In the study of 168 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, neurotic disorders (ND) were found in 65.6% of patients: 22.6% - weak, 31.7% - moderate and 14.9% - severe degree. The most frequently diagnosed asteno-vegetative disorders are 61.3%. In 24.4% of patients, asthenovegetative symptoms were combined with emo-tional symptoms, 14.3% had hypochondriacal symptoms, 9.5% had hysterical symptoms, and 4.8% had obses-sive disorders. With ND of an easy degree, complex treatment was performed with the use of restorative drugs, physiotherapy and physiotherapy procedures, medium degree - with sedatives (novopassit, sedavit, glycin, adaptol), expressed degree - with antidepressants. At the end of treatment (10-21 days) of all patients with ND in 66 (54.1%) was complete, 44 (36.1%) - a significant reduction in symptoms. In 12 (9.8%) patients, the symp-tomatology of ND did not improve. After the course of complex treatment in 11.5% of patients the result was
assessed as unsatisfactory, 26.2% - satisfactory and 62.3% - positive. In the control group (46 patients without
ND), these results were obtained respectively in 10.8, 37.0 and 52.2% of patients

The 49 patients was examinationed (mean age - 50.6 ± 1.6 years, duration of the disease - 9.4 ±1.7 years), male and gout showed clinical and laboratory signs of kidney damage in 65.3%, chronic renal failure - in 49.0% of patients. Kidney damage and signs of CKD were more commonly detected in patients with older age, with a large number of affected joints, tophi, frequent exacerbations of the articular syndrome and increased severity of gout. Clinical forms of metabolic syndrome (MS): 1 and 11 degrees of obesity were diagnosed in 30.6%, arterial hypertension in 26.5%, and type 2 diabetes in 12.2% of patients. The presence of MS contributes to the deterioration of the kidneys. The degree of increase in total lipids and cholesterol in serum is accompanied by a decrease in GFR (r = -0.50; r = -0.40).
The peculiarities of the personality type of GB patients (according to Young's criteria) and the degree of
depressive disorders in patients with 42 hypertensive patients (GB) were studied. It was revealed that in GB,
55.8% of patients had A type, 45.2% had a type of character. Among men, type A persons prevail, among wom-en - B type. In GB, mild depression is diagnosed in 11.9%, moderate depression in 21.4%, moderate depression
in 35.7% and severe depression in 30.9% of patients. The frequency and severity of depressive symptoms in GB
depends on the complications of the disease. At PIKS (75,0%) in comparison with patients with angina (66,0%)
symptoms of severe and severe depression are more often registered. Deterioration of the systolic function of
the heart and associated heart failure, atrial fibrillation worsen the depressive symptoms
95 patients with arterial hypertension (AH) were examined: 24 patients were in the age range of 35 to 45 years (the first group), 71 patients were in the age range of 50 to 75 years (the second group). It was found that premorbid background of young patients burdened with coronary artery disease, stroke and hypertension. Very often, hereditary transmission is carried out through the paternal line. Along with the traditional (bad habits, dietary failures, food stereotypes), the extrovert type of character is also a phenotypic risk factor. The predominant increase in systolic pressure and increased heart rate during the daytime are peculiar signs; overweight (12.5%), obesity of the first (20.8%) and second degree (16.7%) are frequent comorbid conditions; and dyscirculatory encephalopathy (37, 5%) is the most frequent complication of hypertension among young patients.
In the Samarkand city medical association in the department of thoraco-abdominal surgery in 2013-2016, 68 patients were hospitalized for postoperative ventral hernia. Of them, alloplasty was performed in 44 patients on the anterior abdominal wall by the "onlay" method, and the remaining 24 patients underwent alloplasty of the anterior Of the abdominal wall by the method of "sublay", about large and giant hernias. Among these alloplastics, the following complications were observed using the "onlay" method: recurrence of hernias, accumulation of subcutaneous seromy. In alloplasty by the method of "s Ublay "these complications were not observed, and the postoperative rehabilitation period was reduced. The obtained results show that, according to the" sublay "method, alloplasty is considered to be the most effective method for large and giant hernias

Examination of 80 patients (28.8% of men. 71.2% of women, average age 58.5±0.8 years) with osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee joints. In 27,5% patients, body mass index (BMI) corresponded to a normal indicator, in 28.8% overweight, in 25.0% obesity I, in 12.2% II degrees. Increased body weight of patients contributed to the increase in the severity of OA. In patients with OA. the quality of life is deteriorating in all respects to the EQ-5D (Euro Qol) questionnaire, indicators of the WOMAC, Lckcna indices and expert evidence.
NUP type B was studied in 80 patients with chronic heart failure in patients with arterial hypertension. Of them, in 32 (40%) patients with arterial hypertension with obvious clinical signs of CHRONIC HEART FAILURE, the number of NUP was higher than the normal values. The remaining 48 patients (60%), which arterial hypertension with CHRONIC HEART FAILURE clinical and instrumental signs of moderate group of 37 patients (77.1%) of blood plasma BNP amount of the normal parameters identified low (less than 200 pg / ml). 11 (22.9%) of the amount of the BNP 220+ 10.1 pg / ml (normal parameters identified above). That is, patients of this group still have the development of CHRONIC HEART FAILURE, despite the fact that patients do not have clinical and instrumental signs
It was examined clinical features, data of joint syndrome, neurotic changes and the level of hormones in blood in 48 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) (women - 32, men - 16) in the age from 60 to 73 years old (in average 69,5±2,2 years) and 40 patients (women - 31, men - 9) in the age from 16 to 59 years old. In patients older 60 years it was often determined the high level of the activity of the disease (according to DAS 28), significant deterioration of roentgenological signs and functional condition of the patients. For this disease it was typical more severe beginning, injures of the big joints such as knee joint, humeral and the ankle and the development of the significant component of exudation due to the asymmetric oligoarthritis. Most accompanying diseases were arterial hypertension (45,8%), ischemic heart disease (41,6%). The carried out research was promoted to reveal the neurotic disorders in 72,7% of patients: in 22,7% - weak, in 35,2% - moderate and in 14,8 % - high degrees of disorders. In group of the patients in the age of till 60 years old neurotic symptoms were revealed in 60,0 % of patients, and in group of the patients older than 60 years - in 83,3% of patients such symptoms were revealed in 1,4 times more often. In group of the patients older 60 years old the level thyrotrophin-releasing hormone (TRH), triiodothyronine, adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol were authentic lower than in patients till 60 years old (P < 0,05 and P < 0,02), and the level thyroxine not always correlated with age and did not correspond to the level of TRH and triiodothyronine.
Of operations for acute commissural intestinal obstruction (ACIO) were studied in 112 patients 3 to 10 years after surgery. Only patients with uncomplicated forms of ACIO have been included into the analysis. The results of the treatment were assessed both in the group and individually after 67 operations of total adheolysis and 45 cases of partial comissurotomies. Clinical symptoms of abdominal
commissures after elimination of ACIO were seen in 57,7% patients including recurrence of ileus in
15,5% patients. Interintestinal commissures and conglomerations were the causes of ACIO in 26,8% cases
that should be taken into account at adheolysis made laparoscopically It is demonstrated that long-term
result of ACIO treatment depend on surgical trauma and associated recurrence of adhesive process

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is one of the most severe systemic diseases of the connective tissue, more common at the age of 20-40 years, about 90% of cases are women [1;2]. Over the past decades, there has been an increase in the incidence of SLE (50-250 cases per 100 thousand population), which is due to the improvement of diagnostic methods, the identification of latent and chronic forms, and in some cases, overdiagnosis. The diagnostic criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) (1982, 1997) were developed for epidemiological studies and do not always allow one to exclude or confirm the diagnosis of SLE with absolute probability, especially in the early stages and in atypical variants of the disease [3;4] . When studying the medical records of one of the major medical institutions, J. Calyo et al. [5] found that among patients with a diagnosis of SLE, only two-thirds met the criteria for ACR, while about 10% had signs of lupus that were not sufficient to verify a reliable diagnosis, and 25% had a picture of fibromyalgia in combination with positive antinuclear antibodies (ANA), while even with long-term follow-up, no evolution of the disease into reliable SLE was noted. The question of improving the criteria for diagnosing SLE, “chameleon disease”, or “great disease simulator” has been repeatedly raised [6]. In 2012, a group of experts from Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC) presented the results of a long-term analysis of a large number of case histories (about 700 patients) with SLE and proposed modified diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis, expanded by introducing a number of dermatological , neurological signs with more accurate indicators [7;8].
Material and methods: the results of treatment of 122 patients with inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa admitted to the orthopedic department of the Samarkand regional dental clinic were analyzed. The main group included 84 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, who received ozone therapy m order to improve the microcirculation of the periodontal tissues. The comparison group consisted of 38 patients without somatic pathology. Results: No complications were observed during the complex treatment with the use of a gas ozone-oxygen mixture and sodium hypochlorite solution, patients noted the comfort and painlessness of these procedures. The use of the ozone-oxygen mixture generated by the Prozone derice significantly reduced the need for the use of a number of drugs with unwanted side effects. Ozone therapy has improved blood circulation in the microvasculature by 40%.
Conclusions: When using ozone therapy, new conditions are formed, leading to an miprovement in the level of oral hygiene. Ozone has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect.

From 2014 to 2017 at the surgical Department of the Samarkand city medical Association was on in-
spection and treatment of 236 patients with acute cholangitis. In our work, patients given the causal factors of acute cholangitis were divided into 4 groups: 1-gallstone disease and its complications 75,8% (179); 2-tumors of the pancreatobiliary zone of 10.2% (24); 3-cicatricial strictures of the bile ducts of 5.1% (12); 4-parasitic liver lesions were 8.9% (21). As shown by the results of our study, the vast majority (92,8%) were patients of cholelithiasis and its complications. In this group operation was cholecystectomy with different types of drain-
age ductal system. As acute cholangitis and its consequences are a distinctive couple, biliary obstruction withpolyetiological character, individual approach to the selection of a program optimized diagnosis and treatment is mandatory. Expediently the allocation of groups of patients according to etiological factors of acute cholan-gitis, severity of the disease and its consequences, defining rational diagnostic, tactical and technical decisions

To solve the problems in the surveyed 45 patients: examination, laboratory complex, immune and in-strumental methods. All 45 patients with SLE kidney disease manifested itself in the form of lupus nephritis. Syndrome hypertension vstre-chalsya in 35.5% of cases, the syndrome of chronic renal failure in 37.7% of cases. Urinary syndrome characterized by moderate proteinuria (75.5%), hematuria (73.3%) and leukocyturia (73.3%). Positive correlation of tumor necrosis factor α, C-reactive protein level of creatinine, urea, ESR and SLE activity, which confirms the participation of the factors described in the immune process lupus inflam-mation.
Measures to prevent acute erosive wound changes in severe bums are not based on clear criteria. In particular, it is important to ensure normalization of the total blood volume, stabilize the functional state of the respiratory and circulatory systems, maintain acid-alkaline and electrolyte balance, and fight infection in a timely manner. Insufficient prevention of acute erosive ulcer gastroduodenal complications, despite the tendency to discover more and more effective and modern methods of treatment, often leads to sudden serious complications (acute bleeding, perforation) and even death, in spite of the improvement in the condition of patients.

For the purpose of detecting osteoporosis clinical, laboratory and instrumental investigations have been studied in 70 patients (56 women, 80,0%, 14 men, 20, 0%) with rheumatic gout. By means of the questionnaire of the International fundosteoporosis 80 % patients answered to two or more questioned positively. Physical examination enabled to reveal clinical symptoms of osteoporosis in 17, 2 - 48, 7% patients. By using the computer tomography roentgen densitometry the patients with osteoporosis has been found in 40, 0 % of degree I, 26,7% of degree II and 33, 3% of degree III. Hypocalcaemia was distinctive in patients with Optical Density (OD)
The aim of the study was to study the role of kidney dysfunction in the weighting of acute myocardial infarction (MI) clinic against the background of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM 2). 104 patients with acute myocardial infarction were examined: 40.4% of women and 59.6% of men. 65.4% of patients had type 2 diabetes. It was found that in type 2 diabetes, MI often develops in women of relatively older age (over 60 years), with a duration of diabetes of more than 5 years, with a subcompensated or decompensated course of the disease. In type 2 diabetes, impaired renal function is a risk factor for developing and exacerbating the severity of MI. Signs of nephropathy proteinuria, cylinduria and a decrease in glomerular filtration below 80 ml / min are the background for the development of myocardial infarction. Lowering the GFR in MI patients with type 2 diabetes below 60 ml / min may contribute to fatal outcomes.
The modern development of methods of ultrasonic diagnostics assumes survey of all surface trunk venous
course, an assessment of different options of a structure of veins, their valvate device throughout and allows to
reveal local damage of veins directly. Conclusions. At the isolated varicosity classical and low-invasive meth-
ods of treatment are used, each of which has the advantages and shortcomings. The basic principles of a sav-
ings flebektomiya consist in use of tactics and methods of treatment which allow to keep BPV trunk for the shunting operations in cardiovascular surgery. The isolated varicosity is followed by local defeat of superficial venous system. In the concept of savings surgery treatment doesn't demand performance of a flebektomiya of trunks of BPV or MPV. For the safennykh and the perforantnykh of inflows method of the choice is vysoko-tochny crossing of a varicose vein in the mouth with the subsequent sklerozirovaniye or surgical removal
