A modern teacher should contribute to ensuring the quality of education, the development of the personality of students who independently acquire knowledge, are new-thinking and able to apply the knowledge they receive in real life cases. In the training of an experienced and competent teacher, world languages are of primary importance. The factors determining the effectiveness of the functioning and development of the higher education system in the context of the competence approach are the educational environment. It is important to ensure not only its humanistic orientation, but also its innovative nature. Depending on the degree of formation of such an educational environment, it is customary to divide all educational institutions of the country into traditional and innovative ones, which are focused on the latest achievements of pedagogical science.

The explores in a flock the legal status of creditor’s bodies and their role in shaping insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic, a member country of the European Union. It specifically explores the legal framework governed by Sections 46-68 of Act No. 182/2006 coll., the Insolvency Act, and how this shapes the rights and obligations of creditors’ bodies.
At present time due to COVID-19 pandemic the most part of Uzbekistan high schools started distance form of teaching, in particularly a foreign language (mostly English) in the first courses with great using of self-study principles. The article is
focused on the first experience of the distance learning based on self-study principles discipline "Medical English" of the 1st course students of Pediatrics faculty in the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute under the quarantine conditions due to COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the present study is to check the assumption that in teaching the Medical English language, in particular in distance learning conditions, such pedagogical strategies as tests and situation tasks contribute to learner self-study skills development and help work out techniques for assessing learner self-study. In this context, the article foregrounds self-study as a part of distance learning and highlights the importance of developing self-study skills via innovative pedagogical technologies . This is followed by an experimental study. The findings of this study can be used as a reference when reflecting on teaching practices that develop learner self-study skills. Finally, the authors conclude with pedagogical methods relevant for teaching self-study skills
Происходящие в обществе глобальные изменения обусловили необходимость модернизации образовании. В период модернизации образования наблюдается много проблем, в связи с преподаванием русского языка.
В статье обсуждаются проблемы, связанные с преподаванием русского языка как иностранного иностранным студентам посредством дистанционного обучения (ДО) в условиях глобальной эпидемии коронавируса и применяемых при этом карантинных мер. В ряде стран мира дистанционное обучение заменило все другие формы образования. Были трудности, с которыми сталкиваются преподаватели и студенты при доступе к онлайн-материалам, а также о том, как выбирать и использовать различные интернет-платформы для ДО [1: 17].

The article discusses the issue of the concept of gamification as a new approach to increasing the effectiveness of learning, enhancing educational and cognitive activity, increasing student motivation through the use of the “Easter egg” technique, which is one of the current areas of use of information, digital educational technologies in the educational and cognitive process . The purpose of this article is to characterize and use the “Easter egg” gaming technique in literature classes “History of Russian literature of the 11th-18th centuries” in groups in the field of education “Russian language in foreign language groups.” To achieve the goal of the study, the following tasks were set: to analyze the concept of “problem-based approach”, “gamification of education”; define the concept of “game techniques” and highlight its main types; develop examples of the use of the “Easter egg” gaming technique in the discipline “History of Russian literature of the 11th-18th centuries.” The article makes an attempt to use the “Easter egg” gaming technique in the discipline “History of Russian literature of the 11th-18th centuries.” The article notes the advantages of gamification in educational activities, such as cognitive, organizational and methodological, informational and motivational-value aspects.
