Based on data reflecting the share of the tourism industry in the world economy, as well as its accelerated development in recent years, this article substantiates the important role and relevance of this industry in the development of the economy of Uzbekistan. Along with this, an analysis is made of the current state and development trends of the tourism industry in the countries of the Near and Middle East, and its place, role and priority importance in national economies are disclosed. Factors are shown which influence positively or negatively on the development of this industry in Turkey, which is among the leading countries of the world and is considered a leader among the countries of the region and other non-Arab countries, like Iran and Israel. In the article, economic indicators, such as statistics on the number of tourists arriving in the country, tourism income and shares in GDP, reflecting the state of international tourism are given in table form. These data on the development of tourism in the countries of the Near and Middle East are compared with the indicators of the leading countries of the industry in the world. The paramount importance of peace and tranquility, social and political stability in the country is especially noted. Also, the importance of tourism development in Uzbekistan and its forecasts for the near future are outlined.

In this article it has been analyzed the issues of collision-legal regulation of international carriage goods relations in train. The author has considered such conflict rules as the law of following the cargo (in relation to the country of the littering baggage) of the country, the law of the countries of dispatch of cargo, the law of place conclusion of the contract, the law of the place of the incident in relation to international transportation in rail transport. In the result of research the author supposed the increase of kinds of collision norms using to the international carriage in the national legislation.

tranquility inside the country, that he carried out extensive reforms inside the country.
In the entry, effectiveness and advantages of modern ICT and Internet application in Tourism have been researched. The proportion of ICT and Internet in generation of tourism products has been identified through econometric approach. Based on the research ICT is responsible 30 – 45% of Tourism network development. ICT allows potential visitors to access necessary information and gather data. During the course of the research, positive correlation between the increase in Tourism network and the investment in ICT and conversely the opposite has been found between that and the number of hotels. Therefore, it clearly shows that the tourist
accommodation pitfalls are the major obstacles in the network development. The elasticity coefficient per capita of the GDP of the field is 0,794, in workforce 0,113. It matches the results of the researches that have been conducted throughout the world. As a result of applying ICT in the network, companies’ transaction expenses are reduced, innovations occur more, becomes competitive and its financial effectiveness increases. In turn, future visitors can obtain more information about the tourism opportunities of our country.
