The policy of the reforming of the medical sphere of education in Uzbekistan has a huge impact on teaching of the foreign language as a discipline within the general humanitarian sciences. English language teaching is gradually beginning to fade into the background, which in the nearest future threatens to "drop out" from the register of disciplines of medical universities. Foreign language, in particular, English as a general education subject, is almost lowered to the last place. The weak methodological base of the discipline "Medical English", which has replaced "general English" in the direction of ESP in recent years, as well as the modernization of professional medical education in general, creates a number of problems in the process of English language teaching. One of the most relevant areas of higher medical education has become the process of teaching special subjects in English, which also raises a number of urgent issues to address. The possibilities of improving the mechanism of learning a foreign language and effective measures for organizing activities in this direction determines the superiority for the medical higher educational institutions. In this regard, the establishment of a special specific environment for teachers of English in modern non-linguistic universities on the basis of profile and professional orientation, taking into account modern methods of teaching a foreign language, is an important factor in achieving high results in this direction.

In this article is described some samples for organizing students independent learning in pedagogical circumstances, it is also mentioned to increase educational efficiency and motivate students learning English which related to their profession with forming innovative atmosphere. Blended learning plays an important role to improve learning English independently for the students. It is proposed to coordinate the students' independent learning-cognitive activity with the content of differentiated universal, authentic, differential-creative, integrative-active, and non-philological content. There are proposals aimed at improving the model of the development of students' independent educational activities in the conditions of mixed education, based on the design mechanisms of professional competence and foreign language skills, on the basis of individual, independent, adaptive synchronization to the interests of educational subjects. Definitely, developing the social sphere, especially education and science, to improve the continuity of the education system, to increase the possibilities of quality education services, and to train highly qualified personnel in accordance with the modern needs of the labor market.
This study investigates the influence of teacher training on the implementation of HIV and AIDS education in secondary schools, focusing on Hamisi Sub-County, Kenya. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings reveal the pivotal role of teacher training programs in enhancing educators' knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively deliver HIV and AIDS education. The study underscores the importance of ongoing professional development initiatives tailored to address the evolving challenges and needs of educators in promoting comprehensive HIV prevention and awareness strategies in secondary schools.

The process of preparing education managers for the implementation of the quality management model of school education has an important feature. This is its managerial orientation, which has the following aspects: on the one hand, the explicit management of the pedagogical process of the school; on the other, the design and construction of management of high-quality educational activities of the school based on appropriate approaches. In order to ensure the proper implementation of school education quality management, this article has developed a training module "School education quality management", provides analytical information on the organization and conduct of a special experiment with the participation of 74 school principals who undergo scheduled training.
This article will focus on the necessary aspects of the coverage of preschool educational institutions for children aged 2 to 6-7 years, the most important indicator of which is the characteristic of the effectiveness of preschool education. If a child goes to school without preschool education, his educational activities in primary classes will not be effective enough. That is, educational adaptation-the adaptation of the child proceeds poorly, his ability to enter into social relations, communication, mental activity is poorly manifested. In most cases, the child has a state of physical and psychological unpreparedness. The article considers the motivation for learning, the idea that a child who has not formed the first learning skills, whose mental processes are underdeveloped, lags behind in mastering.
The paper deals with the optimization of the process of physical training of children of preschool age. Based on a holistic analysis presented in the special scientific and methodical literature data we studied a number of modern ways to improve the content and organization of the process of physical education of preschool children through the use of gaming funds. It is shown that the widespread use of gaming technology in the practice of physical education of preschool education contributes to the accumulation of the motor experiences of children; improve emotional potential, physical, moral and intellectual development.
