oliy o‘quv yurtlarida talabalar va o‘qituvchilar uchun har qanday vaqtda, geografik joylashuvidan qatʼi nazar, qulayligi tufayli ommalashib ketdi. Jahonda avj olgan pandemiya sharoitida masofaviy taʼlim, ayniqsa alohida ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu tadqiqotda masofaviy o‘qitish, uning oliy taʼlimdagi o‘rni, afzalliklari va kamchiliklari haqida fikr yuritiladi.

The instruments of speech insight by ear are well studied in science. The first instrument, which psychologists call language awareness. Convinced feelings are meant to rouse.

Langue is a coherent, analyzable object for linguistic study. Saussure is the first person who distinguishes language, langue and parole and clears the object of linguistics which is very important to the foundation of modern linguistic theory and the selection of methodology.

Использование технологий в медицинском образовании развивается на протяжении многих лет. Тенденция использования технологий в первую очередь возникла в ответ на вызовы, стоящие перед медицинским образованием. В статье приводится данные литературного обзора о возможностях подхода к обучению студентов-медиков, на примере клинико-лучевой диагностики при спаечной кишечной непроходимости у детей. 

Опухоль Вильмса (ОВ) (нефробластома, эмбриональный рак почки, аденосаркома почки, эмбриональная нефрома, смешанная опухоль почки) – злокачественное эмбриональное новообразование почки, занимающее второе место среди злокачественных опухолей забрюшинного пространства, частота диагностирования составляет 7-8 случаев на 1 000 000 детского населения от 1 до 15 лет, возникает в среднем у детей
3-4 лет. Частота нефробластомы у мальчиков и девочек почти не отличается (соответственно 1:1,1). Двустороннее поражение почек наблюдается в 7% случаев, причем в 85% эти опухоли синхронные. У девочек
несколько чаще, чем у мальчиков, наблюдается многоочаговый (57%) и двусторонний опухолевый процесс (58,5%). 

Определив подходы к обучению студентов-медиков и факторы, влияющие на подходы к обучению, также медицинские учреждения лучше подготовлены для вмешательства и оптимизации их учебного процесса. Целью нашего исследования является определение преобладающего подхода к обучению среди студентов-медиков, на примере ультразвуковой диагностики хронической болезни почек. 

В данной статье автор делится своими взглядами на современные тенденции преподавания и изучения русского языка в высшей школе.

Данная статья рассматривает вопросы формирования игровых навыков визучении английском языке у студентов в медицинском вузе. Преподаватели и студенты неязыковых вузов могут использовать представленный материал для учебной и научной деятельности.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы научно-исследовательской работы с будущими медсестрами, дается краткий анализ исследований зарубежных специалистов и педагогов. В статье приводятся один из самых популярных курсов изучения английского языка(коммуникативно-ориентировочный) и представляются результаты опроса студентов факультета «Медсестринское дело» ТашПМИ.
