The article provides an analysis of patients in terms of the frequency, causes and epidemiological features of eye injuries caused by animals in childhood for 2010 to 2021 according to the data of the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. Up to 50% of all accidents occur before the age of 15. The data presented in the analysis showed that boys aged 5–7 years are most susceptible to injury to the eye and its appendages at home during contact with pets. The high level of injuries and complications resulting from them requires an intensive study of this issue with the development and implementation of effective preventive measures.
The article provides a comparative analysis of the study of the diameter of the cornea in children with primary congenital glaucoma. Three methods, which are used in pediatric ophthalmology, are described. The first method is measuring the diameter of the cornea using a school ruler, the second method is using a surgical compass and the third is a new method developed with the use of a gauge in the form of glasses and a computer program. All the positive and negative aspects of methods for studying the diameter of the cornea are described in detail.
The article provides an analysis of patients in terms of frequency, causes and epidemiological features of non penetrating valved injuries of the cornea according to the data of the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. Comparative analysis of the treatment of non-penetrating valved injuries of the cornea in 24% of children who did not undergo surgical treatment, give good functional results and contribute to a more rapid restoration of visual functions.
This research is about the development of an important part of Chinese literature -women’s literature in XX century. In the beginning of XX century the number of women writers who wrote fiction works increased rapidly. The uneasy situations of the country such as revolutionary movements in the beginning of XX century, China-Japan war, monopole government of Mao Zedong, persecuting the democratic movements, deporting intelligent people to the “re-educating” camps and other conditions were not able to obstacle the women to enter the literature world. On the contrary, interfering of women in social-politic life of the country got stronger in the second part of the XX century. The various movements of women, journals and newspapers and societies of women were organized. The role of women in social life became more noticeable and women literature developed more. Women writers such as Bin Sin, Lin Shukhua, Lu In, Din Lin, Syao Khun, Shi Pinmey, Dzao Min, Lyui Bichen, Chjan Aylin got an important place in social-politic and moral-cultural life of the country with their works. Many of these women participated actively in literary processes and public events. In this article some of the mentioned women writers’ life and work will be discussed in detail. The women writers mentioned in this article are confessed not only in China, but also in the world’s literature. The problems risen in women’s works, the real events described by them play a significant role in gaining more knowledge about the history of China in the first half of XX century and enriching our imaginations regarding to literature processes.

One of the most famous representatives of women's literature of the 21st century is the talented writer Tiao Ye.

Цель, сравнительная оценка эффективности эмоксипина и гистохрома в комплексном лечении диабетической ретинопатии (ДР). Материалы и методы. Под наблюдением находилось 48 больных СД II типа. Среди больных мужчин было 23, женщин 25. Средний возраст - 54,6 ±7,2 года. Все пациенты проходили стандартные методы исследования; получали гипогликемическую, вазопротекторную и витаминотерапию. Больные разделены на две группы: I гр. - 20 пациентов (40 глаз) получали Гистохром, II гр. - 28 человек (53 глаза), получали Эмоксипин.
To study the quantitative and qualitative composition of microflora, as well as indicators of local protective factors in the oral fluid in children with viral hepatitis C. Material and methods: Microbiological and immunological studies in 61 children with viral hepatitis C (HCV), which were divided into 3 groups: 1st (control) – 10 healthy children, 2nd – 30 children with viral hepatitis C (traditional treatment), 3rd – 21 children with HCV (traditional therapy+eubiotics). Results: When conducting microbiological studies in the oral fluid of children with viral hepatitis C, the most pronounced quantitative changes were found in the facultative flora. With HCV, microbes appeared in the oral cavity that was not sown in healthy children (Staph. aureus, Str. pyogenes and lactose-negative strains of Escherichia). Conclusions: It is necessary to take into account when providing medical care to such children.
This article is devoted to the question of the formation and transmission of ethnocultural meanings in an artistic text. The object of the article is culturally significant dominant senses, revealed on the basis of the analysis of a literary text. The subject of the article are ethnocultural meanings. And although the word in its totality conveys only a part of the concept or ethnocultural sense, it helps to restore or reconstruct the latter. The material for the article was the concepts in the novel Kawabata Yasunari “Thousand-winged Crane”. The purpose of the article is to present the identification of ethnocultural meanings based on the analysis of Kawabata Yasunari’s novel “The thousand-winged crane”. The main method of analysis of the material is an integrative method of analysis, as well as the methodology of conceptual analysis. This article discusses the traditions and innovations of the cultural life of the Japanese people on the material of the thousand-winged crane Kawabata Yasunari's novel. The problems associated with the tea ceremony in the system of Japanese national culture are investigated. Traces the values of Japanese society, its linguocultural conceptual sphere. The most striking in this case is the linguocultural concept “tea ceremony”, which implies the life ideals of the bearers of Japanese culture, both in the material and in the spiritual sense. It should be emphasized that every Japanese puts his meaning in this concept. “Ethnoconcept” - tea ceremony, kimono, symbolic rituals for Japanese culture are implemented in the Qawabata Yasunari novel “Thousand-winged Crane” as a composite basis, landscape background, national aesthetics in the novel. It is observed as a concept of "kimono" is a segment of the interpretational field of the concept of "tea ceremony" and incorporates the signs of the national seasonal culture. Kawabata Yasunari uses the tea ceremony not only to create national space and ritual, but as an opportunity to reveal the national character. Psychological, aesthetic and cultural traditions are analyzed, the basic principles of “tjado” are harmony, reverence, purity and tranquility, especially the organization of artistic time and space in the novel. On the background of the tea ceremony, images of Kikuzhi and Yukiko are revealed. Traced the art of detail in the novel. The thing, the interior is their independent compositional and semantic meaning.
