The article considers in detail a number of targeted measures to counteract the commission of crimes by minors, which are one of the main activities of internal affairs bodies, the implementation of preventive measures against them and the protection of the rights of minors. In particular, early prevention of offenses among minors and youth; raising legal awareness and legal culture of minors; Large-scale systematic work on the protection of their rights was analyzed and opinions were expressed on further liberalization of criminal penalties imposed on them, prevention of juvenile crimes.

This thesis explores the use of stylistic devices in English and Uzbek proverbs, examining how these devices enhance meaning and reflect the cultural values embedded in each language. Proverbs, as concise expressions of wisdom, frequently employ metaphor, antithesis, rhyme, hyperbole, and personification to convey life lessons and insights memorably. By comparing proverbs from English and Uzbek, we uncover both universal themes and culturally specific perspectives.

The Shaibani state is a state existing in the territories of present-day Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, southern Kazakhstan, northern Afghanistan, and southeastern Turkmenistan. It is known that Muhammad Shaybani began to conquer Movarounnahr in 1499, and in 1500-1501 he conquered Samarkand and declared it the capital of his state. In 1507, he finally established his authority over all of Movarounnahr and Khorasan.

Ушбу мақолада Конституциянинг моҳияти, аҳамияти ва жамият ҳаётидаги ўрни таҳлил қилинади. Конституциянинг асосий вазифалари, тарихий ривожланиши ва турлари кўриб чиқилади. Мақолада Конституциянинг ҳуқуқий давлатчилик асоси, ижтимоий барқарорлик кафолати ва миллий бирлик рамзи сифатидаги роли ёритилади. Шунингдек, Конституциянинг давлат ва жамият ривожланишидаги аҳамияти таъкидланади. Ўзбекистон Республикаси Конституциясининг 13-моддаси мисолида конституциявий нормаларнинг амалий аҳамияти кўрсатилади.

В статье изучены  особенности анатомо-гистологическое строение предстательной железы у собак. Строма железы хорошо выражена и состоит из соединительной и мышечной ткани, образующей широкие междольковые перегородки. Просветы многих из них расширены, форма округлая, овальная; выстилающий эпителий однородный цилиндрический, а в протоках преобладает кубический.

Working on the text in the native language classes develops students' reading comprehension, listening comprehension, oral and written literacy, broad observation, and creative thinking. Also, in the article, examples of assignments on the text are given, and special attention is paid to reading, listening and understanding of the text assignments. Didactic tasks were given to improve the methodology of working on the text based on the tasks corresponding to the texts given on the basis of the 4th grade textbook.

Законодательные реформы, направленные на противодействие домашнему насилию, представляют собой не только нормативный, но и глубоко социо-культурный феномен. Введение законов о домашнем насилии в Узбекистане в 2023 году является частью процесса правовой реформы, в котором заимствованные международные нормы встречают сопротивление на местном уровне. Эта статья анализирует, как законы адаптируются и трансформируются через судебную систему, сталкиваясь с вызовами в виде восстановительного правосудия и культурного контекста, в котором приоритет отдается семейным ценностям. Основной целью исследования является теоретический анализ домашнего насилия в Узбекистане, влияния патриархальных структур на интерпретацию законов и их реальное применение в уголовных делах о домашнем насилии.

Маълумки, деҳқон хўжалини ерларидан фойдаланишнинг ҳуқуқий асослари мустақиллик йилларида бир қанча даврларни босиб ўтиб, у бугунги кунга қадар доимий равишда такомиллаштириб борилмоқда. Хусусан мустақилликнинг илк даврларида деҳқон хўжаликлари тушунчаси нисбатан мавҳумлик касб этганлиги шароитида иқтисодиётнинг, ўз навбатида қишлоқ хўжалигининг алоҳида тармоғи сифатида қаралмаган. Аксинча у фермер хўжаликларининг бир бўлаги, унинг ажралмас қисми сифатида қаралган ҳолда фермер (деҳқон) хўжаликлари сифатида талқин этилган.

Ўрта Осиёнинг ижтимоий-иқтисодий тараққиёти суғориш тизими билан боғлиқлиги маълум. Суғориш тизими ҳозирги кунда ҳам иқтисодиётнинг энг муҳим тармоқларидан бири ҳисобланади. “Орол фожеаси” ва Ўрта Осиёда сувга бўлган талабнинг табора кенгайиб бораётганлиги сув масаласини ҳам янада муҳим масала эканлигини эслатмоқда, дейиш мумкин.  Шунинг учун ҳам ўрта асрларда Ўрта Осиёнинг сув манбаларини қандай бўлганлигини ўрганиб бориш ҳозирги кунда ҳам қизиқарлидир. Однако восприятие вежливости существенно варьируется в зависимости от культурных традиций и норм, что особенно проявляется при переводе и интерпретации текстов. Переводчик должен не только передавать содержание, но и сохранять вежливые формы, характерные для исходного языка, что нередко представляет трудности при переходе на язык и культурный код реципиента. Эти различия могут порождать трудности и приводить к ошибкам при переводе, что подчеркивает необходимость глубже изучать межкультурные аспекты вежливости.

В основе нефропатии лежит широкий спектр нарушений (включая сердечно-сосудистую заболевания, артериальную гипертензию, гломерулосклероз), при этом возможности этиологического лечение при нефропатии весьма ограничены. В связи с этим на первые позиции выдвигаются различные схемы патогенетического лечения, важнейшим компонентом которых является антианемическая терапия. Такая терапия способствует улучшению сосудистого русла, улучшению клубочковой фильтрации и замедлению прогрессирования заболевания. Связи с этим поиск и разработки новых схем с использованием современных антианемических препаратов, к которым относится «Эритропоетин» является насущной потребностью и составляет актуальность данного исследования.

Оценка распространенности особенностей клинического течения и прогностической значимости ИН у больных ИБС.

Сахарный диабет 2 типа (СД2) вызывает эндотелиальную дисфункцию и воспаление, которые являются основными факторами развития атеросклероза и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Целью настоящего исследования было сравнить влияние монотерапии розувастатином и комбинированной терапии розувастатином/эзетимибом на липидный профиль, чувствительность к инсулину и воспалительный ответ сосудов у пациентов с СД2.

The article reveals the specifics of the interaction of the units of the operational search service of the internal affairs bodies in the fight against terrorism. The problems of interaction of the internal affairs bodies with other branch services, law enforcement agencies and members of the public in the fight against terrorism by units of the operational search service and ways to overcome them are indicated. National and international legal acts regulating the fight against terrorism are analyzed.
