The article deals with the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of business entities, in particular, situations that may affect the rights and legitimate interests of business entities, the procedure and legal grounds for the production of investigative actions that may affect the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs.
This article discusses the latest trends in energy relations in the Middle East, the impact of international and regional events on it, and current issues of energy security in the region. It also analyzes the strategies of the leading countries of the world in the field of energy supply, geopolitical and geoeconomic changes associated with the formation of new energy relations in the Middle East. Energy diplomacy and the foreign policy of the leading oil-producing countries of the Middle East at the world and regional levels are comparatively studied. The most important area in the Middle East today is undoubtedly the issue of energy. This is inextricably linked with the development needs of the countries of the Middle East, and the fuel and energy potential plays an important role in ensuring the prosperity, security and stability of the countries of the region. The Middle East, with its vast reserves, remains a hotbed of conflict in the 21st century. The geopolitical interests of leading countries such as the United States, China, the European Union and Russia clash in the region. In the context of globalization, the energy security of countries becomes the most important task of the global political process. Due to the reduction of hydrocarbon reserves, the intensification of political and economic crises in oil-producing countries, the sharp increase in consumption of raw materials, the problem of energy security is becoming an increasingly important task for international relations. Today, five of the ten leading oil producing countries in the world are located in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait and the UAE. This group of countries accounts for more than a quarter of world oil production. Energy production in the region affects not only participants in the Middle East, but also non-regional actors, the entire international energy security system. The final part of the article presents scientific recommendations for ensuring energy security in the Middle East, the formation of modern mechanisms of energy relations and constructive dialogue between the countries of the region at the international and regional levels.
In the introductory part of the article the author proves the purpose of the given work. In the basic part of it the following questions are considered:
— concept of jural state and its genesis; — allocation and the analysis of the basic institutes of jural state; — the characteristic of mutual relations of concepts of civil society and jural state; — features of practical application of concept of jural state. In the conclusion the author comes to opinion that it is necessary to debug precisely mechanisms of realization of cores, forming the system of jural state in which the dominance of law will be fully provided.
This article focuses on the interests of international system actors in Central Asia in modern global processes, such as the United States and China. In particular, Frederick Starr's concept of "Greater Central Asia", the US Strategy for Central Asia for 2019-2025 and China's "One Place - One Way" project were analyzed.

In the basic part of the article kinds of invalidity of
transactions and consequences of recognition of invalidity of transactions are considered. In the conclusion the author comes to opinion, that the national legislation in sphere of invalidity of transactions should be carefully studied and in view of the international experience be developed in terms of strengthening of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the parties,
and also the order existing in the country.

Article analyses current state of bilateral economic cooperation between India and Uzbekistan, taking into account the factors like Indian economic development, its experience of developing bilateral trade and possibilities of developing trade relations between India and Uzbekistan. Besides, Author analyses the current state of realizing Indian Central Asian strategy called “Connect Central Asia” and economic aspects of how India tries to implement its basic interests into realization. At the same time main export targets of Uzbekistan and its export quality are examined and how share of Uzbekistani export in India can be raised by using existing conditions and new passages for developing bilateral trade. Author researched possible ways of developing transport communication and transport hubs for connecting Central and South Asia. Transport corridors like International South-North corridor proposed by India and supported countries like Russia, Iran and Central Asian countries which connects India with Europe through India and Central Asia. Besides, policy recommendations and suggestions are developed by author.
