Dental implantation is currently one of the most promising areas in the rehabilitation of dental patients. Despite the success achieved, dental implantation, like other surgical methods of treatment, is accompanied by various kinds of complications. The most common complications are of an inflammatory nature. However, there are many problems in dental implantology. This article presents a review of the scientific literature on risk factors for early and late complications of dental implantation. It is considered that a well-established and integrated dental implant should function for at least 10 years, satisfy the patient in aesthetic and functional terms, have clinical stability, and be biocompatible with respect to the surrounding tissues.
Odam organizmida mavjud bo‘lgan va dorivor moddalar tarkibiga kiruvchi elementlar ta’sir mexanizmini atom tarkibi darajasida o‘rganish hozirgi kun tibbiyotining dolzarb masalalaridan biridir. Ko‘pgina elementlar qatorida titan almashtirib bo‘lmaydigan elementlar qatoriga kirmasada, kompleks hosil qilish xususiyati ustunligi bilan tibbiyotda implantatlar va saratonga qarshi komplekslarda yengil va kuchli metall sifatida tanilgan.
Against the background of the introduction of dental implantation into a dental practice, the expansion of the testimony to implantation and, despite the avalancheshaped increase in the number of implants installed by dentists, does not decrease, and according to a number of authors, the number of complications increases.

Сельскoе нaселение, пo срaвнению с гoрoдским, имеет еще меньше вoзмoжнoсти пoлучения стoмaтoлoгическoй пoмoщи, пoскoльку стoмaтoлoгические учреждения, где сoсредoтoчены нaибoлее квaлифицирoвaнные кaдры и нoвейшее oбoрудoвaние, рaспoлoжены в oснoвнoм в гoрoдaх. Г., 2007).
The tutorial provides brief information about various implant systems, their advantages and disadvantages, methods of surgical intervention, mechanisms for integrating implants in tissues. Modern views on the mechanisms of reparative bone regeneration, the structure and main characteristics of bone tissue are briefly presented. Describes possible complications of odontoplasty, techniques of their elimination and prevention. Biomechanical principles of orthopedic treatment of dental defects using implants are considered. The article presents data on risk factors after surgical complications of dental implantation. It was found that for the effectiveness of dental prosthetics depends not only on the functional mechanical stresses on the implants, but also on biological factors associated with the developing processes in the tissues of the oral cavity and on the surface of the implant.
