The article dedicated for issues of surgical correction of Mirrizzi'syndrome type 2. This is one of the difficult complication with forming of gallbladder-duct fistula, very often - with mechanical jaundice and purulent cholangitis. Authors had observed 63 patients with gallbladder-duct fistula and resulted to conclusion of complex treatment starting from endoscopy. At low efficacy of endoscopy authors admitted patients for open surgical operations urgently. One of the ways to operate is fistula plastic with remodeling of gallbladder duct and CBD drainaging through new wall-formed channel. The article analyzes the experience of palliative treatment of 68 patients with dysphagia due to esophageal obstruction. In 61 patients, stenting was performed as planned, and 7 patients were operated on for emergency indications due to progressive dysphagia of the III-VI degree with damage to the upper 5 (7.3%) patients, the middle 24 (35.29 %) patients and the lower third of the esophagus of 39 (57.3 %) patients. Among them, esophageal tracheal and esophageal bronchial fistulas were detected in 28 patients with esophageal cancer. In 9 (32.14 %) patients, a fistula appeared after radiation therapy on the area of the primary tumor, in 19 (67.85 %) it was the result of the collapse of the primary tumor. According to our study of patients with esophageal cancer with dysphagia, men were 43 (63.2%), and women – 25 (36.7%), the average age was 65-85 years. Of the 68 patients with esophageal cancer with dysphagia, the urban population was 23 (33.82 %) patients and the rural population was 45 (66.17 %) patients.
All patients were recanalized and self-expanding stents with a company coating (FLEXTENT) were installed.
The study of morphological variants of the tumor showed: that 39 (57.35%) patients had adenocarcinoma and 29 (42.640%) squamous cell carcinoma.
Based on our analysis, endoscopic stenting should be recognized as the leading method of palliative treatment of patients with esophageal cancer complicated by dysphagia.
The results of the research of 44 patients with lung abscesses complicated by bronchial fistula of various etiology, who were treated in the purulent surgical department in the clinical base of the Bukhara State Institute in 2010-2019, were analyzed. All patients, depending on the method of treatment, were divided into 2 groups: I - comparison group and II - main. The controlled group I consisted of 31 (70.4%) patients who received traditional (conservative) methods of treatment. The II - main group included 13 (29.5%) patients who, in addition to conservative treatment, underwent transtrachial drainage of a purulent focus with sanitation with antibacterial and diluting drugs (trypsin, chymotrypsin). The analysis of the obtained results revealed that although transtrachial drainage of a purulent focus of the lung is a more effective method than conservative treatment, it also has its drawbacks in the form of complications such as: tracheobronchitis 23.1%, suppuration of soft tissues in the area of microtrachestomy 15.4%, bronchospasm 7.6%, self-extradition of the catheter 23.1%, from the purulent cavity and loss of microdrainage 7.6%.
Qizilo‘ngach atreziyasi – bu yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarda tug‘ma rivojlanish nuqsoni bo‘lib, bu proksimal va distal segmentlar bilan ajratilgan qizilo‘ngachning qisman yo‘qligi bilan tug‘ma malformatsiya hisoblanadi. Qizilo‘ngach atreziyasi yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarning 0,1-0,4 foizida kuzatiladi (oshqozon-ichak traktining barcha malformatsiyalarining 13,5 foizi). Qizilo‘ngach atreziyasi bo‘lgan bemorlar orasida erkak va ayol nisbati 1:1 ni tashkil qiladi. Atreziya kasalxonada aniqlanadi.
