The policy of the reforming of the medical sphere of education in Uzbekistan has a huge impact on teaching of the foreign language as a discipline within the general humanitarian sciences. English language teaching is gradually beginning to fade into the background, which in the nearest future threatens to "drop out" from the register of disciplines of medical universities. Foreign language, in particular, English as a general education subject, is almost lowered to the last place. The weak methodological base of the discipline "Medical English", which has replaced "general English" in the direction of ESP in recent years, as well as the modernization of professional medical education in general, creates a number of problems in the process of English language teaching. One of the most relevant areas of higher medical education has become the process of teaching special subjects in English, which also raises a number of urgent issues to address. The possibilities of improving the mechanism of learning a foreign language and effective measures for organizing activities in this direction determines the superiority for the medical higher educational institutions. In this regard, the establishment of a special specific environment for teachers of English in modern non-linguistic universities on the basis of profile and professional orientation, taking into account modern methods of teaching a foreign language, is an important factor in achieving high results in this direction.

As we know, diversity in the classroom is becoming increasingly common, and it is important for teachers to recognize and value the different cultures and backgrounds of their students. The proficiency in English of medical sphere specialists becomes one of the most important tasks in the requirements of higher education. As the English language is increasingly being introduced into modern life in all spheres of the development of the society, there is also an urgent need for specialists with the knowledge of English language in the field of medicine. In connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “About Education” dated September 24, 2020, the development of higher education in the country needs to be improved in accordance with the requirements of international standards. Large-scale reforms in the field of improvement of high education put forward an increasing need for new standards and methodologies, and, accordingly, a comprehensive language competence of university teachers in the country.

Mualliflar o'quv yurtlarida interfaol doskalardan foydalanish tajribasini o'rganadilar va ularning o'quv samaradorligi va o'quv materiallarini o'zlashtirishga ta'sirini tahlil qiladilar. The article presents the peculiarities of methodology of teaching pathological anatomy in modern realities. Approaches necessary for training future specialists in the organization of the educational process are described. It is shown, that introduction of modern multimedia opportunities in educational process, along with traditional forms of teaching, promotes the synergetic effect of using a complex of various forms of teaching of pathological anatomy at the Department of physiology and pathology of TGSI.

The growing importance of learning foreign languages in the past decade is evident, particularly with the rise of distance learning and opportunities in foreign universities and companies. However, merely being in a language environment doesn't ensure reaching the desired C1-C2 level; hence, effective strategies are crucial. This article delved into research-based strategies and those employed by ESL teachers, with a focus on enhancing speaking fluency. Strategies involving pair and group work showed promising results, as did methods that address psychological barriers related to language level differences in class. By implementing these strategies, teachers can significantly enhance their students ‘language proficiency and overcome learning-related psychological obstacles.
In the context of English language education, learner autonomy has emerged as a fundamental pedagogical concept that empowers students to take charge of their learning journey actively. By fostering learner independence and self-directed learning, students can cultivate essential language skills and engage more deeply with the language beyond the confines of the classroom.
The improvement of the English language knowledge of the students of medical institutions of higher education in English is one of the main priorities of modern educational policy.
This process this creates a need for medical personnel who have mastered foreign languages. A comprehensive training of competitive specialists for the medical sphere, corresponding to the requirements of international standards, puts new requirements and tasks before the teachers of English language. These are the main factors that determine the effectiveness of using new methods and new standards.
