Итак, что такое критическое мышление? Какие приемы целесообразно применять на уроке, чтобы повысить эффективность осваивания учебного материала? В данной статье рассматривается использование технологий критического мышления.

Автор на основании теоретических подходов и практики органов предварительного и судебного следствия рассматривает возможность участия стороны защиты в процессе доказывания путем привлечения специалиста на договорной основе для дачи письменного заключения. В статье отмечено, что в действительности властные субъекты при вынесении процессуального решения отдают предпочтение заключению эксперта, нежели заключению специалиста. Сделан вывод о необходимости дальнейшего реформирования законодательства относительно места и роли такого участника, как специалиста.

Due to the fact that the pedagogues working in the preschool educational organization are lazy in identifying the child's hidden talent, the talent of some children remains hidden. For this reason, in this article, several views about the personal activity of a gifted child, as well as the information of his individual talent and the psychological mechanisms used in the process of self-development of the child's personality are put forward. This article is based on the opinions of pedagogic scientists who have worked on the issue of determining a child's talent. The methods used by scientists conducting research in this regard are of great importance in revealing the child's hidden abilities.

The article deals with the issues based on the efficiency of using interactive strategies in teaching. Innovative activity implies a creative approach of the teacher to the acquisition of existing forms and means of professional development. It should also be acknowledged that the stable and universally accepted scientific ideas and classifications of innovations in education and innovative pedagogical activity have not yet been perfectly formed. Interactive methods are also important because the teacher never rejects the student's point of view, but only gives the correct conclusion in time. As a result, the student understands the mistake. This prevents them from becoming depressed, braking in thinking. Interactive methods are based on mutual respect between the student and the teacher. The teacher listens to the student’s point of view anyway and expresses respect, while also teaching students to listen to each other.
