В Республике Узбекистан досудебная деятельность по выявлению, пресечению, раскрытию и расследованию преступлений ОД осуществляется в форме оперативно-розыскной деятельности и досудебного производства по уголовным делам и материалам. Досудебное производство состоит из двух стадий: доследственная проверка и предварительное расследование (дознание либо предварительное следствие). В зависимости от сложности преступления его выявление, раскрытие и расследование может комбинировать несколько форм (например, оперативно-розыскная деятельность, доследственная проверка и предварительное следствие) либо осуществляться только в форме предварительного следствия, проведение которого по делам об отмывание денег является обязательным.
This article contains the results of the introduction, as part of experimental training, of the methodology developed by the author in the process of studying the issue of linguodidactic features of consecutive two-way interpreting. The article describes the prerequisites for the study, the interpretation of the term "translation ”, as well as some psycholinguistic features and characteristics of the mechanisms of consecutive translation activity. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that dramatic changes taking place in various areas of our society have led to the need to improve the quality of professional training of qualified specialists - namely, competent consecutive translators. The purpose of the article is to show the effectiveness of the developed methodology by describing the results of an experimental test of senior (3-4) students of language universities of translation faculties. Particular attention is paid to mathematical analysis and calculation of results. Theoretical methods are used: the study and analysis of pedagogical, psychological psycholinguistic literature, literature on the problems of speech, creative and cognitive activity, literature on the theory and practice of translation, analysis of the content of teaching consecutive interpreting in senior courses of a language university; empirical -observation of the educational process at the faculty of theory and practice of translation; student testing; questioning of teachers and students; conducting a training experiment, systematization and synthesis of experimental data, their interpretation. The research results consist in the fact that the specifics of consecutive two-way interpreting are disclosed to some extent, the mechanisms of memory operation in the interpretation process are described, the results of using the methodology developed by the author for teaching consecutive interpreting in conditions that are close to real by using it in teaching senior students (3-4) in language universities are presented. The author's view on teaching consecutive interpreting will be of interest to specialists both in the field of translation studies and in the field of methodology.

Авторами настоящей работы исследован метод передачи избыточной служебной информации, по которой с некоторой степенью вероятности можно судить о достоверности принятых данных. Полученные результаты имеют не только научную, но и методическую ценность. Практическую ценность представляет написанное авторами статьи приложение на языке высокого уровня, позволяющее собрать статистику обнаружения ошибки в передаваемых данных.

This article gives theoretical conceptions on specialties and methods of proving at first instance court. In criminal procedure proof process consists of collection, review, and
evaluation of evidence. Conclusions and suggestions are made on basis of implementation of foreign practice relating to this process and directed to improvement of legislation.

Purpose of the work: principle, methods and ways of cognitive automated training teaching systems construction development with extended test control, analysis and information classification functions for training operating controlling staff of manufacturing enterprises with continuous technological processes, which help increase the efficiency of adaptation to students’ individual features and education standard requirements.
Methods of research: device of mathematic modeling processes and devices of chemical technological type, modern theory of automated controlling, principles and methods of cognitive engineering and statistic data processing.
The results obtained and their novelty: scientific novelty of the thesis results is that theoretical generalization and solution of important economic task development of scientific methodical training platform realizing typical ATLS with extended functions of test control on the subject “Automatization of manufacturing process”, and operators training technological processes and production is carried out.
Practical value: is that solution of considered task in the thesis allows develop and fulfill practical integration of ATLS meeting standard requirements for the wide types of processes in chemical, oil-processing, petrochemical spheres, mineral fertilizer production, construction materials industry and others.

At present time due to COVID-19 pandemic the most part of Uzbekistan high schools started distance form of teaching, in particularly a foreign language (mostly English) in the first courses with great using of self-study principles. The article is
focused on the first experience of the distance learning based on self-study principles discipline "Medical English" of the 1st course students of Pediatrics faculty in the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute under the quarantine conditions due to COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the present study is to check the assumption that in teaching the Medical English language, in particular in distance learning conditions, such pedagogical strategies as tests and situation tasks contribute to learner self-study skills development and help work out techniques for assessing learner self-study. In this context, the article foregrounds self-study as a part of distance learning and highlights the importance of developing self-study skills via innovative pedagogical technologies . This is followed by an experimental study. The findings of this study can be used as a reference when reflecting on teaching practices that develop learner self-study skills. Finally, the authors conclude with pedagogical methods relevant for teaching self-study skills
