The article deals with one of the rare surgical diseases – gallstone intestinal obstruction. In the etiology play a "large" gallstones and internal biliary-enteric fistulas. The clinic and diagnosis of this pathology may not differ from other types of intestinal obstruction, but the treatment tactics of biliary ileus has several features and requires special surgical tactics.

The article covers the concept, essence and principles of interpretation of normative legal acts. There is a scientific discussion on the views of a number of scientists. During the discussion, issues related to the correct understanding and interpretation of the content of legal norms, their application to social relations were considered. Methods of interpretation of normative legal acts are explained. At the same time, special attention was paid to the subjects, types of interpretation of legal norms, the factors leading to the ambiguity of some norms in the normative legal acts, gaps in the law were studied in depth, and developed proposals for their effective elimination. In addition, a comparative analysis of national and foreign experience in the interpretation of normative legal documents was carried out, showing the peculiarities of different legal families. At the end of the article, the author puts forward appropriate proposals for amendments and additions to the interpretation of normative legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, aimed at improving the existing legislation.
Uzbekistan has significantly increased its international reserves. As a result, the reserve adequacy ratio has become much higher than recommended by the international organizations. This, in turn, raise question on practicability of using excessive reserves for infrastructure projects. The purpose of this article is to determine the orientation of schoolchildren in terms of grades in subjects and soft skills using machine learning methods. The article examined the difficulties of constructing a sigmoid function using multivariate linear regression, and also digitized grades obtained in selected subjects in the field of student education over 10 years and their various parameters, reasons and student capabilities. . Using these numbers, a training data set was created. As a result, a classification of subjects studied by schoolchildren over 10 years and their assessments was developed. Neural network architectures, modules, the most commonly used activation functions in machine learning algorithms, training methods and methods for constructing linear and logistic regression, disadvantages and opportunities are analyzed. Ways to simplify the gradient descent function for multivariate linear regression by vector calculation have been studied. Because there are many variables involved in this type of linear regression, vector calculations have proven to be more convenient. Methods for parallel calculation of gradient descent processes using vector calculations are also considered. In particular, the addition of training data table columns, transposition of coefficients - AT, vectorized representation of a linear function, hyperparameters for gradient descent (learning rate - , number of steps) were defined.
As with many other fields where the involvement of intelligent systems with the help of Artificial Intelligence is prevalent, transportation system cannot be ignored when it comes to incorporating AI and automation in order to improve the current transportation system by using new advanced technologies. There have been a lot of new tech nologies have been implemented in transportation systems especially in public transportation, making it convenient to use for commuters and other users. Having said that, de spite the fact that new technologies have been used to tackle some of the existing issues,there are some problems that are still persisting. For instance, traffc jams can be seen even in developed cities around the world, making specialists think deeply and push the boundaries of technology to come up with innovative solutions to cure existing hurdles in transportation. In terms of easing the heavy traffc flow, intelligent traffc lights powered with AI have their own role to play and huge progress can be seen in this area of research.Some of the technologies that are used in smart traffc lights are induction loops, microwave radar, and video detection. What has been done in this work is quite different from previous technologies and methods and proposes a new methodology to be used in traffic lights and with help of this method, traffc jams can be reduced significantly. Precisely, an algorithm based on a convolutional neural network is used to detect vehicles, and depending on the traffc density determined by live video footage, traffc lights make a smart decision about which road should be opened more while other another road should be closed for less time. From the environmental and economic perspective, this technology with the proposed methodology reduces greatly gasoline use by cars, thus reducing carbon dioxide emissions and saving the time passengers waste when stuck in traffc jams.
