Hozirgi vaqtda tilshunoslikning oZiga xosligi tilni bilishning madaniyatlararo tomonlariga e'tibor qaratish kerak. Madaniyat - jamiyat va ijtimoiy guruhning oZiga xos moddiy ma’naviy xususiyatlari toplami sifatida bilishimiz mumkin, o ‘quvchilarning o Z madaniyati sharoitida o‘rganiladi.
Ingliz tilini bilish darajasi va bu boradagi faoliyatini tartibga solish O‘zbekistondagi til bo‘lmagan oliy ta’lim muassasalarining oliy ta’lim muassasalari pedagog xodimlari, xususan, tibbiyot pedagog xodimlari oldidagi dolzarb vazifalardan biridir. Tibbiyot sohasi uchun yuqori malakali mutaxassislar tayyorlash zamonaviy talablar asosida faoliyat yuritish, izchil yangilanishlarga olib keladigan muhim ko‘rsatkichlarga erishishga qaratilgan. Tibbiyot ixtisosligi doirasida ingliz tilini yuqori darajada bilish kasbiy va innovatsion ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirishning muhim omillaridan biridir. Bu jahon tajribasini o‘rganish, xorijiy adabiyotlarni o‘zlashtirish, tibbiyot sohasida xorijlik hamkasblar bilan muloqot qilish kabi sohalarga taalluqlidir. Bu erda ularning ingliz tilini bilish malaka ko'rsatkichlarini to'g'ri baholash, shuningdek, yuqori natijalarga erishishning asosiy tamoyillarini tushunish muhimdir.
Сегодня необходимость взаимодействия и качественного общения преподавателей вузов со специалистами из других стран предполагает полное взаимопонимание и, как следствие, стопроцентное достижение целей коммуникации. В связи с этим наблюдается своеобразный «языковой бум»: во-первых, желание все большего числа людей изучать иностранные языки, во-вторых, небывалый спрос на профессиональных переводчиков, чем объясняется значительное увеличение в ВУЗах Узбекистана специальностей, направленных на подготовку лингвистов, переводчиков, специалистов по межкультурной коммуникации. Среди универсальных компетенций - межкультурная компетентность и коммуникация отличается тем, что обладание ею открывает перспективы трудоустройства не только в своей стране. Знание иностранного языка для юристов правоведов и других профессий дает возможность читать научные труды на иностранном языке, писать научные статьи для журналов других государств, способность общаться с коллегами.

Qur’oni Karimdagi madaniy va timsoliy matnning mohiyatini abadiy ma’naviy qadriyatlar kvintessensiyasi sifatida ochib berish, islom ma’naviyati va umuminsoniy g‘oyalarni o‘ziga xos tarzda uyg‘unlashtirib, insoniyatning umuminsoniy qadriyatlar koordinatalarini aniqlashga yordam beradi va bu hodisani tahlil qilishning ahamiyati va zarurligini tasdiqlaydi.
In the world of linguistics, at present, in the process of globalization and intcrcultural communication of people, the question arises about all aspects of language, including the analysis of socio and linguacultural meanings reflected in the language. Color is a category that attracts the attention of specialists from all over the world, whose scientific interests lie in completely different fields of knowledge: physicists, biologists, doctors, psychologists, artists, designers, art historians, philosophers, literary critics, linguists and many others. Structural and linguistics, differences in the field of color names are associated with differences in the world pictures of representatives of different cultures, with established historical and cultural, religious, climatic and other features [1, 179-186].

Sign language recognition has gained significant attention due to its potential to bridge communication gaps between the deaf and hearing communities. This article presents a comprehensive review of machine learning methods employed for the recognition of Uzbek Sign Language (UzSL). The unique visual and spatial nature of sign languages poses challenges that necessitate specialized techniques for accurate recognition. This review surveys various approaches, ranging from traditional techniques to modern deep learning methods, used to recognize UzSL gestures. The article begins by introducing the significance of UzSL recognition and its impact on facilitating effective communication for the Uzbek deaf community. It outlines the complexities involved in sign language recognition, including variations in hand shapes, movements, and facial expressions. The challenges of limited training data, real-time recognition, and capturing dynamic features are discussed in depth. A survey of traditional machine learning methods such as Hidden Markov Models (HMMs), Support Vector Machines (SVMs), and k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) is presented, along with their applications and limitations in UzSL recognition. The evolution of these methods into more sophisticated approaches like Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) and Conditional Random Fields (CRFs) is also explored.
