  • The incidence of chronic glomerulonephritis has been steadily progressing over the past 10 years and accounts for 36.76% of all diseases of the kidneys Diseases of the urinary system, according to WHO, currently occupy the 2nd place among the main forms of renal pathology characteristic of childhood. In the structure of kidney diseases in children hospitalized in the nephrological department, glomerulonephritis occupies the second place [I]. The urgency of the problem of chronic glomerulonephritis is explained not by the prevalence of the disease, but by the course of the disease and the development of renal failure [2J. Chronic glomerulonephritis is one of the severe kidney diseases in children, which is characterized by the frequent development of complications and progression of the disease.

  • A significant contribution to the development of gastroduodenal pathology is made by a violation of the functional activity of the immune system, implemented by T- and B-lymphocytes, in particular, cytokines. This is determined by the pleiotropy of cytokine effects and consists in the regulation of proliferation, differentiation and modulation of apoptotic cell death. The cytokine system includes about 200 individual polypeptide substances, among which are interleukins (IL) 1-37; interferons (INF) a, p and y; tumor necrosis factors (TNF) a and P; colony stimulating factors (CSF); growth factors; chemokines and some others. At the same time, two groups of cytokines are distinguished: anti-inflammatory (IL-l, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, TNF-a, INF-y), and anti-inflammatory (IL-4, IL-10, IL-13, TGF-P) [5,11,48].

  • Thymus is the main secret of medicine (primarily immunology). In the twentieth century, the attitude of scientists to the organ developed as a generator and regulator of immune reactions, a participant in the production of large populations of immunocompetent cells. The thymus is a major component of the immune system and, in many ways, a central organ. Infectious diseases, systemic autoimmune diseases, oncology, the problem of tissue incompatibility determine a person's life, in connection with which there is a growing scientific interest in the study of the immune system and its central organ - the function of the pancreas. The complexity of the study lies in the large number of integral connections with other components of the immune system of the pancreas, neuroendocrine, hematopoietic and connective tissues, organs that provide the barrier function, etc. The interest of pediatricians in this area is associated with a certain understanding of human ontogenesis from birth to old age, where the thymus gland plays an important role in the prenatal and postpartum periods. The purpose of this review is to draw attention to some of the results of inaccurate assessment of functions associated with the diaphragm, its derivatives and the cell membrane.

  • 1 he prevalence ot anorectal malformations ranges from I: JJUO to I: 5000 cases ot live births. With the development of antenatal diagnosis, ultrasound criteria specific to anus atresia are currently being actively discussed. The most affordable and effective method that allows you to establish anorectal malformations during pregnancy is ultrasound of the fetus. According to the approved protocol, when a fetus reveals sonographic signs of malformation in a screening center, the pregnant woman attaches herself to the department of pregnancy pathology. Screening ultrasound examination of pregnant women was performed at gestational age 20-22 weeks. Thus, antenatal ultrasound performed during gestational periods of 20-22 weeks shows a rather high information content for identifying sonographic signs, especially without fistulous forms of AWP in the fetus with a sensitivity of 57.1%. specificity - 98.8% and overall accuracy - 96.5 %.

  • Treatment of satanic States depends on the reasons that make it thick. Quickly identify the causes and eliminate it in the uz vaccine allows you to burden some types of satanic cases without uttering an anticonvulsant (anti-Satanic) treatment. Recommended weight loss anticonvulsant therapy should be avoided, both choosing them causes feverish attacks and is prescribed carob in Kharkiv. In the first place, measures to eliminate hypoxia are established. During satiation, the demand for oxygen content increases by 5 times. Therefore, for the first time it is necessary to adequately provide oxygenation of the mine. To do this, the marrow is given with the help of an oxygenated nasal catheter, a enema, a mask, an oxygen chamber, when it is necessary to find (when breathing disorders, satiety attacks last more than 30 minutes), the trachea is intubated. Adskvat oxygen gives the effect of treatment to the bruise burden, it is better to use a transcutaneous monitor (pulsometer) to clarify the vision of the deposit into oxygen. The factors that lead to them in cases of hypoxia in the aloxia, which is accompanied by CyHi-pa metabolic disorders, lead to weight loss.
