This article discusses the features of resolving conflicts related to the jurisdiction of disputes in the judicial system of France and Germany. In this regard, proposals have been developed to implement the practice of collegially reviewing related requirements that are subordinate to civil, economic and administrative courts.
Since its formation under the auspices of the International Olympic Committee, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has had to contend with allegations about its impartiality and independence. Some scholars believe that the CAS still lacks independence and impartiality considering the appeals sent to the Swiss Federal Tribunal by athletes, and also its funding which comes from international sports federations. This article seeks to shed light on several issues concerning the CAS’s independence from the sports governing bodies and the International Olympic Committee, as well as the impartiality of its appointed arbitrators when resolving sports related disputes between players and clubs.

Among the clinical complications of SD patients, the frequency of kidney damage has been determined to increase by 2-4 times compared to other pathologies. 18-20% of people over 65 years of age have diabetic glomerulopathy. The share of CKD in the structure of kidney pathologies varies regionally, as it accounts for 20-50% of dialysis patients in European countries, 45.6% in the United States, 36.0% in Canada, and 34.2% in Germany, 41.0% in Japan, 21.3% in Turkey, and 54.7% in Malaysia.
The article is devoted to the professional use of military lexis during the Second World War, all lexical and semantic processes associated with the expression of specific features in general vocabulary, as well as the specifics of military lexis in using a generallexis to represent military reality.
The article analyses arbitration as a means of resolving international disputes. The author states that the development of arbitration in the world created strong international and regional arbitral institutions that allow parties to choose a forum according to their needs and resolve disputes in the way, which suits them more. In conclusion, the author comes to the opinion that nation-states must further remove obstacles to international arbitration by, inter alia, joining various international treaties and ensuring that effective mechanisms exist to enforce international arbitral awards to improve the investment climate.

This article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the translation of specific military vocabulary from English into the native language. The quality and accuracy of military translation is determined primarily by the quality of translation of military terminology and abbreviations. The research consists in the need to translate the continuously updated terminological vocabulary of the military vocabulary, linguistic research in the field of which, in our opinion, is not enough.

The article discusses the structural features of military terms used in the English and Uzbek languages. Military terms were divided into groups according to military types, general staff, general tactical, military topographic, military ranks and military organizational activities. As a result of the analysis of the collected research materials, it was determined that the methods of affixation, transformation and composition are the most effective in the formation of English and Uzbek military terms. In addition, in order to find out to which groups of words the total number of military terms in the English and Uzbek languages belongs, the terms were classified according to the criteria of the linguistic-statistical method. At the same time, structural models associated with derivational elements of existing abbreviations in modern English and Uzbek military terminology were considered.
Today, military terms can be found not only in literature, documents and codes or dictionaries, but in copies of scientific, historical and artistic works written by our ancestors in foreign languages, especially in English as well. The encyclopedic work of Zakhiriddin Muhammad Babur “Baburname”, which at one time was considered a real chronicle and still has not lost its scientific and literary value and was translated into English. Including John Lcydnc (1826), F.G. Talbot (1909), William Erskine, Annette Suzanne Bevridge (1921) were among them. The article compares the military terms used in the English translation by Baburname Wheeler Thaxton and Salman Rudzhi with those in the original language.
