Metachronous breast cancer and possibilities of prognosis
The RSO and RSMC Samarkand included 68 patients with metacarpenic breast cancer from 2007 to 2017. More than half of the patients were women of reproductive age (26-49 years). The difference between the primary and metacarpal cancer in unilateral cancer was detected at a very early stage of the disease. This is because patients with cancer treatment are in deep dosing. Metaxron is one of the major factors affecting the survival of patients with ovarian cancer: the second stage of cancer, the size of the tumor in the lactation, the volume of treatment, the rate of damage to the regional lymph nodes and the patient's age

Combined endoscopic gemostaz under ulcerous bleedings
To influence the source of bleeding with an endoscope, various methods of endoscopic hemostasis are used. In the endoscopic service, such methods of hemostasis as: thermal (electrocoagulation), injectable (infiltrative) (adrenaline, ethanol, sclerosants), mechanical (endocliping) are used. As a result of the analysis of clinical studies conducted in 625 patients with gastroduodenal bleeding, among which in 283 cases continued bleeding. It has been proved that the active use of both traditional and high-tech methods of endoscopic hemostasis, which have high efficiency with continuing bleeding and which has taken place, contributes to a reduction in the number of forced operations.

Effect of complex treatment on indicators of endogenous intoxication in Chronic pyelonephritis in children
Theaim of this work was an attempt to evaluate the effect of сomplex treatment on some endogenous in-toxication indicators in chronic pyelonephritis developed on the background of dismetabolic nephropathy (DMN) (DCHP). Patents and methods. A survey of 130 children DCHP, aged 4 to 15 years. Patients were di-vided into 3 groups depending on treatment method. Results. Comparative assessment of the results of the study of endogenous intoxication conducted after treatment in children with DСHP, depending on the method of treatment, demonstrated the effectiveness of "renal tyubazh" compared to other methods of therapy. Conclu- sion. The use of complex treatment of "renal tyubazh" when DCHP is the most appropriate method of therapy. This method leads to the restoration of the TCA (total concentration of albumin) and ECA (effective concentra-tion of albumin) in the blood, TCA and SMP (medium molecular peptides) in the urine
