In this article the main tendencies in the development of socio-political educational movement of the Jadids, and in particular the evolution of views on spirituality, morality, culture, education thinkers of the late XIX — early XX centuries are considered.
This article is an integral part of the Uzbek dictionary, which is one of the great masterpieces of the enormous cultural and spiritual value of the Uzbek people. Because in these names the complex and contradictory historical path of our people, the hopes and aspirations of the masses, their dreams, philosophical, religious, spiritual, moral, educational and aesthetic views, beliefs, customs and traditions, as well as respect for people. His love and affection for his child is reflected. The name depends on aesthetic and ethical principles, wishes of applicants, customs, religious beliefs, worldview, national identity and so on. Social conditions, social class, and economic activity were also important for naming Uzbek families. It is well known that most names in Uzbek are Arabic. They consist of an Arabic adjective calling the name of the movement, and nouns with a suffix. In addition, there are Arabic nouns in Uzbek, which come from foreign languages. Especially when naming children it is important to consider their spelling, phonetic and semantic aspects in accordance with their original form.
Folklore is a rare source that for centuries has oreserved the worlview,consciousness,socio-political and philosophical-aesthetic views of our people in a simple and understandable form.In particular,anecdotes cover a person’s goals, dreams, life events, sorrows and jois,ordinary people’s stuggles for justice, and daily life. Nasreddin Efendi’s anecdotes are aimed at conveying and revesling to the younger generation the essence of the genre that has developed over the centuries before us and their role in social, practical life.
The moral-spiritual values play a central role in the life of the Central Asian Peoples. The formation of moral values is influenced by factors such as the natural and geographical environment in which the ethnos lived, the uniqueness of the lifestyle, social relations, especially the types of work. These factors cannot fail to affect the world, environment and socio-cultural life of a person, people. Therefore, there are many similarities and similarities in the moral culture of peoples who live in different regions and have the same natural and geographical environment. From the earliest times, the moral values are disseminated through culture, arts, national traditions and folklore. For instance, in the fight between goodness and evil, nobility and inferiority, nobility and inferiority, elegance and rudeness, high moral and spiritual qualities expressing the ideal of the people always prevail. It is almost rare to celebrate such immoral events and traits as evil, baseness, meanness, and rudeness in folk creativity and art. It should be noted that in some episodes they are superior to high moral and spiritual qualities, positive, they make the protagonists sad, they are exposed to danger, ignorance, arrogance, but the hero of the people overcomes them through noble and beautiful goals and actions. We can see the moral values in folklore by noticing the elevation and appraisal of patriotism, nobleness and courage in folklore. No matter which folk tale or folk epic, the main characters in them are depicted as a person with high moral qualities, noble qualities, bravery. In the artistic-aesthetic image, these noble
qualities become a social ideal that generations envy and follow. The article seeks to explore the role of ethical and moral values in individual and social life, the issues of ethical-spiritual norms and the problem of ethical ideal.
Today the youth accounts for the most significant part of the Uzbek society. decisions made by the administration which are sometimes contrary to the imagination and needs of the employee, as a matter of course, because work time is a responsibility imposed by the social system. A person obeys the above decisions and judgments, knowing that he must take on this responsibility, and strives to
fulfill them in full. However, after work, especially in leisure time, a person does not accept all the views, norms, decisions that are present in a given society. He prefers to assimilate only the values that correspond to his interests and needs, to receive spiritual nourishment from them. He does not accept values or actions that
do not suit his interests and needs, or openly denies them. Since ethnoculture is based on the spiritual, national and cultural needs and interests of the nation, formed over the centuries, it is impossible to adopt an attitude of indifference towards ethnocultural traditions. This phenomenon can account for the permanence of traditional values, the growing interest of our youth in the historical and cultural heritage, traditions of national holidays and rites. The article describes the methods of recreation and leisure in the ethnoculture of the Uzbek people with the example of calendar holidays, recreational festivals, nature-related ceremonies.
The article analyzes the philosophical and didactic work of the scientist Yusuf Khass Hadjib Balasaguni, who lived in the X1-XN centuries, "Kutadgu Bilig" ("Blessed knowledge") and the moral and spiritual views contained therein. The first major monument of Turkic written literature, the work "Kutadgu bilig", which is a kind of manifestation of the didactic philosophy of the Turkic peoples, contains detailed information on the advanced socio-political, spiritual and moral issues of its time, history, culture, science, traditions and foundations of the Turkic peoples, lifestyle, values. The themes of this work are very comprehensive and the issues of man in particular, his social essence, thinking, morality are described through artistic images, poetic proverbs and sayings. The modern meaning of the thinker's views on speech and language etiquette is manifested through symbols, signs and symbols and coverage of such issues as man and faith, man and society, man and duty.
This article is based on the principles of formation and development of New Age Vietnamese short stories. In it we can see the peculiarities of the Vietnamese short story of the early twentieth century, in particular, several short stories by Fam Zyui Ton, and get acquainted with new directions in the writer's work. Also, in the process of analyzing the short stories, it is obvious that the writer tried to beautifully and skillfully depict the spiritual and cultural values, traditions and customs of Vietnam through each of his works. In the context of active literary relations, it is very important for every nation to preserve its identity in the conflict of influences. Because as a result of the influence of such universal literary relations, the literary trends and currents that emerged in the West had a great influence on the Vietnamese novel within the framework of artistic thinking. At the same time, the Vietnamese writer Pham Zui Ton, who wrote in the second half of the twentieth century, wisely used modern trends and artistic expression to create new stories and short stories that were in line with the Vietnamese people's worldview, national characteristics, lifestyle, values and even important aspects of religious thought. is one of the writers. In this article, several stories by Fam Zyui Ton are analyzed using examples. All the examples involved in the analysis further reveal the diversity of creative methods and directions, as well as the specificity of the creative style. After all, the scenes of life depicted in each work, interpersonal relationships, their dialogues, as well as the writer's unique artistic style are very natural and sincere. The study of the principles of formation and development of the Vietnamese novella of the new period helped us to identify, understand, and distinguish between the changes in Vietnamese literature of that period, the first half of the twentieth century, the renewal of the literary process, the peculiarities of traditional realism and romanticism. allows you to visualize the literary environment.
Manuscripts stored in libraries, museums and archives of the world reflect the centuries-old history of civilizations, and attract with their philosophical and religious significance. Turkic-Islamic culture, which is part of the world cultural heritage, has made a significant contribution to the history of science. In this regard, the disclosure of the philosophical, religious, ethical and aesthetic values of Muslim manuscripts and their involvement in research sounds relevant. The handwritten works created by the Turkic people are rich in examples of calligraphy, miniatures and ornaments. In handwritten books, written with the use of perfect stationery, the level of elegance of miniatures, ornaments and tazkhibs, ornaments is especially high, which in general increased the beauty of the binding made in the oriental style. Today, these works are not only researched from a scientific point of view, but are also the spiritual heritage of the past, preserved as museum relics. The article is devoted to the study of the philosophical, religious, ethical and aesthetic
values of the art of Turkic-Islamic manuscripts. The introduction broadly discusses the relevance of the topic. The author then examines the works created by Turkic and other scholars under the influence of Islamic culture in historical sources and manuscript books on the topic. The final part of the research work summarizes the scientific novelty of the topic, the article reflects the main scientific results. Also, the work presents the main
conclusions and provisions arising from the study.

Few past study has highlighted gendered labor challenges, issues and made recommendations for organizations to promote gender equality in the tourism and hospitality industries. Nevertheless, little is known about how academic research has been put into practice by travel organizations. Traditional values in many cultural locales may obstruct female's engagement as a staff in the tourist business and may represent an important role in the production and reproduction of gender discrimination. Gender equality is regarded as one of the key measures of socio-cultural sustainability in tourism destinations. As a result, interviews were used to assess the situation of women's equality is one of the key role in this study. Data were collected from different travel agencies at (Samarkand) Uzbekistan.

Due to the threat of disappearance of the identity of the people, it becomes necessary to search for an updated approach to the preservation and representation of national identity. In this regard, there is a growing need for philosophical and methodological research aimed at identifying the features of national identity. The scientific article examines the formation of the methodological base and philosophical categories within the cultural tradition of the Japanese and Uzbek peoples. The significance of the research topic is determined by the dynamics of the development of the modern global world, integration processes, the growth of interaction and cooperation between different countries and regions, in such conditions, a rapid transformation of national identity is taking place.
