This article examines the main directions in the study of media
language (linguistic, rhetorical, hermeneutic, psycholinguistic, linguopragmatic,
sociological, legal and cultural aspects). Particular attention is paid to semiotic and
cognitive-discursive approaches to the analysis of mass communication texts. Active
innovation processes in the sphere of convergence of various discourses into
communicative and discursive practices of the mass media, the problem of translating
media texts, as well as texts of political discourse are considered.
The article explores the processes of influence in speech of a
pragmatic aspect in describing the stylistic features of metaphorization of words, the
formation of a set, possessions, categories and modal shades in them. In the process
of historical development, it is described that as a result of the use of new forms in
place of outdated, outdated words in the circulation of these categories appeared
various parallels, options in speech.
This article is written about one of the main tasks facing the new Uzbekistan – the development of the youth of our country in all aspects, the importance of spiritual, educational, and moral education in educating them in the spirit of patriotism, involvement and work carried out in this regard. The article is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On State Policy towards Youth”, the New Development Strategy of Uzbekistan and the Message to the Oliy Majlis of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The article deals with such issues as raising physically healthy, spiritually and intellectually developed young people, thinking independently, with a firm outlook on life, devoted to the Motherland, deepening democratic reforms and increasing their social activity in the process of developing civil society. These processes are shown on the example of the work carried out at the Tashkent pediatric medical institute.
The article examines the main trends in the political transformation of Syria in the late XX - early XXI century, as well as the domestic and foreign policy of Syria, taking into account the changes in the region. The evolution and transformation of the Syrian society, the originality of political rule are analyzed. The demonstration by Damascus of its position regarding the building of a democratic society in the country is noted. The article analyzes the external factors that have influenced the evolution of the Middle East policy of the SAR. An assessment of the results of the policy of the Syrian leadership regarding building relations with the countries of the Middle East is presented. A number of factors influencing the evolution of Syrian foreign policy in the new geopolitical situation in the region are analyzed. The foreign policy activity of Syria is considered, taking into account external influences and contacts, the impact of which affected the political life of the country. The role of the army in modern Syrian society, the forms of its relationship with the civilian authorities of the state and the ways of influencing the internal and foreign policy of official Damascus are considered. The transformation of Syrian society, the originality of political rule, the centralization of power in the process of developing political decisions are revealed. Disclosed are the initiatives of President B. Assad regarding the liberalization and modernization of the Syrian society. The article also reveals in detail the main events that became catalysts in the chain of political transformation in the Middle East and in the political transition of power in the leading Arab states, in particular, the coming to power in the second half of the 1990s - early 2000s of young Arab leaders.

The analytical article determines the formation of trends, the main directions, prerequisites and factors that influence on the Uzbek-Japanese cooperation. The condition and prospects of its development are also revealed. An analytical study based on a systematic approach, where Uzbek-Japanese cooperation is considered as interconnected elements of modern international relations. This approach allowed to perceive the internal laws of the development of international relations of the Asian continent in which Uzbekistan is the leading element in Central Asia and Japan in the East. The application of the logical-historical approach gave a chance to disclose the content, nature and of dynamics of development of bilateral relations. Depicted the condition and practical action, Japan's interests in expanding cooperation. Relations in the spheres of trade, economy, the cultural and humanitarian contribute to the transformation of Central Asia into a stable developed economic space. In order to achieve the goals and objectives, the author thoroughly analytically processed the facts, events, processes, as well as the speeches of leaders, politicians who have effect on bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Japan. The content of agreements, treaties, memorandums signed between the two countries is analyzed. The results of an analytical study show that, firstly, Japan is a strategic partner of Uzbekistan. This determines the priority and role in the relationships. There exist historical bilateral ties which have geopolitical and geostrategic meanings in international relationships in the Asian region. Secondly, bilateral cooperation is developing gradually and growing into a new stable stage which contributing to the emergence of a new level of relationships. The effective use of untouched potential of Japan, which contribute to the social and economic development of Central Asian states, will further contribute to the integration of the region into the system of trade, economic and transport of the world. In addition, these processes require systematic and strategic researches that identify and determine the prospects for the development of bilateral and multilateral relationships between Uzbekistan and Japan.
