The spiritual heritage of Sufism - the heritage of all the peoples of the Islamic world. And this spiritual heritage belongs to all mankind. In today's era of globalization, when small national cultures remain under the strong influence of powerful cultures, the scientific study of Sufism, which made a huge contribution to the development of world civilization for 1200 years. Sufism is the historical essence of the peoples of the region, appreciated as the highest way of philosophical and artistic thinking of man. It's no secret that today's person suffers from a spiritual poverty and the mental crisis. Spiritual and philosophical teachings, such as Sufism, are a unique vaccine from such crises. The work done by global scientists by history and the philosophy of Sufism, like a drop of the sea. This is only the beginning. There is still a lot of work in this regard, and there is still valuable research in this area. Therefore, it is natural that the joint study, study and presentation of this religious, philosophical, moral and aesthetic teaching as the general heritage of our peoples to the world scientific community will give positive results.
This article studies the peculiarities of compensation for moral damage of contractual legal relations and offers proposal of improving the legislation in this sphere. It concludes that in the event that a party that has signed a contract with an individual does not fulfill contractual obligations, the victim may claim compensation not only for material damage but also for moral damage.

The article explores the grounds and procedure for compensation of moral harm arising in labor relations. The employee is morally harmed as a result of infringement of his labor rights. On the results of the study of the topic, a proposal was made to improve the legislation in this direction.
Each nation has a scientific and spiritual heritage, including their exhortation, edification, verses and stories reflected in manuscripts. In recent years, there has been growing interest in scientific and spiritual heritage, ancient manuscripts and works that are important for study, research and promotion. Finding, studying and publishing manuscripts is one of the most actual problems today, especially manuscripts dating back to the IXth-XIIth centuries, written on the territory of today's Central Asia. Many of the popular works of various fields saturated with Islamic ideology were created at the same time. One of these works is the manuscripts “Rabi-ul-abrar and nusus-ul-ahbar” (“Spring of good people and expressed messages”) by the ancient Khorezm scholar Mahmoud Zamakhshari. The article provides information and determination of the structural differences between the existing chapters of two copies of this manuscript in Arabic stored in the funds of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Muslim Administration of Uzbekistan. The article also discusses the importance of the work of Rabi-ul-abrar and nusus-ul-ahbara at the present stage of ethics. This work is fundamentally different from other works of the scholar Mahmoud Zamahshari and is a collection of works covering all natural, social, political and spiritual events in society. Another aspect of the work is that the scholar classified this work by summing up the words of the prophets and his associates, caliphs, emirs, monks and contemporaries.
This article based on the analysis of his third, little-known work of the Arabic historian and geographer of the 9th century al-Ya’qubi “Mushakalat an-nas li zamanihim” (The Adaptation of men to their time). It reveals new aspects of Al-Ya’qubi’s oeuvre. The treatise relatively recent work composed by al-Ya’qubi that has reached after two of his well-known works “Kitab al-buldan” (Book of countries). and "Kitab at-ta’rih (“Book of History”). In the article, this treatise is considered from a sociological perspective. Al-Ya’qubi, based on the thesis that all people in Muslim society followed their caliphs, imitated their conducts and behaviors, is trying to identify the causes of the degradation of Muslim society during the reign of Umayyads and early Abbasids. He considers that the main reason for the moral and spiritual decay of Muslim Society are the caliphs themselves. People imitated the customs of the caliphs followed their spiritual and moral orientation. Thus, the quality of Muslim society, according to al-Ya’qubi, directly depends on its leader. As far as the caliph, in its moral, ethical and spiritual qualities, corresponded to the image of the “Amir al-Mu’minin” – “Commander of the Faithful,” so did the members of society correspond to the image of the faithful Muslims. The treatise reveals new aspects of al-Ya’qubi’s worldview, his vision of a just, righteous Muslim society. Through the analysis of this treatise, a new side of al-Ya’kubi’s oeuvre is revealed - sociology. At first glance, an attempt by al-Ya’kubi to delve into the reasons for the development of Muslim society may seem primitive. However, al-Ya’qubi’s work, considering the development of Muslim society through the prism of “adaptation of men to their time”, could be believed the first example of a medieval Arabic work on sociology.It follows from the article that the thesis and examples of “the adaptation of men to their time” should be considered more deeply. The very division of the caliphs (rulers) of Islam into the categories of “caliphs” and “kings,” as can be seen from the author's introductory remarks to the treatise, says a lot. From the context of the treatise, it turns out that the author lists the first four righteous caliphs as “caliphs,” distinguishing among them Osman ibn Affan, who, according to his description, is deprived of the asceticism and modesty of the two previous caliphs Abu Bakr and Omar ibn al-Khattab. By “kings” of Islam, the author means the caliphs of the Umayyad and Abbasid dynasties. Thus, the main plotline of the treatise is based on the opposition of a righteous Muslim society, led by the “caliph” to its “perverted” form (according to al-Ya'qubi) – the Muslim empire, the “caliphate”, under the authoritarian rule of the “kings” in the person of the caliphs – Umayyads and Abbasids.

Social conditions, social class, and economic activity were also important for naming Uzbek families. It is well known that most names in Uzbek are Arabic. They consist of an Arabic adjective calling the name of the movement, and nouns with a suffix. In addition, there are Arabic nouns in Uzbek, which come from foreign languages. Especially when naming children it is important to consider their spelling, phonetic and semantic aspects in accordance with their original form.

Alphabets used by Turkic-speaking peoples have always been the subject of investigation by researchers. Historically, many Turks have taken advantage of alphabets and the adoption of the alphabet has been linked to many factors. Turkish peoples in the past, so as historical integrity of its territory, language, alphabet and a lot of exposure to changes in the financial and moral values was no coincidence. The event, which is full of contradictions deep roots in the wars, massacres, has caused losses. Despite all this, the Turkic-speaking peoples, who are always at the heart of their attributes to preserve national and moral values, has been able to transmit from generation to generation. Most of the examples of Kazakh folk literature published by orientalists such as N.I. Ilminski, P.M. Melioransky, N.N. Pantusov, A.E. Alektorov, A.V. Vasilyev are published in the Cyrillic alphabet; Textbooks of the famous Kazakh educator Ibrai Altinsari in the Cyrillic alphabet were published in the 1870s. The first works of the Kazakh written language were published in Kazan, Orenburg, Ufa, Troitsk, and St. Petersburg. Until the first half of the twentieth century, these works were published in the Arabic alphabet, the common writing system of the Turkic world. At the time of the publication of the Kazakh-Turkish texts in the Arabic alphabet, books in the Cyrillic alphabet were also published for the Kazakhs in the 1860s in order to study the Cyrillic alphabet by the Kazakhs and to spread this alphabet. Today, the transition of Kazakhstan, one of the Turkic-speaking republics that gained independence after the collapse of the USSR, to a common Turkish alphabet is one of the most controversial.
