In recent years, all over the world, special attention is paid to plants with sweet taste, but not having a negative effect on human health. In developed countries, 6-7% of stevia side is obtained from stevia leaves, which have a sweet honey taste. Which are widely used in confectionery farms. Stevia extracts are over 300 times sweeter than sugar. Also, in the composition in the leaves of stevia contains vitamin C, B1, B2, PP, which is very important for human health. In the experiment, comparatively high indicators for the content of vitamin "B2" 36.0 mg / 100g were noted when using mineral fertilizers in N50 P175 K50. In agriculture, improving and maintaining the quality of products is one of the main tasks. In this regard, all field trials require the study of product quality. In Stevia, the quality of the food depends to a certain extent on the chemical composition of the plants. That is, the content of mineral substances and vitamins in the plant.

The effective management of agricultural residues is crucial for sustainable agriculture and waste reduction. Composting is a promising approach to convert agricultural residues into valuable potting soils. This study aims to explore the utilization of specific agricultural residues in the composting process for the production of high-quality potting soils. Selected agricultural residues, such as crop residues, straw, husks, or spent mushroom substrates, are incorporated into composting systems along with organic amendments and bulking agents. The composting process is monitored for key parameters including temperature, moisture content, pH, carbon-to-nitrogen ratio, and microbial activity. The resulting composts are evaluated for their physical, chemical, and biological properties, including nutrient content, organic matter content, water holding capacity, and microbial diversity. The utilization of agricultural residues in composting systems offers an opportunity to recycle organic waste, improve soil fertility, and reduce reliance on synthetic fertilizers. The production of high-quality potting soils from agricultural residues promotes sustainable agricultural practices and contributes to waste management strategies.
Evaluation of markers of endothelial dysfunction (endothelin-1 and nitric oxide) and elemental status (zinc, iron, magnesium) of chronic kidney disease (CKD). The study includes 104 patients with different stages of CKD: 63 patients with I stage of CKD, and 26 patients with CKD stage III and 15 patients with CKD V stage. Results: in patients with CKD, endothelin-1 increased with simultaneous decrease in production of nitric oxide in the progression of CKD from I to V stage. The increase of the content of endothelin-1 by 2.5 times determined in patients with stage V CKD, which was accompanied by a decline of the ratio of the concentrations of NO/ET-1 by 5.5 times. In patients with CKD, elemental status impairments were detected, manifested by a decrease in the content of zinc, iron, and magnesium in the serum of blood at the first stage, with the maximum implementation in stage III CKD. Hypertension was detected in 68.3% of patients with CKD. Direct correlations were found between the content of serum iron and magnesium with the level of arterial pressure in patients with stage I CKD. In III and V stage CKD, a direct correlation of serum magnesium with blood pressure level and nitric oxide concentration was established. Conclusion: children with CKD have endothelial dysfunction and elemental status disorders, beginning with the first stage of CKD development, which can be considered as factors determining the progression of the pathological process in the kidneys.
In this article, we can conclude that oleum with a high content of sulfur dioxide should be used for sulfation to increase the content of practically valuable m-isomers in mixtures. However, oleum containing 33-54% free SO3 is practically unsuitable for sulfonation due to its high crystallization temperature. In addition, high resin content has been reported in oleum containing over 50% free SO3 when mixed with H-alkylanilines.

The essential target of this study was to portray the outcomes of salt splash on the development of gem cells and oxidase practice in Pyrus communis organic product. salt (0, 0.3, https://spinbot.com/#0.5, and 1.0%) was splashed multiple times on choose 15-year-old .Pyrus communis trees at 10-day spans with a gun till spillover, beginning twenty days when full blossom. The metallic component content and oxidase not set in stone in that frame of mind from gathered organic product. The conveyance of gem cells inside the organic product tissue was firm by means of lightweight examination, exploitation phloroglucinol color. The metallic component items in the leaves and natural product expanded impressively inside the natural product showered with zero.5 and 1 Chronicles CaCl2, when contrasted with the administration, or the organic product splashed with zero.3% CaCl2. The gem unitcontents inside the organic product tissue contracted extensively once the organic product were splashed with zero.5 and 1.0% CaCl2. Natural product treated with salt showed an ascent inside the pace of little precious stone unitcluster development (< 200 µm2), while the speed at that medium (200-400 µm2) and tremendous (400 µm2<) groups designed was extensively diminished. oxidase practice inside the natural product tissue expanded well at sixty DAFB, and contracted with organic product improvement. oxidase practice was a ton of higher inside the non-treated organic product than in those treated with zero.5% CaCl2. The exercises of certain and dissolvable oxidase inside the semipermeable film were lower inside the organic product treated with zero.5% CaCl2 than inside the non-treated organic product. In our trial, the precious stone unitcontent and gem unitsize contracted significantly in organic product treated with salt, in light of the fact that the consequences of a markdown in lignification because of low oxidase work out (solvent and bound).
