The modern international environment, economic and political integration, is responsible for the involvement of an increasing number of specialists in various fields of science and technology in the direct implementation of international scientific and technical ties, accompanied by significant growth and expansion of cultural and business contacts - all these have made their demands on the character of owning a foreign language and speech etiquette

Linguists and language experts frequently referred to broad principles and ideas on how languages are learnt, how language knowledge is recorded and arranged in memory, and how language itself is structured in their efforts to enhance the quality of language instruction. Edward Anthony, a linguist, distinguished three levels of conceptualization and organization—he called them approach, method, and technique—in an effort to provide clarification.

In the realm of foreign language teaching, the integrating cultural elements into teaching process is becoming essential, with the most pressing issue being the intercultural aspect. The intercultural approach is especially important when teaching foreign languages to students of language specialties, for whom foreign language is a professional activity.

Komparativ frazеologik birliklar idiomatiklashuvi turli darajada bo‘lishi kuzatiladi, bu taqqoslanayotgan qismlardan birida yoki ikkala qismda so‘zlar sеmantikasining uzualligi yoki okkazionalligi bilan bog‘liq.

Language, thinking and culture, while forming a single whole, correlate with the real world, oppose it, depend on it, reflect and simultaneously form it. Recently, a lot of works have appeared on the issues of Linguoculturology and Linguistics.

The concept is the basic notion of Cognitive linguistics, Linguoculturology and Linguoconceptology. Cognitive Linguistics is one of the important trends in Linguistics. Under the influence of Cognitive Linguistics and on the border of Linguistics and Culturology there appeared another new trend- Linguoculturology.

Intercultural communication is a fairly new field of academic activity. It was born from the rubble of World War II when the USA found its international diplomacy, commerce and trade expand to unprecedented heights. Government officials, diplomats, business leaders and other Americans sent to work overseas realized that their lack of knowledge of foreigners’ cultural practices and communication styles impeded their effective functioning

Learning a foreign language, we enter the new world and culture, getting large spiritual wealth. Phraseology of any language is a part of it and reflects the history, culture, traditions and customs of the people, that’s why they are considered to be highly informative units of the language. Speaking about sociocultural aspects of phraseological units we should take into account such concepts as conceptual, language and national pictures of the world.

Linguistic units beginning from a word to more complex units as phraseological units (proverbs, sayings, stable reproducible units of speech) are the elements of the language. They do not act as signs of things and phenomena, but as signs of situations or relations between things.

Recently, a great deal of attention has been paid to the linguistic and cultural aspects in the teaching of foreign languages and in particular English, which is the main foreign language studied at all secondary educational schools, colleges, academic lyceums, institutes and universities. Starting to learn a foreign language, a person simultaneously enters a new world. Getting acquainted new foreign words, the learner transfers concepts from another world into his consciousness and his own world.

The epithet is a stylistic device based on the interplay of emotive and logical meaning in an attributive word, phrase or even sentence used to characterize an object and out to the reader, and frequently imposing on him, some of the properties object with the aim of giving an individual perception an evaluation of these or properties.

Linguocultural method is important in the perception, understanding and interpretation of the artistic text, since the issues of interpretation of the text have long been in the center of attention of scholars and philologists, both linguists and literary scholars. At the present stage of the development of philological science, this problem is particularly acute. In order to approach its solution, it is necessary first of all to draw a very definite boundary between the two aspects of understanding.

By phraseology we mean the branch of linguistics dealing with stable word- combinations characterized by certain transference of meaning. Despite differences of opinion, most authors agree upon some points concerning the distinctive features of phraseological units. Phraseology is the branch of lexicology specializing in word-groups which are characterized by stability of structure and transferred meaning.

It is a figure of speech that compares two unlike things, highlighting the similarities between them. Metaphors are used to add depth and richness to language, allowing writers to communicate abstract concepts in a more tangible and relatable way.

It is known that in any language listening is the most significant skill to make communication. It is said that listening is the basis of communication, and without it, making oral communication can not begin. In most methodical literaturesit has been investigated language difficulties like phonetic, semantic in listening comprehension that students facing. However, it has been played a little attention to investigate psychological difficulties of EFL student while learning listening comprehension skill.

Word formation describes the processes of creating new words in the language. This does not mean, however, that word formation only describes how words are created on the basis of concepts new to us, current speakers of the language. It also does not mean that we cognitively “form” these new words every time we use them.

The phenomenon of reduplication in Karakalpak adverbs is examined in this work. Reduplication, the repetition of all or part of a word, is common in Karakalpak, serving to form adverbs from various grammatical categories. This study examines the different types of reduplication observed in Karakalpak adverbs. By analyzing various examples, the paper explores how reduplication alters the meaning and function of adverbs in Karakalpak.
