THE ROLE OF SCHOOL MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS IN THE PREVENTION OF CHRONIC DISEASES AMONG CHILDREN OF LABOR MIGRANTS
Labor migration is a growing phenomenon worldwide and in Central Asia [3]. In Uzbekistan—a country where roughly half the population is under 30 and an estimated 13 million are under age 18 [2]-many families rely on parents working abroad. Children in these families often face unique challenges, including reduced parental supervision, psychosocial stress, and uneven access to healthcare [4]. These factors may increase the risk of chronic health problems such as malnutrition, respiratory disorders, or mental health issues. School-based medical examinations offer a strategic opportunity to identify and address emerging health problems early. Recent nationwide screening in Uzbekistan found that nearly 28% of examined schoolchildren had some health issue (most commonly anemia), highlighting the burden of undetected conditions. In this context, investigating how routine school exams can prevent or mitigate chronic diseases in children of labor migrants is both timely and important.

MOLECULAR AND GENETIC RISK FACTORS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THROMBOTIC AND HEMORRHAGIC COMPLICATIONS IN ESENTIAL THROMBOCYTHEMIA
Essential thrombocythemia (ET) is a pathology of clonal hematopoietic stem cells that leads to increased platelet production. Pathogenetically, ET is a bone marrow disease in which megakaryocyte proliferation leads to persistent hyperthrombocytosis with the risk of vascular thrombosis and thromboembolism. The etiology of the disease has not yet been established. The leading hypothesis is the polyethological nature of the disease occurrence, where the predisposition to the disease is realized under the influence of external factors that damage the genome of a normal cell and lead to its malignant transformation
Molecular genetic analysis of JAK2V617F, JAK2 exon12, MPLW515K/L, and CALR mutations plays an exceptional role in the diagnosis of classic Ph-negative MPN. However, genes that control signal transmission within the cell, chromatin remodeling, DNA methylation, oncogenes, and tumor suppressors are involved in the development of these diseases. Current knowledge suggests that the JAK2V617F mutation may not be the first event in the complex pathogenesis of myeloproliferative diseases (MPD). This review describes the current understanding of molecular genetic disorders that are risk factors and affect the development of thrombotic and hemorrhagic complications in ET.
RISK FACTORS FOR THROMBOEMBOLIC COMPLICATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH Ph-NEGATIVE MYELOPROLIFERATIVE DISEASES
In this paper, we studied theая prognostic significance rof the rs1801133 polymorphic locus of the MTHFR gene in the developmentof venous thromboembolic complications in patients with Ph-negative MPD.

THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF CONTENT-BASED INSTRUCTION FOR DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKILLS
This article aims to discuss the role and significance of Content-Based Instruction (CBI) in improving students’ speaking performances. It indicates how CBI boosts motivation, facilitates authentic interaction, and makes learners get prepared for academic and professional communication. It is apparent that speaking is commonly considered as one of the most important yet complicated skills when acquiring the second language. Not only does it reflect a learner's capacity to make use of the language during real life interaction, but also functions as a key indicator of overall oral proficiency. Nevertheless, in many conventional language classrooms, speaking skill stays underdeveloped just because an overemphasis tends to be given on grammar drills, vocabulary memorization, and isolated language exercises. These methods don’t necessarily provide students with meaningful choices to harness language in practical purposes, especially in communicative contexts. In contrast, Content-Based Instruction (CBI) puts forward an inventive and productive approach that combines language learning with the study of academic or thematic contents. Instead of learning language in isolation, it is better for students to obtain linguistic skills in accordance with the engagement with authentic topics that are intellectually motivating and applicable to their interests or educational needs. This combination encourages a communicative atmosphere where students can use the target language to form meaning, exchange ideas, ask questions, and state opinions, hence promoting the improvement of speaking skills in natural and purposeful manners. Throughout the literature review section, this article states that CBI is an influential approach so as to develop oral proficiency in second language classrooms.

TENSE AND ASPECT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN: SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES
This article conducts an examination of tense and aspect systems found in English and German which belong to the same Germanic language family yet exhibit substantial differences in the way they represent temporal and aspectual concepts. Both languages employ distinct present and past tense markers through their grammatical structure and employ auxiliary verbs to indicate future events but differ in how they handle aspectual distinctions: English employs grammatical aspectual distinctions through its progressive and perfect forms while German mostly uses contextual information and complex expressions. Using data from BNC and DWDS, the method performs an analysis about frequency and functional distribution of tense-aspect forms in 1,000-sentence samples drawn from each language. Findings show that English tends to use aspectual forms, particularly the progressive, with more or less equal frequency, whereas German prefers present and perfect with less employment of constructions that could be considered progressive. This is one of the crucial differences that make translating from one language to another challenging, also the difficulty in distinguishing aspectual nuances between these two languages. Thus, this study emphasizes the typological opposition between those languages that have grammatical aspect and those that require discourse-based temporal interpretation, providing insights for pedagogy, translation, and further cross-linguistic studies.

THE ROLE OF THERAPEUTIC AND SURGICAL PREPARATION IN PROSTHODONTIC TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH COMPLETE SECONDARY EDENTULISM: MODERN APPROACHES AND CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
Complete secondary edentulism — a condition characterized by the total loss of teeth following previous prosthodontic or restorative treatments — remains a prevalent and challenging problem in modern dentistry. This condition not only affects the functional capabilities of the patient, such as mastication, phonetics, and aesthetics, but also has a profound impact on their psychological and social well-being. The rehabilitation of patients with complete secondary edentulism is particularly complex due to the compromised quality and quantity of the alveolar ridge, which may be affected by residual ridge resorption, soft tissue changes, and pre-existing pathologies.
Therapeutic and surgical preparation are critical steps in the successful prosthodontic rehabilitation of these patients. Therapeutic preparation includes interventions to address inflammation, mucosal diseases, or residual infection, ensuring a healthy oral environment conducive to prosthesis placement. On the other hand, surgical preparation involves procedures such as alveoloplasty, vestibuloplasty, or soft tissue augmentation, which aim to create a more favorable prosthetic foundation by reshaping the alveolar ridge and surrounding tissues.
Thus, exploring the therapeutic and surgical preparation of patients with complete secondary edentulism, along with the integration of modern clinical practices, is of paramount importance for dental practitioners.
