To develop surgical tactics and to improve results of treatment of patients with a leakage in the next postoperative period after a holetsistektomiya. Material and methods of research. We analysed results of surgical treatment of 2247 patients who trans- ferred a holetsistektomiya in clinic of SamMI in the period of 2010 – 2014 year. In the early postoperative period it were marked out leakage at 52 (2,31%) the patient. For the purpose of identification of a leakage applied the following methods of research: Ultrasonography, KT, fi-stulografiya, ERPHG. Results. For an assessment of a postoperative leakage used the modified classification of L. Morgenstern (2006), for definition of damages of magistral bile ducts used E.I. Galperin's classification (2002). Consid-ered not only a daily output of bile on a drainage of an abdominal cavity, but also liquid congestion volume in projections of a bed of a gall bladder, and also availability of free liquid in an abdominal cavity according to ultrasonography. Conclusions. Leakage frequency after holetsistektomiya makes 0,74% (after THE – 2,44%, after LHE – 1,08%, after MHE – 2,47%). "Small" damages of bilious channels and 25,26% cases – damage of the main bilious channels were sources of a postoperative leakage in 54,72% of supervision. In 20,02% cases the source isn't established. Ultrasonography is an initial method of diagnostics of a postoperative leakage. At a leakage of 1 degree, lack of signs of irritation of a peritoneum and symptoms of intoxication it is necessary to adhere to tactics of active dynamic supervision. At a leakage of 2-3 degrees repeated intervention – a lapa-roscopy, a laparotomy is shown.
Effective decompression of the cyst, which is achieved by creating a "window" in the bone cavity, allows not only sanitizing the cyst cavity with antiseptic solutions, but also obtaining the necessary histological material (bone material and cyst shell) for further research. Subsequent filling of the bone cavity defect with newly formed bone tissue occurs as a result of secondary osteogenesis.
A large number of complications and mortality in elderly and senile patients with acute appendicitis prompts clinicians to search for effective methods of diagnosis and treatment using modern technologies. Ultrasound revealed echographic features that served as an indicator of the local inflammatory and destructive process in the appendix. The integrated use of modern radiation and minimally invasive examination methods contributes to intensification and accuracy of diagnostics, ensuring the formation of a rational treatment program.
Tthis article studies the legal acts of business entities in the sphere of medical services, stages of forming normative-legal act, its current importance as well as regulatory features in the form normative-legal act in foreign experience.
The article presents data on the synthesis of a new super plasticizer based on recycled materials. Data on the effect of superplasticizer on the properties of cement compositions (concrete compositions) are given. Revealed of optimal amounts of superplasticizer in mortars sharply increases the mobility of the solution. Reduces the water consumption of mortar and increases the strength of the composition by 15-20%. The paper also presents data on the cost effectiveness of superplasticizer application.
The article tries to reveal correctly interpreted and incorrectly stated points in the content of articles or abstracts, as well as researches and publications on the field of ethnography, ethnogenethes and ethnic history of people of Central Asia, particularly Uzbekistan since the beginning of the XXI century.

It is noted that the study of the issue of correct and legally well-written unnamed contracts is one of the priority branches of civil law not only in Uzbekistan but throughout the world.
In this article, based on the analysis of archaeological, anthropological and written (ancient Chinese) sources revealed the autochthonous basis of both ethnic (and proto-Old Iranian) origin layers of the Uzbek people in the example of the archaeological sites of the Neolithic Age in Central Asia. Proto-Turkic root served with Kalaminar culture proto-European anthropological material and ancient Iranian - Jaytun Eastern Mediterranean culture with its anthropological type. Their synthesis, starting from the Bronze Age to the late antiquity, has led to the addition of "Central Asian interfluve race" - a characteristic type of modern Uzbeks and Tajiks plains.
This article presents a clinical case of the treatment of a mandibular radicular cyst from 3.6 teeth by creating a decompression "window", which allows the cyst volume to be reduced up to complete restoration of the bone structure as well as ensuring the integrity of the surrounding anatomical structures. The subsequent filling of the cavity with newly formed bone is due to secondary osteogenesis. This operation can be performed on an outpatient basis in a dental surgery room under local anesthesia
