Remedial teaching in EFL classrooms involves providing additional support and guidance to students who are struggling with their English language skills. Different approaches can be used to address the individual needs of these students, including differentiated instruction, small group instruction, peer tutoring, scaffolded instruction, multisensory instruction, use of technology, and individualized learning plans. These approaches promote personalized instruction, targeted feedback, and a supportive learning environment, ultimately helping struggling students improve their English language proficiency.
Пандемия COVID-19 способствовала распространению виртуального обучения после срочной приостановки традиционного обучения. Чтобы противостоять этому кризису обучения, были разработаны различные стратегии онлайн-обучения. Переход на дистанционное обучение осуществляли специалисты по цифро-
визации совместно с Министерством образования. Для сотрудников и студентов было проведено несколько онлайн-семинаров о ценности и процедурах такой смены. Удовлетворенность студентов была зафиксирована в отношении эффективности обучающих мероприятий в прямом эфире и онлайн-оценивания. В данной работе подробно рассматриваются процедуры и преимущества перехода на цифровое обучение, которые были оценены студентами и преподавателями. Рекомендовано при-
нятие будущих теоретических онлайн-курсов, а также развитие компьютерных технологий в образовательном процессе.

Рассмотрены наиболее перспективные образовательные технологии, имитирующие будущую профессиональную деятельность врача, реализуемые на кафедре. Заболевания и травмы челюстно-лицевой области Ташкентского Государственного стоматологического института. Проблемное обучение является одной из систем познания, позволяющей перевести учащихся с позиции пассивного восприятия знаний на позиции активного их усвоения и применения, сблизить процессы познания и обучения. В процессе обучения проектной деятельности учитель вводит учащихся в проблему, формулирует ее, создаст проблемные ситуации, помогает найти методы решения учебных проблем, с помощью наводящих вопросов вовлекает учащихся в диалог, раскрывает причинно-следственные связи технологических процессов и явлений, оказывает помощь в формулировании выводов и т.д. Таким образом проектное обучение можно считать проблемным.
From scientific research conducted in the world, we can see that artificial intelligence operations are carried out using various methods, among which the most common is the machine learning method. Today, there are categories of machine learning: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. Linear regression, multivariate linear regression, and polynomial regression are widely used regression methods in machine learning. This article uses polyharmonic spline models used in machine learning. First, a comparison was made between polynomial and nonpolynomial splines. Examples of processes of interpolation of polyharmonic splines are given. The main advantages and disadvantages of polyharmonic span interpolation are presented.
Sign language recognition has gained significant attention due to its potential to bridge communication gaps between the deaf and hearing communities. This article presents a comprehensive review of machine learning methods employed for the recognition of Uzbek Sign Language (UzSL). The unique visual and spatial nature of sign languages poses challenges that necessitate specialized techniques for accurate recognition. This review surveys various approaches, ranging from traditional techniques to modern deep learning methods, used to recognize UzSL gestures. The article begins by introducing the significance of UzSL recognition and its impact on facilitating effective communication for the Uzbek deaf community. It outlines the complexities involved in sign language recognition, including variations in hand shapes, movements, and facial expressions. The challenges of limited training data, real-time recognition, and capturing dynamic features are discussed in depth. A survey of traditional machine learning methods such as Hidden Markov Models (HMMs), Support Vector Machines (SVMs), and k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) is presented, along with their applications and limitations in UzSL recognition. The evolution of these methods into more sophisticated approaches like Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) and Conditional Random Fields (CRFs) is also explored.

This article is devoted to the application of new teaching methods in medical universities in the context of distance learning. The events of 2019 - 2020 related to the COVID-19 pandemic turned out to be not only a test for the economy of our country and its healthcare system, but also a kind of stress test for the education system. The system of higher medical education is no exception, which, in comparison with universities in other areas, faced additional difficulties. The quarantine conditions necessary to preserve the health and life of the population touched and could not but affect the medical education system. Spring semester of 2020 from March 18, in connection with measures to prevent the import and spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), training at universities in Uzbekistan was transferred to a distance format. During this period, a voluntary anonymous survey of 170 students was conducted. The distance form of the educational process is based on the principle of independent learning, in which students are distant from the teacher both in space and in time. At the same time, students have a constant opportunity to maintain constant information contact with teachers using modern Internet technologies. New forms of education are in demand at this time, as they form an extraordinary and effective approach to teaching in the subject of pharmacology. From the results of the survey it follows that the attitude to the possible use of elements of the distance learning system increases the independent training of students in pharmacology by 60 -70%. Distance learning in medical universities can be used as an alternative to traditional education in a pandemic.

Одним из эффективных направлений совершенствования высшего образования является использование в учебном процессе системы дистанционного обучения. При этом учебный процесс осуществляется с помощью информационных технологий, а студенты и преподаватели имеют пространственную, временную удаленность друг от дрхта. Дистанционное обучение предоставляет человеку равные возможности и условия в процессе обучения, формирования его как личности, не связывает какими-либо ограничениями, как например, возраст обучающегося, м ; -риальное положение, необходимость посещать занятия, сдавать все работы, зачеты, экзамены в определенный срок и др. Студент при этом занимается столько, сколько ему лично необходимо для усвоения материала, получения и закрепления необходимых знаний. Благодаря своей доступности, гибкости, возможности самостоятельно планировать время и темпы усвоения материала дистанционное обучение может быть использовано и для изучения отдельных курсов образовательной программы. Дистанционное обучение позволит решить проблему индивидуализации высшего образования и поштучной подготовки специалистов для конкретной квалифицированной работы, что повысит качество их подготовки и более полно удовлетворит потребности первичного звена здравоохранения.
